spirit delayed my first flight 9 hours and then cancelled my flight back home. Very disappointed with their service.

They canceled the flight at the last minute! No customer service. Unable to get another flight for 3 days!! Spirit was NO help at all!!

They cancelled our flight (and others across the country) because crews called out sick. It was a miserable experience.

There wan no flight and they didn’t tell the reason for cancellation.

The flight was delayed by over an hour. The flight departure time and gate info kept changing several times. Very frustrating boarding experience and inconvenient for families with little children.

Very bad. Our flight was canceled and we need to rebook another flight which was in two hours after we’ve known about cancelation. It changed our plans. We had financial and other loses. Nobody did reimbursement to us.

It’s Spirit need I say more? Thank this little airline because without it the other airlines would raise their prices so much I wouldn’t be able to fly anywhere. It’s affordable and gets you where you need to go! I’m not flying to get a free bag of chips, y’know?

Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.
