Pros: "The boarding was great and moved very well. The crew super friendly and helpful."

Pros: "On time, comfortable flight. Great crew and service."

Cons: "Every thing was good"
Pros: "The views on this flight are good. The crew was just ok and they should explain where the restroom is."

Cons: "Explain why there’s over a 2 hour delay"
Pros: "Diverted for unclear reasons. Stuck in TSY with hotel voucher to an overbooked hotel; trying to find out of pocket accommodations after long day of no food at MIDNIGHT was a real downer! I’ll let ya know if I make it home TODAY!!!"
Cons: "The Delta flight leaving Cleveland was a hour and a half late so we could not make our connection to get home and had to overnight in Minneapolis. This is the fourth time in six flights For Delta. I think the Kayak booking algorithm needs to allow more time between connecting flights."
Pros: "Some of the crew members talked loudly in the galley all night long. Mostly gossiping and complaining. We had the last seats next to the galley, so it was frustrating to not have quiet and be able to sleep. This was a flight run by Delta for Air France."
Cons: "The food was horrible."
Cons: "The crew members were very rude and they called me an IDIOT!! Yes they did because the forced me to check my carry on bag and i didnt want they are racists"
Pros: "Delta always does a superior job - domestically and internationally!"
Cons: "The boarding process at LAX was awful. I’m sure the horrible shuttle wait and transfer from terminal to terminal is the airport’s fault, but the airline did not do anywhere near enough to inform passengers of what was in store. It was confusing and annoying."
Pros: "Great staff and they worked hard to make the flight comfortable."
Cons: "The seats are small and the plane feels like a Sardine can."
Pros: "Great service!"
Cons: "The comfort seats are not that comfortable"
Cons: "They changed the gate twice on me and by the time I got to the correct one, the flight had already left."
Pros: "The crew members were so kind and friendly. I actually did feel more at ease and made my journey more enjoyable. Specifically, was were traveling with guitars and they gave us no hesitation to board early in order to Stowe our instruments safely. They were very pleasant during serving and with requests. The offerings of movies and TV were excellent and extensive."
Cons: "The meal really wasnt very good. But the snacks and beverages we're quite good. Not sure if it is related but the check in/luggage drop process was quite slow."
Pros: "I love flying Delta and my flight to Australia was incredible. I like the fact that I can check two bags free and the free inflight messaging and entertainment. Some of the staff were very polite and friendly."
Cons: "The seat I was in was broken. It moved and I was stuck sitting on metal. There was no leg room. The plane used going to Australia was a lot roomier this plane was old. Some of the flight attendants were very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by the fact they had to do their job. The entertainment system had to be rebooted multiple times and the usb on the seats didn’t work. They ran out of food during lunch."
Pros: "Like the smaller contingent of passengers. Boerding a lot quicker and simpler. Captain gave us some interesting details about plane and its capabilities."
Cons: "Exit row seats were were very uncomfortable, very little padding, although there was plenty of legroom. No snacks or entertainment. WiFi did not work."
Cons: "Wouldn’t let us take our carry-on because they had overbooked and had no more room in overhead. Delayed our first flight and then our connecting flight left *early*. (If you know you have customers with short connections, why leave early to make their connections even shorter?) Then told us they would not pay for our hotel since it wasn’t their fault. Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."
Cons: "If we're going to be early, have a gate ready."
Pros: "the movies are great. all the entertainment is."
Cons: "lack of over head space, personal room."
Pros: "Food was plenty."
Cons: "Long security lines at Logan. No free WiFi"
Cons: "Delays. Ways late."
Pros: "I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened."
Cons: "The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta."
Pros: "good price but older plans"
Cons: "please do not use plastic forks and spoons"
Pros: "Love the free movies and individual screen, and the new seats are more comfortable"
Cons: "That it wasn’t 1970, with full meals and more leg room"
Cons: "The crew was extremely rude. I was skipped got beverages twice and when I rang the bell the flight attendant gave me a lot of attitude. No one likes to fly for 10 hours, I get it, but it was extremely unprofessional."
Cons: "Too tight and seats not comfortable."
Pros: "Kind bar"
Cons: "Booked my flight and paid to pick my seats. Did not end up getting the seats I booked. Boarding and departing was extremely slow."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "Too cold Not friendly boarding agent"
Pros: "Flight attendants and cookies. That's it."
Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."
Pros: "The food on the flight from Venice to Atlanta was excellent! And the flight attendants was really friendly and helpful. My movie screen froze up and our attendant rebooted it right away."
Pros: "Good service, on time, clean planes"
Cons: "The commuter Jets seats are really small unless you pay for Delta Comfort"
Cons: "I'm a frequent flier and was treated poorly, seated in the last seat and last row despite paying more than $1,000 on ticket. Awful."
Pros: "Troy, Karee, and all of the staff on board were amazing! One of the best flights I have ever been on. Hope they are the crew for my flight home."
Pros: "Small cubicles are pretty comfortable but a little cramped . No they are upgrading their business class to larger "suites" and that will be good . The food is good but nothing to write home about . Your payment system works well but as usual there is a somewhat limited library."
Pros: "Great crew and passengers"
Pros: "Friendly, hard working flight crew"
Cons: "Flight delayed 2.5 hours. Not necessarily their fault, but they rarely communicated why or what to expect. Despite signing up for SMS notifications, I'd find out from Kayak more than I did from Delta."
Cons: "Connection flight from LAX to Seattle was dropped off of booking completely. When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."
Pros: "Delta has failed in trying to break into the Aspen market. Their "personal ground crew" was hapless. Half the passenger bags didn't make it on to the plane. When we checked in the ticketing agent was randomly stacking bags in a heap behind her, and not putting them on the conveyor belt. The flight attendant was loud and screechy, saying that it was easier to leave off the bags than take people off the plane. What?? How was this not accounted for before the flight. On the way out, they forgot to build in time to de-ice the plane. SMH"
Pros: "The two native born Senegalese boys, aged about 8 or 9 were delightful, energetic, generally well behaved."
Cons: "They understood my poor French but I couldn't understand most of theirs. They needed a great deal of help with eating the adult meals they were served and using the entertainment system. At first the flight attendants did little if anything to help. Later after I pointed out the problems we were having they were better. Such young ones needed better supervision and meals easier to eat than they received. I needed less stress on the long 8 hour flight. This was not quite a Sky Priority Comfort Plus experience for me."
Cons: "Enforce your baggage size and number limits. A significant number of passengers take bags onboard that are oversized."
Pros: "economy plus legroom."
Cons: "actual reclining seats, edible food, broader movie selection and newer films.,"
Pros: "Got a row to Myself"
Cons: "No Masks really enforced"
Pros: "Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane."
Cons: "We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food."
Pros: "Crew good. Good tv/ movie choices."
Cons: "Late check in and takeoff because cleaning crew didn’t show up on time. Late landing because plane below was cleared to take off late. Didn’t receive instructional video until after takeoff because TVs wouldn’t work at first. Uncomfortable seating."
Cons: "On time instead of 5 hours late"
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work. Wifi did not work so could not use personal devices. Light did not work so couldn't read a book. Looking at the back of the seat in front of me for 5 hours was pretty tedious."
Pros: "Kind crew."
Cons: "Did not allow me to have carry on. Had to pay for it to be checked. Unexpected cost."
Pros: "The male flight attendant was friendly. The boarding personnel were friendly and apologetic for needing to check our carry ons."
Cons: "seats are so uncomfortable. no space."
Pros: "Great cabin attendant!"
Cons: "Air conditioning on my feet got old."
Cons: "I didn't go on my trip. My course in SF was cancelled and United would n't refund my money or change the dates for my trips because of there basic economy package. They have 3 different economy packages and the economy basic doesn't get refunds and you can't change the flights if needed. It feels like they are banking on increasing there ROI with this basic economy ticket which is 40 -60 dollars cheaper than the next economy package. Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."
Pros: "The service excellent on the plane."
Pros: "Smooth short flight"
Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable and there wasn't enough legroom"
Pros: "The plane was nice and in good shape. They had beverage service for a very quick flight which is nice. Can't rate food or entertainment because only hour or so flight."
Cons: "It was freezing in the plane and I'm never cold. When I asked for a blanket they had none!!! They had just announced whatever they can do to make your flight more comfortable ask them. Not true, just words. Disappointed after the great treatment after flying ANA."
Pros: "The flight was on-time. Crew regularly provided water during the long trip."
Cons: "I ordered a vegetarian special meal online, but when the crew got to my aisle, all the vegetarian meals were taken! I do eat dairy, so it was no problem. But, it would not be fair if they ran out of that too for customers who have specified vegetarian online ahead of time."
Pros: "Nothing unusual every was smooth"
Cons: "Not applicable"
Pros: "Your new plane was really nice. Finally enough leg room! Flight was on time, landed great, and service on the plan was great too."
Cons: "The delays and cancellations overwhelmed the gate attendant. She was not able to effectively manage the situation and quickly became chaotic"
Cons: "It is smaller"
Cons: "Room for sitting."
Pros: "quick boarding"
Cons: "no outlets!"
Pros: "0 meals/delays"
Cons: "Got there safely!"
Pros: "Short flights"
Cons: "Mechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Pros: "Departed 30 minutes late"
Pros: "Landing safely."
Cons: "Everything else. I flew from PHL to IAH and was very unhappy with the experience. The gate agents were unfriendly. The bag check agents downstairs were unfriendly. I had two separate phone calls with United a week prior to the flight to understand and confirm the bag policy. This was AFTER booking my flight so they knew upfront I bought a basic economy ticket. After my first call, I understood a personal item would be free and I would be able to pay for my carry on bag, but only within 24 hours prior to the flight. I made a second call to be absolutely sure the previous agent gave me the correct information and pricing. So I paid the $25 for my carry on, checked in online, and waited at the gate while boarding at the very end because I was basic economy. They did not let me board with my bag. They requested another $50 to check my carry on with them or I would be rebooked. I struggled to afford the flight, let alone the carry on fee I had paid in advance. I literally did not have the money, and even if I had the cash, they only accept plastic. What blew me away was they weren't asking me to check my carry on because of the size. But because of my basic economy ticket, aka, the N fare. Despite checking with two employees by phone after buying my ticket and paying for a carry on in advance, there is a rule in place that states "if you have purchased Basic Economy, you will only be allowed one personal item, unless you are a Premier member or a primary card member using a qualifying MileagePlus credit card." Therefore, there is no alternative. You are a second class citizen; a no good deplorable, when you buy this ticket and there is nothing you can do to upgrade it. Only the "premier" passengers have the right to bring a carry on aboard even if you think you're paying for the privelage. What I was expected to somehow understand after asking two United employees prior if I could purchase the right to bring a carry on bag aboard, was to CHECK my CARRY ON downstairs or learn the hard way. Wow. What a ruthless way to learn this lesson. I waited 7 more hours to board the next available flight. What a nightmare. I thought I had did the appropriate research necessary and planned in advance to avoid these situations. Checking in online and contacting customer service prior is no longer the convenience it used to be. Even if you've done your research, bring additional funds with you. Even if you check in online and have a digital boarding pass, always check in with a real human prior to entering the TSA security line. A side note, United is trying to save money while "speeding up" the process by forcing you to use a computer to hand over your checked luggage. Speaking with a human now is a monumental struggle."
Pros: "I thank you for your excellent service!"
Cons: "Everything was very nice!"
Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"
Cons: "They lost my bag"
Pros: "The staff and crew were great."
Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."
Pros: "The landing"
Cons: "I had to pay $264 extra for missing a flight that I later found was delayed."
Cons: "Lines, delays, at least the agent I called while in line was helpful."
Pros: "I was scared until the young man who sat beside me helped me out. He was a military man . ."
Cons: "The bumpy ride! The take off and the landing ..."
Cons: "Waited 45 minutes for bags in Houston. Whatever we made up in the air was lost on the ground."
Pros: "Everything went well on both of my flights."
Cons: "Overpriced food that didn't look good and very expensive entertainment options"
Cons: "See above comments. This was the trip back. The starting trip SFO-Frankfurt-Vienna-Yerevan was extremely unfortunate for repeated delays and constant changes of flight which resulted in stress, running, catching a cold and ruining the overall goal of the trip. I wrote a letter with details and mailed to LH Customer Feedback."
Pros: "Crew was amazing anita was a dollgreatcrewmade the flightfood and snacks could have been better"
Cons: "our flight was delayed more than 2 hours due to weather. Of course, not a pleasure to have, after flying so far, but I appreciated how apologetic the crew and pilot was, under the circumstances"
Pros: "Friendly and caring staff."
Cons: "The entertainment system touch screen on my seat (32D) was slow and not responsive. The crew member attempt to reset the system twice. Not good for a long flight. I noticed other passenger were having the same problems as well."
Pros: "That I eventually arrived at my destination. The pilot on the Newark to Chicago segment providing entertainment as an apology for the delay of leaving. The television at the gates while waiting for my very late plane in O'Hare."
Cons: "The understaffed check-in at EWR. The late departure from EWR. The missed connection at ORD. The very late departure from ORD. My luggage was sent to the wrong airport."
Pros: "I can't really rate the food or entertainment. The flight was a red-eye so I slept. However, I slept well in First Class after upgrading several hours prior to take off."
Cons: "The flight was 1 hour 30 minutes late taking off."
Pros: "The flight attendant worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied as she found seats together for a family of three small children and mother just as the passengers were settling in."
Cons: "The seating is very tight and uncomfortable in this plane."
Pros: "Everything listed above is accurate of the 1st flight. I had just as much leg room on the 2nd flight as the first with it being even more crowded. Doing well!"
Cons: "Nothing comes to mind that I would be willing to say anything about."
Pros: "I was glad to see that the security check line was moving quickly. Sacramento is usually my go to airport when in northern California because it's so much easier to get to where you need to in a timely fashion too."
Pros: "The amenities are fabulous. The flight was very comfortable."
Pros: "Gate agent was nice and efficient"
Cons: "Flight attendants were lazy and boarding process sucks. Southwest is much better."
Pros: "The women who worked for united who helped reroute passengers worked hard to get us on other flights with other airlines during the multiple delays."
Cons: "Delayed thirty minutes then again and again for up to 8 hours until they finally cancelled it. Would have been helpful to be more transparent so passengers could have rerouted earlier to avoid missing connections in Chicago."
Cons: "I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN THERE YET!"
