When I got to the airport, my flight had been changed again to have 3 layovers and getting back the next morning. When I spoke with a representative at the Rio airport she said she couldn't do anything for me but to ask at my next layover where they could switch me to a direct flight. When I asked at that airport, they said they didn't even fly direct flights. Worst airline experience I've ever had."

Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.

The problem is that nothing can compete with the exit row for leg room and being crammed between two guys isn't an upgrade either. Plus, due to proximity, got sick. And the flight was delayed leaving - due to the late arrival from ATL (Delta HQ) which had a power outage. And no video entertainment. No meals."

Cons: "I bought a duty-free bag at the Colombian airport specifically for storing liquids (namely two bottles of alcohol) and was told this was standard procedure. The bag was not to be opened until my final destination (Los Angeles). Long story short, when I arrive at the Panama airport they insist that they are going to have to throw the alcohol away despite the fact that I bought it in a duty-free zone at another airport and had not left said zone in this airport. It was also obvious the alcohol had not been tampered with as the bag I purchased was sealed tightly (some sort of glue). I had to take my son's personal carry-on (a backpack), take all of his things out of it, and check the bag as checked-in luggage. The Panaminian airport staff claimed I would still have issues in Los Angeles. They were completely wrong - no officer made any sort of comment about it since the alcohol was still in the sealed bag with a notice that said it would not be opened until the final destination. Incredibly unprofessional behavior."

Scl is crazy airport — 20 minute wait for gate ramp when we got there (still 20 minutes early, instead of 40! On a 60-minute scheduled flight!). Huge long walk to immigration. Pretty long wait for bags. But it all worked out fine."

I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

How are we to keep hydrated on a 10 hour flight without being able to bring water on the plane?? The flight attendants should, at least, come around with cups of water. Service on LAN was excellent 10 years ago but has deteriorated when it changed to LATAM."
Pros: "Flight was on time crew was friendly and professional"
Cons: "Seat pitch was very tight, more like a budget airline, but the flight was short so OK"
Pros: "The whole flight went smoothly and I really have no complaints about the flight itself."
Cons: "When I arrived, my luggage did not make the connecting flight. It was tracked down and hopefully will make it to me soon but you can see how it’s inconvenient. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."
Pros: "Flight and especialy landing was top noch"
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic. There was no entertainment nor food, so I cannot rate it"
Cons: "Hidden bag fees make this airline a low value-for-money option."

Cons: "When I got to Miami they had changed my next flight until the next morning. They did not offer me a hotel or anything. I had to wait in line to try to get on a flight to RDU. Then I had to wait in the airport for 12 hours to get a seat."
Pros: "Service was good... brought me a second meal after first dinner wasn't filling enough. Excellent entertainment system with tons of new hit movies I wanted to watch"
Cons: "Not super comfortable but that's typical for these flights. Waiting a while at baggage claim."
Pros: "Despite being closed out of my flight, LATAM made it relatively inexpensive to change my flight to the next day. But, flying on other airlines out of Santiago, there is really no need to close the flight one hour before flight time. This is a LATAM policy only. I should have been on that flight. My return flight was delayed 3 hours. Go figure."
Cons: "Arrived 50 min before flight, but it was closed and was forced to pay a change fee and arrive 2 days later to Easter Island. There was still plenty of time for me to make that flight, but LATAM's policy of closing flights 1 hr before flight time really screwed me."

Cons: "Didn't even offer water, this on a 3 1/2 hour flight, took too long to board, too long to get off...they sold food on the flight, they seemed to cater to whomever wanted to buy food, & like I said offer water to the rest of us. Just an overall horrible flight."
Pros: "I enjoyed the customer appreciation the crew showed, at all times. Catered my vegetarian diet and their food was exceptional!"
Cons: "Had minor technical problems with my headphones. However, my flight was not crowded and was able to use the empty seat next to mine to watch a movie."

Cons: "-Crew kept trying to take my plastic cup and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to reuse it. No concept of sustainability or waste. Very troubling. -The attendants skipped my row when handing out M&M bags. When I alerted an attendant to this, again I was looked at like I was crazy, and he said that they were not distributing chocolates. I said that everyone else around me had M&M's. He then said that they had run out, which I found difficult to believe, given that they flight was at a max 75% full."

Pros: "I flew business on the new airplane the Dreamliner. The experience was overall good. Very comfy plane. Slept like a baby. The food was the only bad thing I skipped both meals as it tasted like airplane food or frozen food out of a box."
Cons: "Latam gives wrong information about connexions. The plane seats extremely uncomfortable. Attendant gave a tissue paper to client to clean her pulling table because it was dirty. They didn't apologized and asked traveler to clean the table instead. Miss connection with the flight from Miami to New York and no help from LATAM personnel at all. This is an airline that at one point it was the best and now is the worst. It is important to clarify with passenger about passing inmigration and aduana and the distance from international to national departures!!"
Pros: "They took every measure to make sure me and my family had the most comfortable flight possible. I will be sure to fly LatAm again. Thank you so much!"
Pros: "My original flight was delayed and I was going to miss the connection, but LATAM rebooked me in different connecting flights back to the U.S., arriving a few hours later. They automatically took care of my rebooking my luggage, and it arrived just fine. Great proactive customer service!"

Cons: "After pass security, before we were about to boarding, everyone was all waiting for their turn there were many security stuffs showed up and let entire people open their bags before get on the plane. It end up delayed flight too."
Pros: "The planes were new and immaculate, seats were comfortable, we were welcomed by the flight crew upon embarking, and there was a wonderful selection of entertainment."
Cons: "The food selection was rather light, especially for those with celiac issues and or vegetarian."
Pros: "This was my first time flying on LATAM and I will definitely use them again. Service and crew was very good."
Cons: "The only thing I didn't like about the plane was my seat. I'm a small guy and I felt the seat was a bit tight."
Pros: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

When you ask staff why the info board does not get updated or HAS WRONG INFORMATION, they just shrug it off by saying “This is Mexico, sorry”. Truly inexcuseable. Even their website has wrong “real-time” info; showing the flight is in Mid air while we are trying to find out which gate we should go to. Never again."
Cons: "I was not happy to be told that I could not take my carry-on in the plane because the plane was supposably full. Several people that came after me had their carry-ons and there was space. My carry-on bag was a gift and it was damaged just like I told the attendees it would happen."

Cons: "No AeroMexico staff at Lima airport when we arrived, as recommended, 4 hours before our flight. No place to check in bags until 3 hours before boarding, and that point there was a huge line."

Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."
Cons: "I was sent to 2 different locations in the airport and missed my flight because of incompetence so I had to pay $1200 extra for another flight to get home."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable, even in economy. Personal entertainment at each seat with a good selection of movies and easy way to navigate to English language. The flight attendants were very nice, and they provided not only drinks but also a full snack tray to each person. Flight was right on time and announcement were in Spanish and English which was important for me as I don't speak Spanish.."

They blamed the weather for the delay on the return flight but all other flights were departing on time or with only a 30 min delay. Aeromexico flights were the only ones being delayed for long periods of time."

Cons: "Wasn't allowed to bring oversized wooden bowl from Mexico City to LAX as carry-on and was forced to wrap it and check it in (extra $20), but was permitted to take it as carry-on on AeroMexico flight from Guatemala City to Mexico City. So there was definitely bad communication and inconsistency. Otherwise, OK flight."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs in Huatulco, due to President of Mexico flying in and air space not allowed. this caused us to miss our connecting flight in Mexico City to LAX. AeroMexico supervisor in Mexico City was not going to accomodate us at all. We had 12hrs until the next flight out. We asked the supervisor to check in our luggage-this was denied. We asked the supervisor to allow us to visit the VIP lounge to rest and this was denied. Supv did not assist us in locating a hotel. We spend 12hrs in Mexico City airport, dragging our luggage around until we were allowed to check it in, in the middle of the night. We have flown AeroMexico numerous times before. In June 2016 we purchased "6" tickets for Cancun with AeroMexico. In 2017, we will NOT be flying AeroMexico. We will book on a different airline."
Pros: "We had a terrible experience with Aeromexico. Our flights on another airline were delayed and as soon as we knew we went to the desk for Aeromexico, where staff had no authority. We then phoned and got absolutely no help at all and ended up completely forfeiting our flights and booking with another airline."

Cons: "Outbound on the flight from MEX to LAP seat 2A I think. Was extremely cold. Cold air was bling on me from a distribution duct just above the window. On the inbound flight LAP to MEX sitting in 20B I think, it was very warm... This would have been ok if the adjustable air vents worked... Neither vent for either seat A or B would open.. Crew were great, this may be Embraer problem. (Everyone tells me that they usually freeze on that flight!)"
Pros: "Despite poor flight schedule I made it on my connecting flight and it all worked out in the end."
Cons: "Kayak should allow at least 2 hours of transfer time when booking flights through LAX. I had to go from one terminal to another AND go through immigration and security. In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with."

Cons: "Flight was overbooked and I was placed on stand by for no reason and was not accepted on the flight I had paid for"
Pros: "My husband's knees were pressed against the seat in front of him so much so as to cause indentations in his legs. fortunately the flight wasn't full and we were able to spread out over 3 seats. It was still quite an uncomfortable flight for him."
Pros: "I loved having free food and not having to pay for my checked bag. Definitely a plus that will have me flying with Aeromexico again. The crew and staff were very nice and accommodating, so no complaints there."
Cons: "The headphone earbuds were terrible -- painful, even, and I had some trouble finding any music or movies I was interested in. The worst thing was that the layover was so long and it would be very nice to have some direct flights to Acapulco. I might be moving there, and flying through Mexico City from LAX took 13 hours from door to door, then 11 hours to return home. Not to my liking."
Pros: "Actually, I was upgraded to business. So that alone made it pleasant. But the fact that the plane was new was also nice and the flight attendants were very friendly."
Pros: "Everything went according to plan. Really enjoyed the meal that they served. Other airlines offer a drink and a small bag of pretzels or a cookie. It was very nice to have a small meal. Crew and plane were top notch."
