Because there was a long delay, the ticket agents supplied free sandwiches, drinks, salads, and coloring books and tried to engage the waiting passengers with games. I won a $50 Delta gift certificate! The captain had good communication with the passengers to keep us informed.

Other airlines (like JetBlue) block out adjacent sears and give snacks in individual bags but this... I flew several times since the pandemic began and this was by far the worst. What a joke of an airline. Never flying them again

Pros: The crew was very nice and the flight attendant so helpful. We travelled with our 3 kids, one in a diaper. When we realized we left our diaper bag at security in the airport, he offered to help us find a diaper by asking other passengers with kids. They were very generous with diapers and wipes and it wasn’t great to experience the kindness of strangers.

Rules are rules, i understand thwy cant reopen the flight for me. It happens. The frustrating part was when aa refused to comp me a hotel room. I got a voucher for a discount. The discount worked out to be 6 dollars. Not a pleasant experience.

The other young woman couldn't seem to keep the cart from bashing into seatbacks or herself in the aisle and the flight was NOT rough.

Then they pulled everyone off and 3 busses took us to NJ, arrival at 4 a.m....HORRIBLE crew had timed out, horrible stewards served up water in cups and were yelling at people to sit saying we were NOT getting off the plane.

Cons: Seats are ridicoualy close together and the aisle's width to short. Every time someone moves, they are bumping into people seated in aisle seats. Boarding and replanting is a nightmare. Asked to help clean up plane before leaving. For all this, I paid $650.

Cons: Our flight got delayed 3 hours (which I understand happens) but they boarded group 1 individually, group 2 individually, then combined groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line. I was in group 3 but was stuck behind people in other groups. Also, they ran out of room in the overhead storage which is frustrating when you're flight is already pushed out to a later time - the last thing I want to do at 1:00 am is wait for my luggage because it had to be checked. People brought on carry-on suitcases along with 1 personal item which were huge tote bags or backpacks. There's got to be a way to monitor overhead storage for items like that - if it's the size of a carry-on, they should need to check their suitcase. The snack was lack-luster. I went on a 5-hour flight to Seattle a few months ago and one cookie with no protein is hardly filling for that long of a flight.

Cons: I booked my flight over 5 weeks ago, and was given an aisle seat. When I checked in online, my seat had been changed to a middle seat. I tried to change my seat online, and was only given the option of 1 other middle seat. I have to have an aisle seat because of arthritis, and I need to walk around during flight. There were long lines at the desk at the gate, and I couldn't stand there to get my seat changed. Now I'm dealing with lots of leg pain as a result. I NEVER would have booked this flight if I'd known I would'nt have an aisle seat. IT IS "BAIT AND SWITCH"!

They put us up in a shity hotel and the meal vouchers only worked at the airport where everything was closed by then or hotel which had no restaurant. United offered a $50 compensation which is a kick in the teeth compared to the inconvenience I was put trough. If I don't get properly compensated from United for that horrible experience I will never fly them again and tell everyone I know to never fly United.

Pros: The crew was fresh and tried their best to cheer us up.
Cons: Flight going on time! Not 4 hour delay in the middle of the night. Red eye flight with kids is miserable. Instead of getting home at midnight, got home at 5am! Seats are uncomfortable, No food. No beverages. No pillows, blankets supplied, offered or available to passengers. Frontier Staff at terminal/gate were incredibly disorganized and unhelpful.

Pros: We had a great flight. Very full but ended up with an empty seat in our row, which was nice. The price was very cheap and we had no bags to check so worked out extremely well. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making a trip home very memorable.

Cons: No beverage offered. It wasn't clearvfrom announcements that the usual complimentary beverage was not included. Wish I would have known.

Cons: Frontier is the worst airline to fly. Charge extra money for everything and staff is rude

Cons: First our flight was delayed 24 hours earlier, then still left 3 hours later. They offered a $50 voucher that no typical person could use. Then the price to fly did not include youre seatt, that's an additional charge!! You only get water for free, not even a soda, really? I have no intentions of ever flying with Frontier ever again. I also will tell all of my family and friends of my horrible experience.

Cons: 8 hour layover in airport, 2 hours holdover inside plane cabin on departure flight. On return flight 2 hour hold in cabin on tarmac while other frontier plane waits to take off. They were still cleaning up their mess a week later, claiming issues were due to weather while pilots admitted otherwise and all other airlines continued to fly with no issue. I will avoid this airline in the future, its not worth spending a little less to risk your vacation. Also if you have back problems none of their coach seats recline they are so cheap.

Pros: What happened to me was that I was supposed to fly to a wedding in Ft Myers Florida on October 7, 2016 and then Hurricane Matthew hit Florida... I had such anxiety flying alone that I skipped the flight there and obviously the return flight as well... I am so upset with myself and I was hoping to get a partial credit or some type of voucher being that so many flights were cancelled... I would have flown had my flight been the next day or weather conditions better... I am so bummed that I lost the $370 round trip ticket as our son that I never get to see came from California to be in our neighbor boy's wedding... I was so sad I missed my flight due to weather and flight anxiety... :(
Cons: I was sad that due to weather conditions and flight anxiety I did not feel comfortable flying and was hoping for a partial or some type of credit for a future flight but I doubt that will happen... It was my fear of traveling in awful weather and during Hurricane Matthew that made me not get on the plane... :(. My fears got the best of me and I have never done that before and lost the money for the round trip ticket...

Cons: They now charge for everything (carry on is more expensive than a checked bag), no more courtesy drink and bag of pretzels . The flight was delayed 45 minutes.

Cons: Seats are not comfortable - no padding. Leg space is non-existant. Tray table is about the size of a postcard. Thank goodness the flight was less than 2 hours

Pros: I loved the flight attendants. They were very warm and kind. They made what turned out to be a very bumpy ride more comfortable for the passengers because they were more expressive about the turbulence than the pilots.
Cons: The take off was a ride before we even got off the ground. I don't know if it was due to wind or what. The plane was swaying from side to side before the wheels were up...and there was no explanation from the pilots. What I would like to express the most about this particular flight was that I felt the pilots were not very conciencious about expressing concern for how the passengers were doing during what was a pretty bumpy ride from start to finish.

Cons: Despite that the plane had clearly not arrived, the desk people indicated we would still be on time, and we were told that we would make up the time in the air. After waiting for 1.5 hours on the tarmac, we were 1.5 hours late to our destination. The seat were very small and not very comfortable and did not recline. We were told when checking-in online that we would have to pay $16 - $50 to guarantee that we would sit next to each other (only 2 people). Also there was a steep charge for checking and even carry-on luggage! The airline also lost one of our bags on the return trip. Pretty terrible experience overall.

Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: Flight was over two hours late. When booked through Kayak I thought the price would include my seat, but I had to actually pay more to have a seat. The seats don't recline and the cheaper the seat the more expensive it got. I don't know if that is Frontier or Kayak to charge extra on top of the flight to actually have a seat, but that is ridiculous. The staff was great but they didn't announce when the boarding started and it wasn't on the monitors through out the airport with the correct boarding time.

Pros: Feeling like cattle on a flight delayed 2 hours, in uncomfortable seats and waiting nearly an hour (at 1:00 AM) for luggage to arrive at the carousel. this all translates to getting home at 2:00 AM with a back ache.

Cons: I could not figure out how to pay for my bag in advance. When I asked the agent at check-in they were not helpful. The check in counter does not open until two hours before the flight long lines at check in and security barely made it to gate.

Pros: The price was great. The flight was excellent. Crew was very nice and professional.
Cons: The seats were hard and uncomfortable. I'm glad I was on a short flight.

Pros: I felt deceived by Frontier. I knew paying the low fair I was going to get a bare bones trip. I was fine with paying for my own drink. I cannot believe that the airline is charging $40 bags for a carry on!!!!!! Also I had to pay an additional $27 each so my husband and I could sit together. Shame on you frontier. Of given the choice I will NEVER fly with this airline again. Everyone I tell about my experience has their own negative story to tell about Frontier. I suggest you change your practice before you go out of business. My final cost was double the original price of my original ticket. Just price the ticket as it should be.

Cons: The fact you pay $30-60 to check a bag and even more for a carry on. The fact our flight was 2 hours late and they did not use any empathy or have any kind of reasoning as to why it was so late. Flight attendants rude to couple about their son being handicap and wasn't able to sit in emergency exit row. They get you with the cheap airfare but then after tacking the $60 for bags $60 for taxi after our ride couldn't pick us up at the airport at 2:30am it was not worth it. I will never fly on frontier again acter this joke of an experience.

Cons: After paying for my luggage & to choose my seat (why would it cost ME money to do someone else's job!?!?), the cost of my flight would have been the same on pretty much any other airline. The seats are hard as a rock, they don't recline and the tray tables barely hold a cellphone. On top of the ridiculous extra fees and discomfort, there is a charge for any and all snacks/beverages. I can't believe that after all of those fees Frontier can't even offer water? I will be avoiding flying Frontier from now on.

Pros: clean plane, well piloted, courteous crew. early arrival both directions.

Cons: What happened to a drink and a snack? Cheap seats, cheap everything. With charges on baggage and gas prices way down you would think you could at least have a free snack and or drink.

Cons: Baggage did not arrive due to weight limitations which in my opinion is due to too many seats crammed onto the plane. My 89/91 year old parents first class seats were possibly a few inches wider and still 3 seats across...that's a rip off. No TSA - pre check. Limited staff for check in with long lines. Also, only 2 check-in kiosks with only one working and no assistant to help speed along the process. I witnessed one man who spent approximately ten minutes trying to print his boarding pass. Cheap tickets which result in getting what you pay for.

Pros: Friendly crew, back to Denver ahead of time. Always a plus
Cons: New seats are uncomfortable. A free beverage coffee or a soda should be offered. It's not that expensive, especially when you have to pay for baggage.

Cons: Flight was suppose to leave 9:40pm which was reported on time up until 9pm then flight was delayed until 12:42 am even though weather was completely clear, the pilots and the plane was there. They wanted to "wait for a fresh crew to fly in" from another location. Had to sit in the airport for 4 hours due to poor scheduling? That's ridiculous.

Pros: Nonstop and smooth flying
Cons: The fact that you can't check one bag without paying for it.

Pros: Pilot was very funny when making announcements. "Anyone caught smoking in the bathrooms will be duck tape to the side of the plane for the duration of the flight".
Cons: Seats were pretty close - not much room. Could not chose as seat online at check- in.
