Cons: "This 6:00 am flight consistently leaves the gate more than 10 minutes early. The ticket counter shuts down promptly (and in some cases even earlier) 40 minutes prior to departure. If you don't have your boarding pass in hand, you are out of luck even though the ground crew is about 10 feet from you and can see you through the glass. The airport clocks at Lewiston airport are all 3 minutes slow, except for the clocks in the TSA area which are all 5 minutes fast. Reported to the airline and to the Airport manager, Robin Turner, who was extremely condescending and rude to our party, even though we were trying to pass on information that the Airline employees had complained about the issue for months."

She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."

Pros: "Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable."
Cons: "I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology."

We were not even offered the curtesy snake for a domestic flight by unfriendly stewards apparently unhappyted with her job. Apparanty all American carrier staffs has no respect for customers. It is not only s united problem. Curtesy and respects goes both ways. They need to be retrained in public relation."

First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

SOUTHWEST WOULD NEVER BLOCK A PAYING PASSENGER BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHECK IN 20 MINUTES EARLY. I PAID $600 FOR THAT FLIGHT AND WATCHED IT SIT ON THE RUNWAY WHILE I WAS BLOCKED FROM BOARDING. IT WAS 20 FEET AWAY FROM ME IN THIS TINY AIRPORT. MY CO-WORKER WAS ABLE TO GET ON, BUT I WAS A COUPLE OF STEPS BEHIND BECAUSE OF RETURNING THE RENTIAL CAR."

Are flight from Boise sucked we we're 4 to 5 hours late due to the gas contamination in Boise and we weren't informed until a hour + after from the time our flight was suppose to go out. We weren't very happy. They new the night prior, so we could have came to the airport 3 hours later and been just fine. Which also made us miss the connecting flight"

I think most people would agree that when they purchase a boarding pass, it is assumed that it includes a seat. Having to pay extra for a seat was something I did not plan for and it was out of my budget, but I had no choice, because I had to get home somehow! I'll be going without groceries this week due to this unplanned expense."

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

I paid a full fare 1-way ticket to get out of PHX as they were not willing to allow me to fly standby or make a change to my existing ticket. Crappy airline service at the counter. Cons: "One passenger constantly got up from his seat to stand next to mine, using my arm rest to lean on, to talk to his girlfriend. They didn't speak english so didn't seem to understand or just ignored my attempts to kick him off. Advertised free movies but you had to pay for most of them."

Cons: "Weather delay, then an aircraft change due to that, and finally an additional 20 minute delay due to a late crewmember which was not fully explained. If the crew member had also been deleted by the weather I would not have felt so bad about the additional delay."

Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

The ERJ's are really nice with the updated seats and tray table in the armrest. It was only an hour and a half flight, so no real way to rate food or entertainment."

Cons: "The stewardess was Young and NOT the epitome of the Friendly skies. She lived upto a my expectatuons of a stereotypical Millenial! She served us, but not well. Not what I have come to expect from the Friendly skies. All others have been gooD or better."

By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."
