We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Pros: "Having just exited the AeroMexico flight that came across as unprofessional, it was refreshing to get on a Delta flight. It was not really exceptional, but it met my expectations. The Delta agent on the telephone on the day before our flight WAS exceptional, as she tried valiantly to get us checked in to a flight that had been changed (by Aeromexico) several times. Delta was also exceptional in helping us retrieve our luggage after AeroMexico lost it."
Cons: "The noise by the engines in the back section on the Delta flight was rather unbelievable. As a physician, I think it was likely physically damaging to our hearing. If this interior aircraft noise can’t be avoided, I think earplugs should be offered to passengers in those seats."

Whenever I would ask for a napkin (that she had forgotten to give with my drink, I might add) or any other questions, she would come off as annoyed and as if I was testing her patience, which I did not appreciate as I had been having a horrible experience with American Airlines as it was. Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."

Cons: "When preparing to board, the two clerks at the gate were very rude. I had a carry-on suitcase, a laptop bag, and a small camera bag. They wouldn't let me board, claiming that my camera bag was a third item that I couldn't have. They then tried to force me to check the suitcase which i explained that I did not want to do, before giving me the chance to place the camera bag in the suitcase (which it fit just fine). They were not understanding or friendly and really made me question my decision of flying with American Airlines."

The ground staff wasn't at all helpful in trying to get me on another flight and in fact sent me to Delta! The lady there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Sadly I wasn't compensated at all and had to pay to re-book the flights on the Sunday 17th. On my return from Brisbane, American Airlines had cancelled my flight to Atlanta as they said I was a 'no show' heading out. Thankfully I was able to get a seat on stand by. So, no I'm not a happy customer."

On my return flight, there was a large sticky note on the faucet indicating that it dd not work and a few sani-wipes in a box in the sink. Very disappointing."

Pros: "No wi fi for this flight, I get it that it's a small plane on a short journey but I really miss it when it is not there. My food assessment is just based on the free snacks as I didn't buy any food but the classic peanuts would be better than the snack mix provided. The crew I feel for as they, I am sure, felt the stress of the flight being late to get in (and thus causing the other flights of that particular plane to be behind). The free sandwiches offered by SFO as an apology were a good thought but no substitute for timely delivery. Not a nock on SFO just an unfortunate circumstance."

They were stressed I am sure with delays and working the gate that has like 5 flights leaving at once, but they could be a bit better at their job by being polite to us the customers! They were so frazzled bc of what was going on that they acted like it was our fault, which of course it isn't! Additionally, our flight was overbooked by 6 people! And had standby of 4 and the staff kept announcing they were going to kick 6 people off and we wouldn't know until we were boarding and it was going to be by whoever paid the lowest price per ticket which btw is not the policy. The United policy says that it goes by class of ticket, which probably goes hand in hand, but hey really need to get thier staff on board with the policies. It makes you feel pretty crappy sitting there waiting to see if just bc you bought your ticket on a Tuesday at a good rate that you are not going to make it home to see your family! And the people making the announcements could be a bit more chipper also, we the customers didn't overbook the flight and we surely do not want to miss said flight so don't announce over PA system in threatening way bc United is trying to make more money by overbooking flights! This might never be read, but I hope that kayak can pass along this information to the Dullus United team to try and make the flights more enjoyable in the future"

Cons: "I've traveled consistently between 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years and this was my first trip with Frontier. It was by far the worst travel experience of my life. One of the passengers was so drunk that she threw up all over the gate agent's podium, and this passenger was still allowed on the plane. When we boarded, we had to circumvent the vomit because it hadn't been cleaned up yet. There were multiple passengers on board who brought their own alcohol, were noticeably drunk and extremely loud. I understand that this is not your crew's fault, but there was a complete lack of understanding as to how to handle the situation. The pilot scorned passengers as a whole, and noted that if people didn't calm down, he would force a landing in North Carolina. The responsible passengers such as myself not only had to tolerate the debauchery, but also felt like we would be potentially be punished for other people's bad behavior. The flight crew seemed to have no idea how to handle this situation. I don't understand why is passenger are blatantly breaking federal regulations, the crew would not do anything about it. When I attempted to check in online, literally ever seat (including middle seats, back row) had an up-charge which is simply ridiculous. the seats were small and very uncomfortable. I will never fly Frontier again. I'd pay double for a flight with another company just to avoid them."

The plane was a pretty old A321: it smelled old; the lavs were pretty dingy; and I think all the soundproofing is gone."

Cons: "They wait until the last minute to tell you there are fees for carry ons. I received no confirmation from Frontier about my flight and no communication explaining the unusual carry on fees. I didn't know that I would be expected to pay to carry on my small backpack and tiny suitcase until it was time to board. At that time, the customer service girl told me that it would $120 to check in my two tiny carry ons. She called for help and another woman told me that I would "only" have to pay $60 for the suitcase (which is the most outrageous baggage fee I've ever heard). At that point, I handed my ticket to the woman at the counter and asked her to charge my ticket. When I tried to board, I realized that I didn't have my ticket so I went back to get my ticket from the woman - she LOST it and needed to reprint it. When I got home, I saw that in addition to the $60 bag fee, they charged me $2.50 to print my ticket! Frontier's business practices are deceptive! Sure, the tickets were about $100 cheaper but having to pay extra for baggage fees and dealing with delayed flights makes it not worth the money at all!"

It took over 45 minutes for baggage to arrive at the claim area which was maddening since I would have preferred to do what I've done on just about every flight for years - carry on my bag at no cost. Because the cost was just as expensive to carry on and the flight was clearly full (since I did not learn until just days before boarding that I had to purchase a seat), I was concerned about my bag being somewhere else on the plane AFTER I paid to have it with me. In the future, I will stick with higher quality airlines in which I know what the cost is up front and I get a soda without pulling out a credit card."

During the 1 hour call, I was initially told I could get to Orlando late, then after multipal waits, I was told nothing was available until the next day late. I tried to cancel the flight and get my money back because it was a long weekend trip. Frontier has you fill out a request and will not give a decision for 7 days. Terrible service."

The flight I took was short and went fine, but I would not fly with your Arline to far off destinations! Thanks for the safe flight, but it was a one time purchase."
