It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable
My flight was delayed by 4 hours in 30 minute increments. The gate agents were amazing but the communication was not. We were told that there was a maintenance issue but they didn't know what it was. That didn't inspire confidence. Then they said they found it and it was fixed and the pilot just needed to sign off. Then the pilot needed to talk to the other pilot from the arriving flight and we'd be fine. Then we were waiting for the pilot to call back. Then the maintenance issue wasn't fixed. Then they decided we were getting a new plane (why didn't they decide this earlier??). Fine. But then they announced we were changing gates AND terminals. And we were boarding in 20 minutes. So we all had to run to the new terminal gate. We could have taken off at that time, but we then had to wait for all the people who rebooked on a different flight to book this flight again. That took 30+ minutes because there was only one gate agent. When everyone ditched this flight, I saw it as an opportunity to upgrade to comfort. Delta, the greedy jerks they are, charged me $121. After their delay, their fault, their issues, couldn't even discount an upgrade. They only handed out $12 meal vouchers for the delay. I can't even get a snack from starbucks for that.
The crew was very inconsiderate and rude. My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:00am. I received a call from the crew at 5:40am, asking if I was going to make the flight because I was the only one that hasn't boarded yet and boarding ends at 5:50am. I let them know that I will be at the gate in a few minutes, before the 5:50am cutoff. When I arrived at the gate at 5:45am the gate was closed. Departing early on last minute notice without having all passengers on board is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
FA was a bit strange and dodgy not very characteristic of Delta
Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).
Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours
Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.
Still room for improvement in food and beverage selection: bring back Cognac
Agents at gate were not immediately available to solve problems and once they did they didn’t fix all the fight connections
We used Kayak to reserve our tickets and specifically checked the luggage option which was a more expensive option. When we arrived at the terminal we had to pay an extra $90 per suitcase for the three passengers. This has been a pattern for the past 3 years. Why charge for a more expensive luggage option, and the ticket price not include luggage?
Flight cancelled instead of leaving Friday am now, maybe, leaving Sunday

United has maintenance issues and can then never recover. No operations ability and simple issues always turn into multiple hours long cascading delays. Worst airline on earth.
Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Although the captain said they could make up the delay, they didn’t do so.
Our flight was canceled same day and we were never informed. Had to pay more and worse seating on another airline.
Excellent! I got to Munich and was transferred to my Lufthansa flight quickly, in 15 to 20 minutes, so I did not miss my flight. However, I had checked my overhead bag at the boarding gate in Tampa. That got to Tunis the next day. That is to be expected.
Friendliest Flight Attendant I’ve seen since I flew on Southwest Airlines. The whole trip was outstanding…and arrived Early!
Door to door, the crew and staff were amazing. It was a stressful travel day with delays, but they were focused on customers and doing what they could to get us to our destinations.
I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
My flight was delayed twice. The first time because of “plane maintenance” and the second because the previous flight who supposedly “arrived early” took an obnoxiously long time to get off the plane. Total delay was over an hour for no reason. Not to mention your airline repeatedly changed our gate from one end of the terminal to the other. Not very happy about this experience. My previous flights with American haven’t had this many issues.
AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.
Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.
The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.

Il y a eu 2 heures de retard, ce qui n' a pas permis de prendre la correspondance prévue. L'absence d'information claire et précise a entraîné des tergiversations avec les autres compagnies et a failli entraîner un retard encore plus conséquent. Seul un renseignement de l'aéroport de Francfort a permis de trouver une solution. Au final, c'est avec plus de 4 heures de retard ( 9h50 heure arrivée initiale, 13h50 arrivée finale) que notre fils et son ami sont arrivés. Cette différence s'expliquant uniquement par la responsabilité de la compagnie aérienne. Une indemnisation est-elle envisagée. Cordialement Mme Giraudo
Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.
