Cons: "Could not login to Delta app at MCO to show boarding pass. Had to return to a kiosk to print paper passes. Very aggravating but lesson learned to always have a paper backup. Boarding was disorganized and not by priority. Gate agents allowed passengers bull rush the gate and allowed line cuts. They lost control."

Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Lost all of our luggage. Departed late. Sat on the tarmac for an hour. Missed our connection in Heathrow. Stood in line at BA customer service with several hundred other stranded travelers who missed BA connections & at 3pm they close the customer service window just before we reach it in line & send the employees home & offer us no new flight, no accommodations & no new information. I thought there was going to be a riot. Hundreds of wary travelers stranded, many without luggage, & no direction. Some were given a £10 food voucher to use after they passed security (with/without their luggage) because that was the only place they could eat there. All but one of the local hotels were fully booked, the most expensive one. £25 for a short taxi ride & hundreds of pounds for the hotel. A 9.5 hour direct flight home became a 36 hour debacle including 5 scheduled & 3 missed flights. One BA that my legs didn’t fit in the seat. One BA plane with a broken seat & entertainment console & no way to charge my phone, which I needed to transfer to the next flight with flight info. BA employees continued to lie to our faces & shuffle us from line to line, & then just walk away from their work stations. I’ve traveled a lot in my professional career. This was criminal corporate behavior at best.

Cons: "The boarding process was quite chaotic and slow. There was no oversight of what people were putting in the overhead compartment so many were putting both their carryon suitcase and under seat bags up there leaving no room for our suitcases by the time we boarded. The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding."

We did not have the receipt with us, we had all the other documentation so the only way to get on the flight was to pay again for the checked bag. I found the receipt later"

The lack of information on passport policies from kayak have made me disappointed on this company and I will not be using it or recommending it in the future. I had to spent over 300$ in hotels and gas to get to Miami to obtain a new passport."
Cons: "The booking services that kayak offered were not helpful at all. When I booked my flights to Spain the website should have alerted me that I needed a passport with an expiration date of over 3 months. Kayak should have information on travel policies to the countries they offered flights to."
Couldn’t get on internet this trip. On way out I was fine but on way back I couldn’t get it. Also one of our bags did not make it to final destination
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
The plane was SO hot and we waiting 30 min for one passenger to get on. Sweating. Then the plane never cooled off because it got SO hot waiting.

Cons: "The cabin was way too cold and no blankets were provided due to COVID. No blankets I get, but the cabin temperature made 3 1/2 hours seem like 5."
