Pros: "One flight attendant was adamant about a passenger across from me, covering his nose AND mouth during the flight and constantly checked to make sure he was following the rules."
Cons: "The safety instructions portion of the flight was not thorough. They just held up the large card and stood there. No true demonstration which was important to me as I was sitting in the emergency exit row."
Pros: "The way they load the aircraft from the rear for covid safety precautions."
Cons: "The availability to switch my ticket to an earlier flight to avoid a 5 hour layover."
Pros: "I wish the airlines, all airlines would keep the middle seat vacant on all flights!! Such a comfortable feeling and flight. I’ve flown multiple times this summer during Covid, having that middle seat vacant has made traveling by air for me a very good, comfortable thing again. Don’t ever go back to packing us in like cattle car flights!!"

Pros: "I like that I was finally able to come home"
Cons: "The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

Cons: "My toddler wasn’t issued a ticket like he should have been so it ended up taking me a long time to check in. I had to sit next to another passenger with a toddler on my lap. Multiple rows had 3 passengers."
