Everything was perfect. That is the most beautiful flight over thenDolomites.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.

The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.

The airport crew and flight crew did a great job rearranging the gate at the last minute and got us to Munich on time

I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them

The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.

Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.

Easy 1 hour flight and right over the Alps, pretty cool!!

Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.
