I like the fact that we left on time the crew was friendly and the flight was smooth

I hated everything else... I got to the airport 2 1/2 hours before the flight... it took me that long to get to the plane... horrid airline.

Check in was a mess. We were herded like animals. The line never moved until finally someone said our flight should move over here. Then we were checked in. No conversation just present the documents. We were unable to check in online. As we moved between lines we ere advised "if you talk to an agent it will cost you $10.00. Everything about Spirit is an upcharge. NEVER AGAIN! I really don't care about the money it is just nickle and dime a customer to death. A POX on your house!

definitely better than most domestic airlines. seat space (leg room) and entertainment in particular stood out. not being nickeled and dimed for carry on, small snacks and water was also nice.

They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.
I will always fly Delta. I have tried other airlines and they don't conmpare to Delta's service

I had my seat assignment and baggage receipt , and it still took the agents about five minutes per person , multipled by everyone on board.

-the flight was rescheduled more than 3 times, it was very inconvenient and annoying. -when we were boarding were told the flight would leave in about 20 minutes, however we had to wait more than 40 minutes; again extremely annoying. -once we took off we were forced to return supposedly due to a sick passenger, which is if true is not really the airlines fault but again very annoying.

I got an email saying my moms flight to NY will be delayed but we can have delayed flight since my mom will be catching an international flight there. 90 minute delay leaving LAX. Stuck on plane. 30 minuet delay getting to gate after landing at SFO. Stuck on plane again.

The snacks were decent on the flight. Everything else was a disappointment.
Unexpected delay for take off after being told the flight was going to be on time. They couldn’t give us a reason or an eta on take off while waiting at the gate which affected my ride situation once I landed in Seattle.
