Cons: "I understand the possibility of flight delay. I also believe that a proper notice should be deliver to customers as early as possible. My flight was scheduled at 6:50pm, and thus I arrived at the airport around 5:30pm and went through security check. I found that my flight is now scheduled to depart at 10:40pm. There was no explanation, and I did not recieve any notice. It can be easily sent via email or text message. Now, I have to wait for 4 HOURS at the airport. I was a quite disappointed by this unacceptable service."
Cons: "Policy of not allowing check in within 40 minutes of flying flight. This policy maybe Makes sense in LAX Or chicago but not in tiny airports like fresno. I had already checked in online but becAuse of a glitch couldnt access it. I went to customer service desk and Asked for a hard copy boarding pass but Alaska Would not help me , it was Too late. So I waited for 38 minutes, watching an empty TSA line and then listened as my flight pre-boarded, , boarded and took Off without me. Then I had to buy an American airlines Ticket to reach san diego via LAX 5 hours Later. Alaska was a big let down this time."

Cons: "I have no complaints whatsoever."
Pros: "I can't say enough great things about this airline! This was my first time on Alaska and it definitely won't be my last. We had some weather issues come up as we were about to take off. The pilot kept us up today on info, the flight crew brought water & anything else people needed before take off. It was a short delay but you would have thought we were going to be there for hours because they were all so attentive. It was the smoothest flight (THERE WAS CRAZY WEATHER EVERYWHERE!!) but our pilots made sure we had the smoothest safest flight possible. I could go on forever! This airline went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were comfortable and had a great flight."
Cons: "I don't love paying to check luggage but these days unless you fly Southwest that's hard to avoid."

So glad we did, they got us there on time, the plane was comfortable, snacks were good and the tablets for movie/TV watching were great. Most importantly it was a direct flight instead of 3!!!"
Pros: "Comfortable chair, spacious since I upgraded to Premium."
Cons: "NO snack though, was offered just water from a large botter"
Pros: "Crew was ok. Nice but not personable."
Cons: "Food was awful!"
Cons: "I saw my bag come out of the baggage claim ripped open. My stuff coming out. My zipper was complety destroyed and my locking mechanism on my bag was ripped off even though it wasn't locked."
Cons: "Left an hour late."
Pros: "Nice flight attendants, cheap upgrade to economy plus"
Pros: "Nice staff"
Pros: "Not much to like Gross food. Rude flight attendants Pilot's voice fairly unintelligible - so, where are we? How long is this gonna take? What? We have to wait in the plane for how long??"
Cons: "Staff were very inconsistent on rules regarding my tiny Yorkie. Some were inflexible and borderline rude, others did not give her a second glance. I get that people are valued more than animals, however I paid $200 for my dog's ticket. That translates into, Treat me and my dog with respect and don't give me stank-eye if I'm trying to clean up her first-flight puke, thus lifting her out of the bag. Vote: Thumbs down for policy consistency and compassion."
Pros: "The girl next to me was kinda cute"
Cons: "Nothing the airline can fix, just slow passengers. Maybe allow the more experienced flyer to sit up front so we can get off the plane faster"
Cons: "Leg room and seats are way too tight and uncomfortable and I am on the thinner side. Can imagine how hard for larger people. Really cringe at having to pay for check in luggage as very used to Southwest's 2 free."
Cons: "Worst flight I've ever had... stayed on the runway for 45 min and didn't say one word to the passengers"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "As with all other flights, no room to breath."
Cons: "Delays, multiple gate changes"
Pros: "I was concerned about my carry on !I the lady at the counter told me I will be fine, and let me preboard ! This helped me with my anxiety !! Flight was delayed , waiting for other passengers! we were informed in a timely manner!"
Pros: "Great flight attendants"
Cons: "Seats too small"
Cons: "Flight was delayed twice"
Pros: "Lack of services for price"
Cons: "Lack of services for price"
Cons: "The gate worker said the gate for my flight had changed as my boarding time had been happening. Rushed to the other side of the airport where my new gate was supposedly at just to be told it was where I first started. Pissed beyond measure that I got to my flight one minute to take off because the United worker doesn't know what hes doing."
Pros: "All was very convenient for me"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled. Rebooking was a nightmare. Baggage was lost."
Pros: "The stroll waffle"
Cons: "I felt like a commodity that only existed to squeeze money out of. I'm a petite person, 5 foot tall and 115 pounds yet I felt cramped in your tiny seats."
Pros: "Boarding, flight time"
Pros: "Flight attendants were great. They brought the food and drink cats down the aisle at least 5 times each during the flight."
Cons: "In flight entertainment system worked great for the first hour or so and then would spool for several minutes for every minute of movie that it would play. Flight attendants could not so anything to fix it."
Pros: "The plane was newer at least. And I made a big enough stink when they made me check my bubble-wrapped framed paintings that they actually did get hand carried and made it okay."
Cons: "These are the smallest seats I have ever experienced on a domestic airline. I'm 6'-4" and I couldn't fit comfortably on their newer 737. The thing that took the cake was that the cabin crew absolutely refused to let me take one of the 5 empty exit row seats telling me that it wasn't fair to the people who paid more, which absolutely enraged me. So then apparently it's also fair that their seats will fit someone who is 5'-4" comfortably but not someone who is 6'-4"?? So it's fair that I can't afford to pay an extra $100+ for it after my profession got gutted in the recession and I make a fraction now of that I used to make? Making your customers suffer for no good reason is inexcusable. I will not be flying United again. Ever."
Pros: "They let me on the flight after I ran from the first flight to this. My first flight was delayed over 1hr. Thankfully (and it's ironic that I'm grateful) that the connecting flight was also delayed by 20 min."
Cons: "Why can't we be places on a temp standby if there are delays? They had to give me a whole new ticket when I was able to board because they gave up my seat when they thought I wouldn't make it."
Pros: "Crew was friendly, flight was on time."
Cons: "Need to pay to watch TV"
Pros: "Crew was nice and lots of different choices of food."
Cons: "So crowded on the plane you could barely even use the restroom."
Cons: "6 hour layover, had to set on last row. The Delta flight was delayed."
Cons: "Food is actually not applicable"
Cons: "Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Delayed over 3 hours waiting on crew coming in on another plane. Short staffed."
Pros: "The crew were anxious to please"
Cons: "Temperature was warm and we were given a smaller version of the cheese and cracker option. Accessing the entertainment wasn't easy and it was only available on ones own personal device. There were no screens anywhere"
Cons: "Given that both flights were delayed - my luggage managed to not make the second flight leaving me to cancel my plans for the evening. There was more than enough time in between flights."
Cons: "Flight was late. Flight attendants were okay. Not that helpful or nice"
Pros: "Arrived safely and almost on time despite late departure."
Cons: "Boarded plane in nonsensical manner. Had to try to walk opposite the flow of traffic to find room in overhead luggage compartment. Plane was too cold."
Pros: "Nice flight. Did not seem I was in the plane as long as stated by the crew. All were attentive to the needs of the passengers."
Cons: "Boarding is a long drawn out procedure and the same hassle in every United terminal."
Cons: "Leg room not sufficient"
Cons: "The United mobile app as well as my emails stated that the gate was B3. Upon arriving at gate B3 and attempting to board, I was alerted that I was at the incorrect gate. The gate was switched to C11. However, my app did not alert me nore did it reflect the gate change. I didn't receive a text or email update. I had to run to the different concourse nearly missing the fling."
Pros: "Comfort of business class was ok"
Cons: "No vegetarian food. Delayed flight by more than 4 hours :-("
Cons: "Lost $700 on this trip. The refund policy was extremely unclear, and the time window for valid trip insurance was extremely short. The purchase of insurance was useless."
Cons: "Same as above same as above"
Cons: "Round my credit card"
Pros: "The girls at boarding area watched Tucker while I had to go back to the security area to get bracelets that I had forgotten they treated him like a king"
Pros: "Both flights were early, which was nice for a change."
Pros: "I got to my destination safely."
Cons: "The endless delays, small leg room, small seating, pressurization of the cabin fluctuated which plugged my ears a lot."
Pros: "Fast, friendly, on time"
Pros: "My mother is disabled and was assigned wheelchair assistance and does not speak English very very hopeful does not have a cell phone because she is disable and does not know how to use a cell phone I was calling the one 800 number for united airlines they gave me a phone number for the terminal where she was delayed and I was just trying to check to see if my mother was aware of what was going on with the delay I just need to know if my mother was OK to give her comfort but unfortunately the number they gave me was not working I was calling over 30 rings with nobody answering for over three hours O'Hare airport was very hopeless for united airlines it's a shame that that is their head quarters i'm pretty sure I will never ever use United Airline again in my life after the terrifying experience I had waiting over four hours from my mother besides the four hour flight I was very terrified until my mother was in my arms I never ever want to experience that again or I hopefully nobody ever that uses your United airline will ever experience that"
Cons: "My mother is disabled and was assigned wheelchair assistance and does not speak English very very hopeful does not have a cell phone because she is disable and does not know how to use a cell phone I was calling the one 800 number for united airlines they gave me a phone number for the terminal where she was delayed and I was just trying to check to see if my mother was aware of what was going on with the delay I just need to know if my mother was OK to give her comfort but unfortunately the number they gave me was not working I was calling over 30 rings with nobody answering for over three hours O'Hare airport was very hopeless for united airlines it's a shame that that is their head quarters i'm pretty sure I will never ever use United Airline again in my life after the terrifying experience I had waiting over four hours from my mother besides the four hour flight I was very terrified until my mother was in my arms I never ever want to experience that again or I hopefully nobody ever that uses your United airline will ever experience that"
Pros: "I'm so glad I stuck with loyalty to United. They have a really good Status program that gives all the extra little touches of comfort, especially on long flights!"
Pros: "Service was excellent"
Cons: "Seats are contrived - knees bumping up against seat back. Maybe ok for short flights but 5 hours is too long"
Pros: "Flight not full so with empty seat beside me I had lots of room to sprawl!"
Cons: "I still think it's wrong for airlines to charge for food so I didn't buy any. Couldn't get United app to work so no in-flight entertainment except what I brought."
Pros: "Boarded the plane at regular time but then had to get off because our pilots were switched to another plane. We had to then get off the plane and wait 2 hours for our next crew of pilots. It was a frustrating trip."
