All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.

Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on."

Cons: "where do I start....seats are incredibly close together and once the passenger reclines their seat, it is actually painful. I don't consider myself overly tall or large at 5'10" and 190 pounds, yet I did not have circulation in my legs for nearly the entire flight. The pilot indicated that flight would be only 9 1/2 hours and ended up being 14.5 hours due to a maintenance issue that required us to make a stop in Anchorage. Pilot said it would only take 30-40 minutes to repair (supplemental oxygen bottle was apparently empty) and after 3 1/2hrs I think we were finally airborne, only to be delayed an additional 45 minutes or so upon landing because our gate was occupied by another plane. So what, they can't find another gate to use? The whole flight there was also delayed for an unexpected stop in Anchorage to get more fuel for the flight. Did they not complete proper flight planning? I'm a pilot and I know you can check winds aloft and plan your route with ample fuel for emergencies. So did this pilot not properly plan for the flight? I can go on and on about why I won't be flying with Delta for a long long time....so the 5,000 air miles they gave me as a courtesy for putting me through so much pain...well those extra miles are useless to me. How about refunding me the cost of my horrible flight?"

Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"
Cons: "This was my final connection from a long flight, we did a line to check in and get our boarding passes, when we got to the gate I found out I didn’t have a seat number asigned but husband did, they gave me one there but of course it was not next to my husband, it was the last seat available at the end next to restroom. The smell coming out from the it was so disgusting even before th first person went in, they should do something to improve the cleaness in the restroom between flights. It would probably take them 30 more minutes to do so, and I would not mind waiting for it even if this was my final flight after 15+ hours."

Cons: "I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?"

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

Cons: "When we got to Denver there was no one to help William off the plane. We even called ahead of time to make sure someone would be there with a wheelchair. The captain of the plane had to help him off the plane. It was so sad. William was so embarrassed. When it was time to board still no wheelchair. He had to struggle to get back on."

Cons: "Upgraded to business class for flight home. I had aisle seat last row. Cart left in aisle to keep cabin class from constantly using the bathroom by the cockpit. But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Cons: "I had a seat that had a monitor that was steaming code in front of me for 6 hours. It couldn't even be turned off. The only thing the crew offered was a piece of cardboard to cover it up. "If you download the United app you can pay to stream movies." I hate United and I don't use that word often. I would much rather give praises than complaints. Pay extra for food, entertainment, emergency isle seats... not that the tickets didn't already cost me a fortune. Crew even gave me grief about hanging up my suit!?! I flew to Thailand recently for less than flying to Texas, and everything was included, comfortable, and FRIENDLY. NOT UNITED."

Cons: "Although I am not enough of a united member to check into your club, I am in the military and I was told by your staff that checked me into my flight, that I could use the United Club as a military member. I went to the United Club in Narita going to the states I was allowed to go into the club. On my way back in went back to the same club and was told because I'm not going to Afghanistan I wasn't allowed into the Club. I walked away shaking my head at that. I guess because I am in S. Korea for a year without my family, that isn't good enough to be in your club."
Pros: "We were well compensated for a traveling fiasco. Our plane died in Newark. Our new plane wasn't big enough for 12 of us. It was a pretty crummy to spend Easter Sunday at the airport while our entire family celebrated the holiday. I do really appreciate the travel certificates we received for our trouble."
Cons: "As I stated above, we were stuck at the airport for the duration of Easter Sunday. We were supposed to be home by 1:30pm. Kind of a bummer to have wasted the entire holiday; but I guess that's what you get for traveling on holidays."
