On the way back to Washington D.C there was massive turbulence but the staff at Alaska airline did not make an announcement or serve any kind of drink for the first four hours. Finally the last hour and twenty minutes people finally came around. Overall I am turned off with the customer service I received,"

They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

On that trip I did a review and gave the whole trip a 1 out of 5 stars. That trip was the trip from hell, with delays, waiting on the Tarmac, deplaning, almost cancelled, more waiting on the Tarmac, wheels up in Reagan, wheels down in ORD, and then more Tarmac waiting for a gate. So I was already more than perturbed when this trip had similar outcomes."

United reps seems kind of moody. Waiting for so eone to pick me up last minute made for a really stressful trip."

Pros: "The service was outstanding. There was a lot of space between the seats. A lot of movies to choose and the best part you don't have to pay for it. Nothing like other airlines. This is the best by far!"
Cons: "I did not like the seats. I was unable to recline and rest the way I wanted and did not like having to wait 45 minutes for baggage claim to drop my bags"
Pros: "We made it to our destination on time. We got some food and a selection of free drinks. I could choose the movies I would like to watch. There was plenty of space for hand luggage."
Cons: "I could not select my seat online, so I was assigned the worst seat. I was all the way in the back and in the middle. I could not lean back at all. The headrest was too high. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. My entire neck and back hurt by the time we made it to our destination. This aircraft should NOT be used for flights that last more than 5-6h. In addition, since I was all the way in the back, I didn't have food options - I was given whatever nobody else (that got food before me) wanted. If I had known this, I would have brought food with me. And again, all this could have been avoided if only I could have selected my seat online."

Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."

Also, it's been a while since I rode Frontier and I really disliked the dinky trays and poorly arranged under-seat storage."
