I love Spirit. New aircraft, great cabin service, the airfares are low cost which helps me visit my hospitalized daughter anytime I can without paying a fortune.

The flight took an extra 30 min to take off because we were waiting for crew to board then it took another 30 min to get off the plane because there was no parking. Just overall ridiculous also please add a head rest my neck was gonna snap off thanks.
Waiting for crew member so delayed at gate which delayed arrival time. Problem for driver service but other wise safe flight
Good, the flight was on time, without delays and convenient schedule for me, I arrived to Bogotá in a day time.

Absolutely Terrible. It was delay after delay after delay. I should have been arriving in Philadelphia at 12:05am from Fort Lauderdale instead I didn’t depart from Fort Lauderdale until 12:33am with no rhyme or reason as to why the flight was delayed. The only compensation we received were 12 dollar meal vouchers which by that time we were already boarding the plane and most of the place in the airport were closed so none of the vouchers got used because we were told that we could not use them on the plane .
The people were wonderful, but I hated the way they over charged for luggage, especially for stops which were charged the same as starting point to final destination.
Poor poor, airline people are rude unfriendly and unhelpful, they need to be trained to be customer friendly and gelpful
Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
Poor, every time it’s Delays, delayed by 3 hrs to depart and still waiting in airport as another delay with no updates , Bahamasair is the worst and they are not interested in improving.
I love everything about bahamasair. Especially the safety they have for the people. I don't care how long they delay once I reach safe that's all. They made me not afraid to fly anymore

Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.

We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!
Flight was delayed more than 2 hours in departure. Boarding was lengthy and passengers were very rude. I waited on the plane for almost an hour once boarded and it was very hot. The passenger next to me was clearly I’ll: coughing and sneezing the entire flight.
Very courteous staff at the gate and excellent assistance with my needs as a handicapped person on board. The flight itself was uncomfortable, with tight seating and seats they don’t recline, so be aware. The aircraft itself is old and worn, and it shook a lot and made a lot of noise, especially upon takeoff and at landing. But, hey it’s a short flight and it got me back home to Florida safely, so….
