Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.
Singapore airlines has resumed after Covid selling premium services but not opened lounges to cater for the demand you cannot get a seat in their lounges and social distancing is non existent. I wouldn't pay for services you don't get so be aware.

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

Wifi was offered on the flight but it wasn't explained how to use it so I didn't have this facility as I couldn't connect! Once we asked it was explained but I still wasn't able to connect. Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi haa an additional Immigration step before security that's added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Cons: "Need to provide further quantity of non veg selection even though front of plane. Plus the taste of all food were Unsatisfactory and could not finish that was starving at end of flight. Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."
Cons: "I used Qatar airways 3 times so far. In the last flight, were a connection has 8 hours between 2 flights, they deny me to stay in a hotel. The last 2 flights which have exactly the same schedule, I used the hotel in that 8 hours between the 2 flights. I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. My second flight with Qatar Airways was on August 2017. My third flight with Qatar Airways was on Jan 208."

Pros: "The food was very good, I liked vegetarian options and my stomach doesn't hurt after the plane food as usual. I like the bathrooms clean and nice smelling soap. The crew was very attentive and eager to please their guest but consistent and insisting on the safety rules (belts buckled up and seats in upright position)"
Cons: "There wasn't many good options for entertainment. Only a couple new movies although I liked the TED talks. Also I liked the plane but I wish there were some foot steps and more comfortable head support on the seats. I didn't like also strange option for Golden members in economy seats to be able to "order" food before regular people. There were only 3 options and everyone had the same choice. So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

Pros: "my child was very sick on this flight and the air crew were very concerned and very helpful... i really appreciated all their concern and help. they consulted a doctor on the ground and provided the medicine and advice to bring my 3 year olds sickness under control... ( which included diarrhea and vomiting numerous times... please thank them for me... they were also concerned about her welfare after we would land.... thanks thanks thanks"

Pros: "Business class is top notch in Qatar airways. From the moment you get in the Business Cabin, you start feeling the great service onboard. The crew is great, the seats are very comfortable, and the food is very tasty along with the wine pairing. Overall, the experience was well worth it!"

It was perfect flight I like it
Meals included. Entertainment could be better as the devices are outdated.
Audio jack in arm rest did not work right. Tried two bought headsets and did hear audio if pushing connector to side. Eventually returned headset. No Bluetooth option or on board wifi to use personal device with onboard entertainment. Attendant offered to move me but the plane was pretty full.

Cons: "We boarded a hot plane. The A/C was turned on then we smelled kerosene. We de-boarded and sat - the gate crew were fine but really didn't know what was going on. After repeated erroneous emails from HAL, the flight was actually scrubbed until HAL could get a crew and plane from Honolulu. The emails actually gave us new departure times that had already passed!) Thanks to some terrific work by the HAL gate crew, we were able to get seats on an Alaska flight. Five hours later than our original schedule but much better than our HAL schedule which finally left 7+ hours after schedule."

I'm okay paying for something like wifi or an iPad, but maybe some heads up when buying a ticket. My Japan Air flight from HI to Japan had great wifi, so don't tell me that over ocean flights don't work. I think they ought to treat the flight as an international flight when it comes to beverage and snacks..."

Cons: "No meal options (we're vegan). Only old overhead video with no movie options unless you rent one of the few tables they have on the plane for a 5+ hour flight. Huge box filling a third of my food space for what? There are also no USB or electric plugs for power."

Cons: "Stood in line for 2 hours at Honolulu Airport to drop off bags. We had to be pulled out of the line as our flight was boarding and had to run to the gate. There was no time to eat or anything else. The flight attendants are not helpful nor do they smile much. I asked for something minor on two of the Hawaiian Airlines flight legs on my trip and was told they would come to my seat to see me. (One was for an extra blanket as I had cold air blowing on me and the other was to take my rubbish) They never did. I have never encountered this with any Airline before."

Pros: "Went thru baggage check and boarding very quickly although we got there 1 hour befoe flight ( traffic issues). Had a 10 hour direct flight and was happy we had lunch ( not bad) and a fruit snack tray about an hour before landing. Crew was very friendly."
