I think the armrests may have actually reached high enough to BE an armrest. Individual video in seat backs was perfect with touch screen and more movies than I could count, music, tv show series, and more. $2 headsets for sale if your forgot to bring yours. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Delta, keep this up and people will actually choose you over other airlines. I know I will."

They would not allow us to fly because they said we needed to be vaccinated but nowhere on the website nor talking to people over the phone stated vaccinations were needed if we had had Covid already, we had test proving antigens and antibodies in our system as well as negative Covid tests . Intuitively they know people will pick that, but if something comes up the customer is screwed."

I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and wMechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I run 30 gates and the door just closed. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. Pros: "The meal that was served was exceptionally good."
Cons: "Is it really that much more expansive to provide complementary movies - personally I never watch the movies but many passengers do - I did not notice anyone who purchased this service."
Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"
Pros: "The staff and crew were great."
Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."
Pros: "2 flights today. Both delayed. Both with no free entertainment or any attempt to make up for the horrible problems. Service was non existent on the first and limited on the second."
Cons: "There is very little to like about united. Instead of taking the opportunity to offer some free comps to the passengers on either flight for the delays they just brushed it off as business as usual. Poor choice when a little hospitality goes a long way."
Cons: "I do not like those head rests.. I wish the were detachable."
Pros: "The ground & flight crew was wonderful and accommodating"
Cons: "I wasn't allowed to bring in my carry-on luggage I was forced to check it in. We were told the compartments were fall once we boarded there was plenty of space in the luggage compartment it was a bit disappointing. I think the entertainment is overpriced as well"
Cons: "Lines, delays, at least the agent I called while in line was helpful."
Cons: "I'm 6' 220 pounds, not small, but not huge either. I had to cross my arms or forcefully keep them out in front of me the entire flight. The bigger plane to Tulsa was comfortable, the express flight back to Denver was uncomfortable."
Pros: "No wi fi for this flight, I get it that it's a small plane on a short journey but I really miss it when it is not there. My food assessment is just based on the free snacks as I didn't buy any food but the classic peanuts would be better than the snack mix provided. The crew I feel for as they, I am sure, felt the stress of the flight being late to get in (and thus causing the other flights of that particular plane to be behind). The free sandwiches offered by SFO as an apology were a good thought but no substitute for timely delivery. Not a nock on SFO just an unfortunate circumstance."
Pros: "As expected."
Pros: "They got us on this flight (the last one to SNA for the day) after we missed our original connecting flight due to delays on the Frankfurt to Houston flight."
Pros: "Seat comfort. Crew was much nicer than crew I had out Houston on previous trip."
Cons: "I put 3's on food and entertainment because it wasn't used partially due to availability. I wasn't able to download app and personal headphones ended up being checked due to small plane so couldn't listen to anything. I wasn't partial to food options so didn't get to eat"
Pros: "I liked that I finally arrived at my destination and that the crew did their best to accommodate the passengers."
Cons: "-The flight was delayed with only vague information given out at the gate. We were told three different times we would be boarding, but only to be told we were experiencing a delay again. + If the gate announcements included apologies with, or even instead of, the inaccurate boarding calls it would have made a difference. -The passenger compartment was about 15 degrees hotter than the airport and it never really cooled off. The front WC was out of service and created a long line for the only other WC on the plane, which you sometimes you would stand in when turbulence would hit. This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable commercial flights I have taken since 1991. I had to call out of work due to the stress the flight put on some of my joint injuries."
Pros: "On time!"
Cons: "Many open seats but I was crowded into the back with several small children directly behind me and to the side who were wiggling, screaming, crying with parents correcting, chastising and singing to them. Thank goodness the trip was just over an hour and not any longer'"
Pros: "The flight attendant worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied as she found seats together for a family of three small children and mother just as the passengers were settling in."
Cons: "The seating is very tight and uncomfortable in this plane."
