Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
The morning calzone was less than impressive and we ended up with heartburn

I'm a tall guy and even the seats with more leg room were not as comfortable as I had hoped.
Overall, aside from the baggage issue, it was as good as one expects.

It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
In Barcelona had to descend from the aircraft down the steps with heavy bags, and then get on a crowded bus to the terminal
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.
A little more friendliness from that crew of the day.

Door to door, the crew and staff were amazing. It was a stressful travel day with delays, but they were focused on customers and doing what they could to get us to our destinations.

I flew Delta last week and United Airlines is a poor substitute mechanical problems with the plane and shitty food among other things made my travel experience what’s become to be expected from United no way is it ever worth the money they make us pay
No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

Not much space for someone 6 feet high in normal economy seat. My knee hurt
Terrible check in experience in Miami airport by a so-called supervisor. Food came and they were picking up trash within 5 mins. Did not get fed again for about 6 hours. No chance to buy anything on board, horrible experience. Flight attendants have no control over passengers dropping off bags closer to the exit, not close to their seat.
The food was okay and the space in business class was smaller than we had to Singapore.
AA delayed the flight for 3 hours and 50 minutes, but delayed the last 2 hours, 30 minutes at a time, so if we knew before, could have stayed at home and worked instead of being at the airport wasting time... The plane's crew was excellent, not their fault.
Having to reschedule flights a day later, they loaded by luggage on the wrong plane from Little rock now I have to HOPE they deliver it to where im staying like they said would. International flight crew was very disgruntled and not very friendly.
The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.
The flight got canceled due to mechanical issues, and he to be rebooked and missed my appointments for that day
Delayed flights and lost bags. It was a terrible experience this time.
Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.
Our seats were reassigned on the day of departure and our small family group of 3 was split up unnecessarily — my wife was seated many rows behind myself and my daughter. The seats were also very small and very tightly packed — there was no space at all — and the seat cushions were hard and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep because it was painful on my butt. The cabin crew were nice and the food was decent enough, though.
Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.
I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"
Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.
We were never able to take this flight because our first flight from Austin to Dallas was cancelled.
It would be great to have at least two choices for a food, instead of just plain pasta 😏

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks
When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat
The food was awful and little, on the plane there was not space to even move in the aisles, the seats were super close to each other, no confortable at all!
