I ended up having to stay over night in Peru due to that flight being delayed in MIA and the hotel was top of the line. My flight from Lima to Asuncion was nice and very appropriate"

As we watched the storm get worse, we actually had to board the plane! Then we had to deboard when the airport shut down again.. I felt very unsafe! By the time they finally canceled at 5:30 we were barely able to get the last cab from the airport. Sun Country put us in a dangerous situation to save a few dollars by not canceling the flight!! I was a flight attendant for Sun Country for a short time and thought I had seen a lot, but this was a very poor judgement call!!"

There were no services (drinks, snacks etc.) provided during these two hours while we sat on the tarmac. The explanation on my second flight was that they were waiting for paper work and the bags to be loaded. It definitely doesn't take two hours to load bags and finish paperwork! I will not be flying Sun Country again."

I even brought my laptop to get some work done, but without a plugin to keep it charged, it died. In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."

The overhead reading lights flashed on and off periodically making me a bit concerned about the electricals. Our main piece of luggage was sent on a different flight. It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it."

The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

The delayed flight from FLL to IAH caused me to miss my connection and then lost a day of travel because the following flights going out to LAX that evening were overbooked. I was very disappointed with United. They should know ahead of time if the crew is not going to make the flight and cause a huge delay for everyone traveling."

Cons: "There was no free entertainment as there is on other airlines. The stewardess spilled soda on me. The kid next to me vomited. There seemed to be less leg room than there is on other airlines."

Cons: "I felt like i was on a Spirit airlines flight. Not sure if it was a new plane but couldnt believe how cramped the seats were.. no leg room and i could nt even turn the page on my magazine without hitting the seat in front of me"

Pros: "Thank you Kayak for such great prices. This was my first time traveling on United aND I was very impressed by the great service abs friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the affordable price I was able to visit my family for the holidays. After all the bad service I always experience from Spirit Arlines this was quite a change. I always travel withe spirit because I can afford the high prices from the other airlines and they stole my belonging s from my checked in bag on one occasion and the customer service is the worse ever. Thanks to Kayak I am able to afford traveling with other airlines."

I clearly said , I don't want to do it in the computer because I had my son crying and my daughter too . The lady still have me in a computer . She was walking around and I told her can you please stop walking around and help me ? At this point the to people that supposed to be helping were so lazy looking at each other . The lado had actitud me , very rude then on top of that they didn't give me my boarding ticket they forgot because they were too busy talking to each other about what I told the lady to stay to help me . I will never fly with this airline. Plus the crew that helps to load and unload the bag they just stand there , I'm with my baby in my hands and bags and they don't even ask can I help you"

Cons: "Cannot believe that the airline is so cheap that all a passenger gets is a half cup of soda. Otherwise you will have to pay for a bag of chips......what's next?"

Cons: "Disorganized, every leg of flight was delayed. Flight was delayed, because the plane was over weight with luggage, should have been foreseen."

Pros: "The gentlemen on our return flight fromTampa was very helpful. He assisted us with our return flight as we needed to request to be " standby" He was very polite and helpful. ( a man gentlemen)"
