Cons: Absolutely horrible business class on the A330-343. Honestly, they should be ashamed of flying this airplane. They have four of these from Singapore Airlines and of course on both flights I was unlucky enough to get stuck with it. The cabin looks horribly outdated, is worn out, and smells.

Cons: Avoid Lisbon airport and TAP Air Portugal at all costs. A 1 hour connection at the inefficient Lisbon airport resulted in a 9HOUR DELAY. MISERABLE. Air Portugal didn’t allow adequate connection time.

Pros: A good airline- I will use them again!

Cons: The plane was delayed 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes, ended up leaving over an hour late

Pros: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.

Pros: Crew was fantastic, seats and entertainment was great. Very good food choices.

Cons: Zero snacks, not even for purchase. London to Texas is a really long way to not be able to purchase snacks other than the meals they provide.

Cons: We had to gate check our bag despite plenty of room overhead. Bag didn’t make it to Madrid. Flight attendant kinda ignored my question about where to leave the bag. Had to pay for seats to check-in online.

Cons: For some reason there were 4 really young children seated all in the same area. Kids will be kids, but perhaps spreading them out wouldn’t make one particular area so loud and disturbing. Boarding the plane I a more orderly way would also help.

Cons: Improving customer service during delay but overall good

Cons: Staging at the gate was chaotic and disorganized. The passengers formed a big mob since there were no instructions for where to form lines for an organized boarding. Passengers could not hear boarding instructions from the front desk.

Cons: Being told you have to pay for every meal prior to the flight and you don’t even get complimentary water, earphones or anything.... for an over 8 hr flight it was very un accommodating.

Pros: You get what you pay for. So no food or drink unless you purchase.

Cons: The crew just seemed angry. Never Really smiled. If you didn’t pay for a meal plan they could care less about you

Pros: Nothing to be honest. Very mediocre airline. Zero customer service from check in to in flight service. Very rude and non helpful crew. Extremely disappointing.

Cons: Definitely customer service. Staff needs to know the definition of hospitality and customer service and then apply it with joy and passion for their jobs.

El call center te da información falsa ya que no tienen idea de lo que ocurre. Re programado el vuelo para salir después de la hora 24 del día de paro, habilitaron 4 counters

Cons: There was a terrible stench, like that of a dead animal, near where we sat that did not let us enjoy the flight. The seats were too crowded.

Pros: The flight attendants were really nice and kind and the onboard entertainment was nice

Cons: LEG ROOM! This was less than normal space! The seats were so close to each other I couldn’t even straighten up my knees! This is a long haul flight, it is not humane to keep people folded in 3 for 12h!

We had to fly for more than 24 hours in one day(time change). We missed part of our family function. It's been an exhausting trip

Cons: Leaving on time would have been better than 1.5 hours of delay. The food was poor. When I checked in online, the airplane map was totally different from Imthe plane we boarded. So selected a seat with no rows in front of me and I unded up with normal rows.

Cons: I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey.

Cons: The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning.

Cons: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.

Cons: Provide dinner before getting to joburg, instead of a snack. Flight arrives late so dinner would be appreciated

Cons: Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs

Cons: The food is just OK, and the in-flight entertainment system is pretty nominal, not offering much choice. The boarding in Paris was a fiasco! There was not enough room in the boarding area, at least 40% of the people were either standing or sitting on the floor.

Cons: Wheelchair assistance was not available. Waited over an hour to have someone assist us, but no one came. Once getting to security, assistance was still nowhere to be found.
