Pros: "It is the shortest way Skopje / San Diego home for Us in both places. I have traveled with Turkish Air 4 times. I stay longer time and like the fact that they allow two suitcases check in. I like the hospitality beg with all needed . The food was good. The crew was helpful. The entertainment was limited. Overall it was good but not as comfortable as I would like for such a long flight. It is like a contract to "stay sited"90% of the time."
Cons: "On the way to San Diego long wait at the Istambul Airport over night not place to rest. All in all the crew was very helpful and food was good. The comfort in economy class was limited could not strech legs or sleep. I did request and filed out paper work for frequent fly ( last time 6 mos. ago) but did not get any word or credit for upgrading. In NY finding Jet Blue was hard. But we liked that new plane exept for the fact that there was no food service for 6 Hrs flight."

There was no note inside the luggage to state if it was tsa who went through the bag so I went to customer service to inquire about it. The representative from New York airport stated that I over packed my bag that's why it was damaged. I can assure you that my bag was under weight and there was no problem when i last closed it. So to be clear both zippers on my luggage was completely destroyed and taped up like a ragged cloth. I was embarrassed to walk around with my bag and the only recompensation I received was a $40 credit to my next flight."
Pros: "You can pretty much count on having a great crew with JetBlue This flight's embodied patience: patience with the lady who wanted to bring a smartecarte loaded with diaper bags, blankies, handbags and stuffed animals onto the plane; patience with the baby in the first row who cried throughout the entire boarding process and patience witht; patience with the lady in the first row (who didn't have a seat in front of her to put her handbag containing a small service dog underneath) and two, I guess, wanted to keep the dog on her lap during take off. It was a plane full of first time flyers, with resulting chaos. And they kept their cool throughout."

Cons: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Pros: "Nothing about 9 HOURS in an Airport is great! I walked from where I landed coming from Calgary, to terminal 2 Gate F 17 because that was where the flight to Lexington was to leave from. Then I got notice it was leaving from terminal 1 Gate B 24 so (I'm sure I walked a mile there) to get there. Waited for a number of hours checked my phone and found the departure was back again at terminal 1 Gate F 17!?!?! So I walked another mile back to where I started. At no point was I offered a drink or meal voucher for the 9 hour delay/inconvenience in my flight to Lexington ky. Suffice to say that I will NEVER go on any flight if I have to go back through this airport. I also have horrible knees, which all the walking did not help."
Cons: "I would like to say that as a person with a disability, there is not any support for help getting around. They have plenty of for lack of a better term "golf carts"; but no one utilizing them. Not that I am a world traveler; but this airport could take more than a page from Calgary international in terms of support to those with disabilities. Pros: "The long haul from Latvia to Oregon is usually a pain but the SAS employees worked to make it as positive as possible. Everything was great from the seats and accommodation to the food and staff."
Cons: "Our plane was United, so I don't think this reflects on Lufthansa, but rather United. The plane entertainment was extremely outdated and there was not enough room in the overhead containers for everyone's carry-ons. This problem made boarding a very long and aggrevating process."

So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues after waiting for 3 hours. The next flight they put me on was the next day on another airline. They put us up in a shity hotel and the meal vouchers only worked at the airport where everything was closed by then or hotel which had no restaurant. United offered a $50 compensation which is a kick in the teeth compared to the inconvenience I was put trough. If I don't get properly compensated from United for that horrible experience I will never fly them again and tell everyone I know to never fly United."

Cons: "The worst thing is that they schedule a CRJ-70 on this flight. This would be tolerable if the obvious alternative was a turboprop, as if Montreal were a small town, like Flin Flon. But it is not; it is a large and important city, and it stinks that the demand is so low that airlines must use small aircraft on these routes. Is it because Canadian taxes are so high on airlines that fares in turn must be high and not stimulate demand? I can't think of any other reason connecting cities this size would be on crappy little aircraft rather than on at least an A320/737 family aircraft. The problem is that there is not enough room in the overhead bins to fit rollaboards, even small ones like mine. So they have to "gate check" the bag, which does not always reappear at the gate at the destination. Less bad than the choice of aircraft was the fact that after we pushed back, they couldn't get an engine started, so they cancelled the flight and reaccommodated us on a later flight."

I will avoid this airline in the future, its not worth spending a little less to risk your vacation. Also if you have back problems none of their coach seats recline they are so cheap."

Cons: "I checked a hard case fishing rod tube that contained a brand new fishing rod. The case can be opened from the top and side and both can be locked. The side was the only thing locked and top opening had a simple clip on it so anyone could to easily open it up and inspect the inside. Someone cut the side lock off, took the case apart obviously looking for something and then jammed everything back together securing the cut off lock with a zip tie. After I got home late that night I noticed my lock was cut off and rod broken in 2 pieces. Very disappointed, hopefully someone at Frontier reimburses me for the damage."

You can tell that positivity and how they interact with passengers is a priority in the hiring and training process. A lot of people have complained about having to pay extra for carry-ons and other luggage, but Frontier is REALLY clear about their policy for baggage when you book, so these people shouldn't have been shocked. It is a great deal for people who only travel with one small bag, and I'm glad that there is an airline that offers such cheap flights for light travelers. If you need to take a lot of luggage, you can add the cost as you are booking and then decide if it's the best deal before you finalize payment. Overall, it was a very good experience. You aren't going to get a ton of extras for free on this airline, but if getting to point B from point A with a nice flight crew is all that matters to you, Frontier is a great deal."

Unfortunate the aging fleet and overworked employees can't be better taken care of."

We picked that flight because it was the earliest back to Denver and were both subsequently late to meetings. The initial 25 minutes we understood, but adding an additional 30 while we were in the air and couldn't contact our respective bosses made one hell of a Friday for both of us. The seats (which we had to pay for) were glorified plastic chairs. Did not recline, had a tiny tray table, had zero pillow, and were super uncomfortable. I'm greatly confused as to why we pay a fare that doesn't include a seat, as there were literally zero free seats to choose from, and they were all just as uncomfortable. What exactly does the fare cover? Because carry on bags, beverages, and seats weren't included. The flight was approximately 4 hours long. Nearly half of that was tortuous as a child several rows ahead was having a full blown fit complete with yelling at the top of their lungs, hitting seats, etc. This was not your normal upset child on a plane, he was extremely misbehaving and there was no effort from the flight crew to ask the parents to calm him or to offer any help. It made the entire flight that much worse to watch the entire group of passengers appalled at this child's behavior and not so much as a free juice for him or even a hello from the crew to distract him. Both of us have been flying since we were toddlers and understand a crying child. This was so much more than that. We regret that frontier is often our only option for getting home to CO without purposefully booking an additional flight to another hub. Every time we have to fly Frontier we get our hopes up that things have improved and are regularly disappointed. Your planes rarely leave on time, and when they do the passenger experience is still sub par. Hoping we can get another major airline to put more flights out of Denver or Colorado Springs solely so we don't have to rely on Frontier, the unreliable carrier."
