Pros: Crew was friendly and efficient. A plus
Cons: Having a pilot there on time. Having the yellow back support for the plane so we could exit the plane from the front.
Cons: My bag was lost, but I think that was more of an American Airlines issue than a Alaska one.
Pros: The crew was professional in every way,
Cons: There were a couple of individuals with oversized carry-ons that held up boarding as they tried repeatedly to get the carry-ons into the overhead bins. Utilizing a carry-on sizing tool in the gate area would have identified these two oversized carry-ons PRIOR to boarding and could have kept everyone safer. Instead, passengers behind the offenders were waiting while the bags were opened, items removed, and another attempt made at stuffing them into the overhead bins, all while passengers already seated were subjected to even more compromised social distancing in enclosed spaces.
Pros: IT was ok, for a 45 flight
Cons: The crew was so rude!!!!!!
Pros: Really good in flight service
Cons: Had to change gates multiple times before boarding
Pros: Nice quiet flight
Cons: Crew member attitude specifically regarding passengers in the emergency rows
Pros: Crew was great as always.
Cons: Flight was delayed. The cheese plate I ordered had soggy grapes. They were kind of questionable! I didn’t eat them!
Pros: I really liked that this time I was offered a beverage and after I got it, the stewardess who was following the treat cart looked at our seats and checked if everyone was offered a beverage. Loved it!
Cons: Everything was AMAZING.
Pros: The crew was great. However I have had issues with take offs and landings with Alaska the last two times I’ve flown with them. Literally have been stuck for more than an hour on the tarmac both times.
Cons: I think that Family’s with young children need to have their own area in the plane. I was screamed at and kicked by children for most of this flight. The extra hour on the tarmac was torture.
Pros: Good crew on this leg. While not always the case, they left the lights off for the entire flight and only had them dimly on when doing their final checks. It was also nice that everybody was handed water bottles that wanted one.
Cons: Alaska Airlines doesn't have seatback screens and only limited beverage selections on these shuttle flights.
Pros: Love the entertainment options with my own device, food, and power at the seat
Cons: Entertainment was disrupted. Departure was delayed by delayed departure of the previous flight without enough explanation to those of us waiting to board
Pros: Comfortable and relaxed cabin
Cons: Friendlier crew as no smile and pleasantries
Cons: Flight delayed. Delayed. Delayed. Seat changed without notice. Flight attendants were a bit rude.
Pros: The entertainment options were amazing for a domestic flight.
Cons: My flight was delayed an hour.
Pros: Crew was kind, friendly and funny. Gogo inflight entertainment was great, and made the trip go by faster.
Pros: Um rude staff who couldn’t even be bothered to tell us where we would claim our bags, with ORD being a bit unclear for Alaska Airlines. Seriously, just communicate and be polite human beings.
Cons: The food options
Pros: Economy tickets this trip and seated in Row 13 wasn’t too shabby! But passengers need reminding that airplanes deboard in ORDER.. a seat 15 need not shove in front of my 12 year old son..
Cons: Late flight and too many dogs who CLEARLY aren’t for therapeutic reasons, but personal.. and NOT well behaved ( barking & jumping .. and on ME, btw..love dogs, have 2 myself but my expectation is a dog in the plane with people ought be ofthe best behaved variety.. screaming babies need Benadryl, parents need to be notified of this, because we ALL pay the same price for tickets and need not be subjected to an acoustical assault for 2/4 hours of a flight ✈️.
Pros: Boarding and in boarding took forever and the leg room was damn cramped but it was good overall
Pros: Free movies was great.
Cons: Missing luggage. Please help
Cons: Missed connecting flight
Pros: Several great movie options.
Cons: No free, little packs of food, and very small options list that was overpriced.
Pros: I always love flying Alaska and the flight attendants are always super nice!
Pros: I was able to sleep on the flight and it went by pretty quickly.
Cons: Crew was so quick with the water and snacks that I was only able to get one cup of water for the whole flight.
Pros: The crew was awesome, so friendly.
Pros: New aircraft with plugin for laptop, free movies, and WiFi for a price. Friendly and professional crew. Totally productive flight. Alaska Air is my new favorite.
Pros: Pleasant attendants
Cons: All good
Pros: On time.
Cons: Slow boarding and deplaning.
Pros: my flight was from fairbanks to seattle and then to orlando. i was very comfortable and the attendants were caring when someone felt ill. not a medical emergency just a woman who felt odd.
Cons: the on board thing to do with the tablet didnt work. when we landed in seattle i asked the customer service booth for help and they ould not offer any suggestions except to rent thier equipment
Pros: on time
Cons: I have never been on a flight where I was bumped in the leg or arm repeatedly. Passengers were constantly up and down the aisle along with the carts hawking their wares. I trussed myself up like a turkey with the seatbelt so I wasn't on the armrest so as not to get hit again. My grandson who is a lot smaller than I, tried to put his head down to sleep on the tray table. He looked so uncomfortable. I know the deal is butts in the seats, but even the seat bottom is horribly uncomfortable. These planes have become cattle buses. I put up with it because there is no choice and I can't afford first class.
Pros: Friendly crew, clean plane, loved that there was USB and power outlets in every seat, on time departure and arrival
Pros: In my flight form ANC to FAI the check in was seemless. I was given a bag for my car seat. I was able to check my pack n play no issues. Checking my bag
Cons: My flight back my cab driver was late. I got there at 530 first of all the baggage drop lady was rude and looked me up and down before choosing to talk to me. I was told they didn't have bags for my car seat and that I missed my flight. By the time I scheudled a new flight and made it through security to wait for my 9 am instead of 6 am flight the flight I was suppsosed to be on was boarding. Also when I checked my bags after being told I had to call the 1800# instead of use the customer service desk I was told that I had to pay for my pack n play. When it was not charged on the way up.
Pros: The aircraft was comfortable. I just had a standard coach seat and it was as roomy as other airlines premium economy seats. Alaska airlines had reasonably priced food and drinks, and the entire flight crew was friendly and professional. I also liked the free GoGo texting feature.
Cons: For some reason the airplane left the gate about 40 minutes late. It was also very difficult to hear the announcements from the flight deck. The only announcement that came through loud and clear was the spiel for the Alaska Airlines credit card.
Pros: Boarding was efficient, seat was comfortable. I appreciate that food and drinks were offered often.
Cons: One particular flight attendant purposely ignored me when I tried to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee which she did not offer when handing out drinks. Then she looked right at me twice as I tried to give her my garbage which she was collecting, but she ignored me again and left me holding my garbage until a different flight attendant came much later and took it without incident. It made me wonder if it was because I looked Asian- she was helpful and polite to the white women next to me. I was polite and was not being difficult in any way. I'm half white, but was often treated like this in Illinois when I was growing up. She should have been professional and if she had I would have rated the trip as excellent.
Pros: i liked that the flight attendants were attentaive.
Cons: the wifi which i paid for didnt work the entire tome and it was frustrating
Pros: Flight was fine - can't really say much real good or bad - we slept most of the time. Left tablet on board and a crew member retrieved it for me and did so with a smile. Pretty happy with the flight.
Cons: Can't think of any negatives.
Pros: The crew was friendly.
Cons: I was not allowed to use the restroom when we still had 20 minutes or so to land. As they were collecting final garbage, the restrooms were locked and I was not allowed to use them. I can understand cutting off the use of them once the flight crew is seated but they were still walking around and I really had to go. I don't recall a warning for this. If there was an announcement it was not audible over the hum of the engine. I'm very dissatisfied about that final part of my experience.
Pros: The seats were too small...other passengers were in our bubble
Cons: They kept on changing the gates without notice, and we didn't get seats together in the first two flights to Alaska; the crew was not friendly in first trip Alaska
Cons: Wondering why a very intoxicated man was asked to sit next to me. He had two deep cuts in his fingers, couldn't focus on sitting down, awful hygiene, was sold two vodka cocktails, and he hit his eye on the straw because he fell to sleep then woke up to drink more. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the entire flight and would like to speak with someone from Alaska Airlines.
Pros: Both my flights were great, and especially my outgoing flight from Chicago, the attendants at the gate were amazing. I don't think I've ever met more helpful, nice attendants--nothing seemed rushed, and they were helpful and happy. Similarly, the attendants on the flight were really nice and cheerful. Flights left on time, and I got in early on my first flight. I've flown a lot in the last year, but this was one of my better experiences with an airline. Check-in was really easy too.
Cons: I requested an aisle seat because I have broad shoulders and a knee that hurts if I can't extend it. EVERY TIME a particular stewardess would pass, she'd SLAM into my shoulder, with no care or apology. This was very hard to enjoy a drink, or sleep, or do anything on the flight.
Pros: Wonderful seat and attendants.
Pros: Straightforward. Love that Starbucks coffee is offered! Also love that you can charge devices. The inflight entertainment option works for me; I usually come prepared but I was happy to pay to watch a movie, although the cost seemed unnecessarily high.
Cons: There was quite a bit of wait at boarding time while standby seating was sorted out. I wasn't sure why ticketed customers could not board on schedule; instead, everyone was standing around at the scheduled board time while names were announced, etc.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, tablet movies on plane, good snacks, on time.
Cons: In a word: Kayak. A few days before my trip i found out that Kayak had not actually booked my seats as promised. What ensued was very stressful as I get very anxious having to be in a middle seat. In the future I will research on Kayak and book on an airline.
Cons: Flight schedule is what I did not like. It would have been good if there was a straight flight from Alaska (Anchorage, Fairbanks) to LA and LA to Alaska (Anchorage, Fairbanks)
Pros: Efficient boarding and on time flight-crew was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Being between two big men, I felt squished in the middle, so I don't know if the seats are smaller than other airlines, or just my situation, but sleeping was pretty much out of the question, as I could barely move.
Pros: I was moved up to comfort instead of main cabin.
Cons: The wifi didn’t seem to be working on the flight even tho it said it was equipped.
Pros: Crew was awesome!
Cons: The boarding did not go on time. An announcement about why would have been nice. Still made it on the flight on time.
Pros: Same crew and great experiments again
Pros: Kosher snacks! Thank you! Very safe and controlled Covid procedures. Made me feel safe.
Pros: Very controlled and safe Covid procedures. Outlets and screens at every seat.
Pros: Felt very clean and so glad they are not selling every seat
Pros: great everything!
Cons: Not delayed
Pros: It was all good glad the last leg of the trip was pleasant.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: No leg room for 6’6” person.
Cons: The unfortunate delay prevented me from attending my grandmother’s wake. Fewer delays would be helpful.
Cons: A/C was not working well, cabin was too warm and stuffy. Long delay on take off. Can not hear and understand pilot through PA system.
Pros: The crew did their best to deal with delay.
Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.
Cons: Middle seat, last row. In a full flight, and the passenger in fronf reclines, its difficult to watch monitor, eat, or move
Cons: No sandwiches for sale just snack boxes
Pros: The fight was very professionally carried out.
Cons: The gate agent hurried ineffectively to board our slightly delayed flight (around 10 min). She left open the Priority Lane and boarded all pax there, having to step 4 steps to the left to scan every boarding pass.
Pros: It was ok
Cons: Seat the family together
Pros: The crew and the comfort plus seat
Cons: Announcements were too loud in earphones (could damage ear drums) and entertainment was turned off while waiting 30 min for the gate to open.
Cons: Smooth on time flight
Pros: The crew really kept us updated on the many delays.
Cons: There were SO many delays and they kept changing. At one point we got on and off the plane.
Pros: Everything was good except boarding was delayed several times and even after everyone had boarded. We arrived 2 hours behind originally scheduled time as the result.
Cons: Delta needs to try harder to minimize flight delays.
Pros: The seats were ok.
Cons: The flight was delayed over 3 hours so I missed my connection in Chicago to Seattle. I’m now stick in Chicago overnight and have to be on a 6 am flight tomorrow. The Delta staff at LaGuaurdia was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Hate Delta......
Pros: Fast boarding, friendly crew, and comfy seats
Cons: It was pretty bumpy and a few times we changed altitude very quickly
Pros: I loved the flight attendants and the desk staff everyone was so friendly and made me want to travel delta again.
Cons: Delta doesn’t offer military spouses free checked bags and I found this out at the airport. It was disheartening, but at least it’s Delta and not the airline that is supposed to represent America.
Cons: Plane journey awful. Speaker had a loud buzzing noise all the time so never heard a word bad landing. Rattling plane Very cold.
Cons: They changed the gate twice on me and by the time I got to the correct one, the flight had already left.
Pros: Clean plane, the seat felt roomy. Smooth ride and the captain communicated clearly.
Cons: It felt super hot and I wish there was food included in such a long flight.
Pros: As usual great staff and awesome entertainment/connectivity
Cons: Due to weather & maintenance flight was delayed for IFR release & fuel temperature gauge issues. Staff was very helpful. Would have appreciated a drink voucher. Some unprofessional passengers took their frustrations out on the flight attendants.
Cons: Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline.
Pros: Fairbanks airport small and cozy, very easy to hear boarding announcements. There were two seats in our row and behind us that had been assigned to more than one person. The flight attendants were very quick and resourceful in solving the issue to everyone’s satisfaction.
Cons: I srill dislike the idea of purchasing food and paying baggage fees separately from the tickets. Creates inconvenience as well as at least three separate transactions, increasing your exposure to possible credit card data theft.
Pros: Crew friendly
Cons: Middle seat with no option for me to move
Cons: Break downs again... At least this time they found another plane.
Pros: I flew on a basic economy fare (I understand the restrictions) and was seated in Economy Comfort +, so that was appreciated.
Cons: I could see on the Fly Delta app that I had been placed in seat 10B, but neither the app nor my boarding pass gave me a group to board with, so I assumed that I needed to board with group 3, which necessitated gate-checking my rollerboard bag. Only when I approached the gate to board did I notice on the info screen that I had been "upgraded" to Comfort + and granted boarding with the Sky Priority group. I wish this had been clearer so I could have avoided waiting to board and gate-checking my bag. Minor inconvenience but room for improvement on Delta's part.
Cons: Too tight and seats not comfortable.
Pros: The Delta people were solicitous, efficient and brilliant the whole way through. We had not a bit of trouble. Our first class seats were comfortable, but with the supplied blanket, pillow and poor air conditioning it was a hot flight. The cabin personnel were wonderful as per usual, and my tasty gin and tonic soothed any discontent. I wish I could fly this way all the time!
Cons: The private contractor handling wheelchair assistance was terrible. A Delta employee theorized that they do not pay enough to attract and retain personnel. Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor.
Pros: We were traveling with a toddler and infant but put in different row because the tickets were purchased separately. Gate staff promptly put us together and even bumped us up to delta comfort. Was a very pleasant trip. Thanks delta!
Pros: Accident on way to airport, so I showed up to check bags 45 minutes before flight time. They said they couldn't get the bag to the plane..in 45 minutes? So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league.
Pros: Airline stewards were very friendly and pleasant.
Cons: We booked with Delta, but were put on Air France. Even though we had our boarding passes in hand we had to wait in long, slow line for baggage tags because they would not print from kiosk. There was minimal Air France staff on duty serving thousands of passengers during busy season (July). While the lines grew larger, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare.
Cons: Very uncomfortable, seats did not recline and seats way too close together.
Pros: Entertainment options weren't bad. Most of the crew was polite other than one flight attendant who seemed ambivalent and unhappy to be there.
Cons: Three hour+ flight and just one tiny bag of pretzels? And no lemon or lime wedges on the beverage cart? Plus, I have to pay extra for one checked bag. I will only fly Delta if I have to in the future. Subpar airline.
Pros: What I liked: Sky Priority privilege came with separate luggage check-in queues and early boarding
Cons: What I disliked: Seats were too small No beverages or snacks offered No USB or power outlets available Three different groups board before Delta Comfort (e.g. those needing more time, travelers with children, first/business class) Didn't see the value compared to a less expensive main cabin ticket
Pros: I was notified about the delay via text before I left for the airport, which was nice. I would not have checked my email.
Cons: Delayed for over 2 hours. I have never flown Delta before this flight and it wasn't a great representation. The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars.
Pros: Great short trip with an attentive crew.
Cons: Seats were a bit uncofortable and small compared to previous flights.
Cons: Unnecessary flight cancellation. I had friends taking the same flight at the same time at the same airport from different airlines and they came through for their customers. I received no consolation it assistance with overnight accommodations.
Cons: The flight attendant looked like she was mad throughout the whole flight
Pros: We were delayed due to weather and Delta brought a cart of snacks and drinks over to the gate for us.
Pros: First time flying DELTA and to New York City. Really liked flying into Marine Terminal for it's smallness and easiness to collect luggage and catch a taxi.
Pros: The flight was on time. I got lucky and was seated with extra legroom and was very very grateful. No drama - nice and easy.
Cons: When we were checking in I wasn’t sure where to lineup to put my luggage in. The lines for the kiosks were also confusing. Some more direction that I think would be helpful at Philadelphia airport.
Pros: Gate attendant was a superstar.
Cons: 6 hour delay due to part that St. Louis sent for - twice. Will never fly through ST Louis again on AA. Terrible Domino's pizza and water were complimentary after 4 hours delay. Returned to gate twice. 11 a.m. flight arrived at 9:30 PM ( 3 hr flight). Poor gate attendant was left to fend for herself as she was fed false and contradictory information.
Pros: Crew was friendly and nice.
Pros: Gate side crew was amazing in providing repeated delay updates.
Cons: 6:34 flight was delayed until 1:00 am due to not having a pilot. No weather issues just no pilot, poor staffing. Unacceptable.
Cons: Seat space
Cons: Delayed three hours with no communication or compensation. Poor customer service
Cons: Better communication about handicap persons. I called twice and notified two people about my mom and her wheelchair but no one tells the gate to put a ramp up to the regional jet on the tarmac. Three ring circus as usual .
Pros: Arrived early. Friendly pilot.
Cons: Attendant did not offer snack choice.
Pros: Crew friendly and accommodating, even on short flight
Cons: Good - no complaints.
Pros: Service was good
Pros: Nice leg room in exit row
Cons: My travel companion and I encountered the most unfriendly and non respondent flight crew of all time.
Cons: 6 hour mechanical delay
Pros: Good smooth flight and quick
Cons: I left my iPad in the seat pocket and they said they didn’t find it!
Cons: I’m not sure how this flight was as I missed it due to a delay from YYZ to ORD
Pros: My connecting flight from london arrived late and the crew made sure i made it onto the flight to stl even though I barely made it to the gate on time.
Pros: Clean, Friendly flight attendant
Cons: I don’t understand how a brief meaning less than 30 minutes thunderstorm can cause a five hour delay. Every time I take the route from DCA to STL American is always really late
Pros: crew was pleasant
Pros: My flight was fine - I paid for a Premium Seat, which also allowed me a premium boarding position, which I highly recommend for anyone flying. The seat was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and I really liked the in-flight entertainment.
Cons: At the DFW security post for my gate, there was NO TSA-pre. That service stops at 7pm. I would think at a major airport like DFW where American Airlines has a hub, they would make sure to staff that longer. Just getting to keep my shoes on, while having to drag all my electronics and liquids out, take my coat and belt off, etc. is not acceptable. AA should put the pressure on DFW to treat their customers better!
Cons: Flight was delayed almost two hours due to crew staffing issues.
Pros: Flight crew very friendly.
Cons: Everything was as expected. 1 star on entertainment as there was none. Would have liked to have been able to get 3 seats together without extra charges.
Cons: It was nice. And boarding was good too.
Pros: This flight is the normal nonstop from Mia to StL. The seating is tight but not completely uncomfortable.
Cons: I just had knee replacement 4 1/2 months ago. It was difficult to fully extend my leg under the seat in front of me because the space between rows has shrunk to include more seating.
Cons: the fly got delayed for more than 3 hours.
Cons: There was just an announcement that the refreshments will be served shortly but there were no refreshments. Take off and landing was horrible. Flight was shaking way more than usual.
Pros: It was easy to travel
Cons: Too many delays. Having to de-board after boarding.
Cons: Plane was not board on time. Delayed taking off.
Pros: Easy and customer service at lax was awesome and very helpful!!!
Cons: The 45 minute bag time that's it may or may not be able to go 45 mins within boarding .
Pros: This was the same crew and pilot from the flight I took to LAX. His landing was so smooth, I woke up pleasantly upon landing!
Pros: Great staff.
Cons: The hour delay due to maintenance and fueling.
Pros: Why would a jet this size wobble all the way across the Atlantic! The pretzels were even stale, and they served a "pizza" that was a stale mini loaf with sauce and a little mozzarella. People were starving when breakfast was served. The thermostat fluctuated from horribly hot to freeing - for 14 hrs. The crew slammed things down on table trays, grumped, were giving harsh orders to patrons rather than gently directing them. These ladies do not enjoy their job. I am done with Delta. We were also an hour late taking off due to a door on a cargo hold not closing. I was embarrassed that our Aussie friends experienced this as their first American flight.
Cons: Food, attitude of flight attendants, comfort of cabin. Pilot took charge of thermostat issue and kept us informed in a friendly manner regarding the status of our take off and flight progress.
Pros: On time
Cons: Boarding numbers
Pros: My neighbor.
Cons: We sat on the tarmac for over an hour for no apparent reason.
Cons: I nearly missed my flight because I did not have a seat for a flight that I bought a ticket for at full price. Which, would lead one to believe that I would have a seat on said flight. However, coming to the gate an hour before boarding the personnel working gate the said he was having computer difficulties and could not get me a seat and it would be 10 min. I continued to return till boarding to find out I had no seat and I was on standby. Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled.
Cons: Forced to check my carry on. Took 30min for the bags to come out on the carousel. Which is why i never check my bag.
Pros: Speedy boarding
Cons: Unmotivated crew, uncomfortable seats.
Pros: We boarded fast and the flight was smooth. The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The sears were a little uncomfortable. They went terrible but my back started to go out on my 2 hour plans ride.
Pros: very friendly staff
Cons: Boarding was chaotic, with people sitting in wrong seats and walking the wrong way down the plane. Crew were not especially friendly. I know it was at the tail end of a long Sunday, but it wasn't impressive.
Pros: Entertainment, 110 plugins for devices, internet.
Cons: only free meal option was cinnamon cookies.
Pros: The ginger ale.
Cons: This was my return trip with more delays due to maintenance issues of the aircraft. 10/17/16 flight 1585 was the outgoing flight delayed five hours on my departing trip. I waited at the baggage carousel 15 minutes for my bag after over an hour delay due to switching aircrafts. With a flight arriving this late in the evening with the low volume of bags checked (due to checked luggage charges), this should not be the case. Five minutes to gulp down ginger ale.
Pros: On time, arrived early.
Cons: Seats too close in front of you.
Cons: Again out of snacks and she skipped our row for drinks. Again small issues but what else are they doing?
Cons: Attempted to make my connection which was in another terminal. Could not get onboard as they shut the doors. My rerouted flight was in a different terminal. Overall a very disappointing travel experience.
Pros: It took off on time and life was good.
Pros: The plane has improved greatly with their comfort and leg space
Cons: With checking my luggage my bag fee was waived a total of seven times this trip because I'm a military wife to see my husband overseas who is serving a year in Saudi Arabi except this past time on October 2nd at DCA airport. Spoke with the Supervisor Ralph who stated it was against policy. How stringent is this policy if it was waived seven times previously? Policy needs to be reviewed with entire staff. I will no longer use American Airlines because their military convenience and policies no longer seem to favor the military. My husband also after speaking with him will also no longer use your airline including all his members he overseas when they return after their year tour.
Pros: The people
Cons: The seats are too small I'm 6'1 and that's not that tall
Cons: 3 hour delay...and no voucher for the delay
Pros: Love bed it! Would recommend to family/friends
