It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.

I liked the snacks and the flight attendants were friendly.

Door to door, the crew and staff were amazing. It was a stressful travel day with delays, but they were focused on customers and doing what they could to get us to our destinations.

Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.

Absolute disaster. Rude, uncooperative staff. Staff ignores and pretends you don’t exist when you are asking them a question. Erroneous departure gate and baggage claim information. Equipment not working for purchase of drinks. Overly expensive baggage check-in fees. Overly crowded. Dirty airplane. Passengers coughing incessantly as if they were being gassed. Circled airport in flight several times and waited on the tarmac for 1.5 hours. The worst experience ever. Consider another industry. The travel industry is not for you.

The flight was mostly on time, smooth and deplaning was quick. Baggage was really quick at the claim. Comfort was so-so and I paid for economy plus. It was still too crowded and why was a family of 5 scattered all around the plane?

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

The check-in and flight crew employees are excellent. The flight was good and the seats were adequate.

The flights to and from Cincinnati were great at being on time for both, departures and arrivals. The planes could use some updating.

It was a dismal experience. The flight was delayed for 4 hours, and we spent hours in the plane, without air, during the summer. We were not provided with water, and the medical assistance was inadequate when it arose.

The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞

My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏

I didn't even take this flight. My plans changed and I couldn't get ahold of customer service and the website kept breaking down during the attempt to change the flight. I wound up taking another airline entirely and eating the cost.

I love that I can fly straight to Phoenix/Mesa on Allegiant without any layovers! I bundled my flight to include a couple of different perks, one being I got to pick my seat. I initially picked my seat, and then a week before I flew out, I got a notification I had to pick my seat again, which I did. When I got to the airport, I realized I still didn't have a seat assignment and needed to have the gate agent assign me a seat. What was the purpose of bundling if in the end, I didn't get to pick my seat? Also, bundling didn't include a carry-on so I ended up having to pay $33 extra for that so what would have been a $59 flight ended up being almost $180.

The seats on allegiant airline planes are very basic and don’t have much comfort. After only an hour of flying my butt was hurting a decent amount. But other than that, the crew was definitely entertaining and the flight was very smooth with take off and landing.

We had a 4-hour delay due to a maintenance issue. We boarded, deplaned, then boarded again.

The customer representative that helped me when I checked in was horrible as she told me I couldn’t check my bag because I missed the 45minute rule by 2 minutes - because of the line at the counter My connection flight was delayed too

The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.

I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.

The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.

American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.

Check-in process was poor, very poor, only one person to check-in all passengers, so if one passenger had a check-in issue, all other passengers were delayed. All check-ins should have two airline staff to check-in passengers.

AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.

Delayed flights and lost bags. It was a terrible experience this time.

12 hour delay required getting on and off plane 3 times - would have at least liked to have been offered a snack or drink

They switched our terminal 3 times and we were delayed for four plus hours!!!

Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!

Just know that everything, and I mean everything is “ala cart”. 60$ just to put something in the overhead bin. I will never fly Frontier again nor do I recommend them to anyone else.

This airline sucks. They offer low rates then charge you for everything, the app does not work well, the seats are the most uncomfortable. Maintenance issues on the flight, and you still have to sit through their credit card commercials. People are nice enough but does not make up for overall poor experience.

Flight was delayed one hour. Notification to the crowd waiting near the gate was terrible…announcements were unclear and very hard to hear and therefore understand. Frontier does NOT send texts to notify, only email. The reader board over the gate itself was NEVER updated to indicate the gate had been changed. It’s like a bunch of children are running things.

We’ve all seen the YouTube vids of out of control passengers. But this was an instance of a highly aggressive, bully flight attendant. Yelling in the face of a vet with PTSD who was texting their family. And no , we had not yet been instructed to put our phones in airplane mode. My suggestion is that you should pay whatever difference there is in order to avoid Frontier airlines. Additionally, after 3hrs trying to get customer service frontier offered a $25 voucher. I declined. This experience was so traumatic. To be verbally assaulted and abused by a flight attendant that has the power to say “boo” and I miss my flight ( which was to a family member’s funeral ). Frontier is unsafe and I cannot impress enough how much I discourage anyone ( esp those with any kind of disability like PTSD ) flying on Frontier.
