The pilots did an excellent job of keeping us updated, kept things as smooth as possible with the bad weather and we had plenty of movies and games to choose"
Cons: "I was charged an extra $100 because my bag was 10lbs overweight. Where is this crazy fee communicated on their website? And why does it have to be so much? I didn't have a way to weigh our bag before we left. I had no idea it was so heavy - ridiculous price."
Pros: "Amazing crew and seating. Worth the upgrade to premium."
Pros: "The crew was really nice! They were very energetic!"
Cons: "I am not blaming the airline, but the Salt Lake Airport. Everything was slow and everything was delayed! The airport staff was friendly, but airport management needs be prepared and perform better. Compared to other airport, there was not that many people flying, and still there processing issues."
Cons: "Nothing my timing was a bit off it all worked out well"

Pros: "Boarding was smooth"
Cons: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."
Pros: "Insane turbulence with no explanation of cause. Also, the jack for my earphones did not function properly."

Pros: "The flight was actually ahead of time!"
Cons: "I did not like that they would not assign me a seat because the flight appeared to be oversold. Finally I was allowed to board (and it was a good seat location but the seat back was locked in the upright position and I wanted to knap)"
Pros: "Standard Air France flight. My wife and I like the Airbus 380."
Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"
Pros: "The flight could not be have been nicer. Lovely crew!!!!"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "Haven't left yet!!!"
Cons: "4+ total hour delay"
Pros: "Makes all the difference to have Flight attendants and pilots all wonderful. Gratefully, ~Elana"
Cons: "Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."

After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."
Pros: "very little"
Cons: "Could they make sears smaller? The plane was really old too."
Cons: "Flight delayed due to weather and mechanical.. nightmare! Still not sure when I'll get to DCA . I was suppose to get in at 9:30 pm. Flight from atlanta won't leave until 10:20 pm."
Pros: "Hassle free left on time arrived early San Jose nice airport and drive to red wood city picturesque Staff friendly and cookies great"
Cons: "On this occasion I actually enjoyed it all"
Pros: "Good for an economy flight"
Cons: "Too long"
Cons: "At least 10, including my entertainment systems didn't work as soon as we took off. A 4 1/2 hour flight cross country with no entertainment, very disappointing. The crew was very unorganized, they couldn't even figure out how to give drinks and snacks in an efficient manner with initially skipping several rows without asking about either. Seat headrests were not adjustable up and down."
Pros: "The flight was run through Delta out of Seattle, and the crew was friendly and very helpful, as it was initially somewhat confusing how to check in for the flight online via WestJet's site - but the check-in agents and gate agents quickly clarified! The flight also boarded and departed mostly on time, and the onboard wifi was great."
Cons: "It was a bit confusing to check in online, as the WestJet site doesn't list Seattle as a departure city and then it took several different input attempts before Delta's site found my WestJet flight info."
Pros: "The tv in the back of every seat makes any seat a good seat."
Cons: "Was not on it due to cancellation. Was on an Aeromexico flight without Delta emenities. Was very disappointing. Was not offered an upgrade and had a long layover in Mexico City"
Pros: "Friendly crew, ok seats"
Cons: "Was not possible to even request a coffee"
Pros: "everthing went well"
Cons: "Enforce your baggage size and number limits. A significant number of passengers take bags onboard that are oversized."
Cons: "There was no food or entertainment on this flight. But then I didn't expect any food, drinks or entertainment"
