The flight was delayed and then it was very short. The crew was nice. The seats weren't as comfortable on this particular craft.
The flight attendants on this flight were fabulous! I flew with my two kids and it was their first flight ever. One attendant in particular learned it was my kids first flight so she took extra care of them. She brought them some wings and extra cookies which made the experience positive and memorable. Thank you so much!
They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
No food, just a snack on a Seattle to Boston flight? VERY chintzy.
Have I received a refund yet? They wouldn’t let me on the airplane it took hours. I lost my bag that told me what I needed to do to bring the dogs, and then they kept changing their minds.
Crew was overly aggressive with rules enforcement and not friendly in general.

Flying in both directions across country the gate designated on my boarding pass was wrong. From w to e across the country the passenger next to me coughed the entire way.
Loved the crew and everything went without a hitch! We took our dog for the first time and I was a little nervous but the crew was fantastic!

Very poor management for checking language at SEA airport. Staff is not friendly and didn’t direct me to correct counter. Due to this I missed my flight and hotel booking and car rental. Lost around $800 including the cabs
Flights were on time - boarding was smooth - snacks were good Only mild complaint is the seats did not appear to recline so red eye flight could have been better

It’s really tough when you purchase tickets and you are unable to purchase your seats, and just get random seats when you are traveling with someone.
The flight from HON to Hilo caused a few problems, but we were helped by the checking agent at Hawaiian Airlines with tech assistance. My wife & I are in our 70's and not QR code savvy. But we are learning.
They couldn’t get my bags on the flight because it was heavy but they had me pay for it already. Noe they are saying it will take 7 days for me to get my refund.
TV monitor is not working properly. Long flight needs some entertainment but it didn't work. Food snack should be healrhier compare to what we have given.
