I was already en route for the flight when I received the email . When I got there they refused to let us boar stating that we were late!!! The attendants were very rude and not at all helpful! Instead they booked a flight for me the next day at a very early time! I lost out time and money! I had booked a hotel. I will never book any flights with Jet Blue ever again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed which was going to make me late for my next two connecting flights. They sent me on an airline that had me show up at my destination 36 hours later. Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

Got separate seats at check in counter, but realized the flight is not full and my husband and I both had nobody sit next to us, really don't know why they assigned separate seats for us."

The lady at the counter thank god ran down to delta and got us a flight to atlanta then to st louis. Cons: "They sold an economy class ticket to a 400 pound woman by the window seat of my row and she spilled 50% of the way into the middle seat. The woman assigned the middle switched with a relatively thin member of her own party, but the poor kid was still cheated of his space and pushed against me in the aisle seat. I know it's considered insensitive to complain about the morbidly obese, but c'mon!!! Her inability to control her weight has affected me in a material way by subjecting me and the kid in the middle to 3 1/2 hours of misery. I guess the airline CAN'T call this issue to her attention for fear of discrimination charges, but they might make some kind of compensation (free flight, or at least a food coupon, or a pass to the United Club) to assuage the injured seatmates. Also, the airline was generous with drinks, but served no snack. Nothing? Really? I really don't like United, but, unfortunately, it's the main airline flying my route. I fly them only when there is no other choice."

Why didn't anyone think BEFORE they took him into a window seat in economy that the dog wouldnt STUFF under the seat? Why didn't they make accommodations for him instead of turning back the flight and removing him from the plane?"

But because of that some people switched flights so my plane was basically empty which is nice not having squeeze next to a stranger for 5 hours. 7.99 for tv or a movie for a few hours is ridiculous though (movies were free on long flights back in the day). No snacks offered, and the stuard forgot my drink, but other staff was prompt when I asked for it later."

Demanding people sit down as opposed to just going up to them personally and nicely to address the situation. In addition, I was sent to the wrong gate for boarding which almost caused me to miss my flight since no announcements were made."

Cons: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

They were still cleaning up their mess a week later, claiming issues were due to weather while pilots admitted otherwise and all other airlines continued to fly with no issue. I will avoid this airline in the future, its not worth spending a little less to risk your vacation. Also if you have back problems none of their coach seats recline they are so cheap."

Also, the staff at the ticketing counter are rude and obviously selected and trained to make sure that they get every penny of their ruthless money. I have flown my first and only flight with Frontier and will never do so again."

Of given the choice I will NEVER fly with this airline again. Everyone I tell about my experience has their own negative story to tell about Frontier. I suggest you change your practice before you go out of business. My final cost was double the original price of my original ticket. Just price the ticket as it should be."

People at the gate wouldn't tell passengers anything, and responded to questions with "I don't know." When one woman complained about the lack of communication, a Frontier worker told her dismissively that she could call the manager. We kept learning about the flight delays by watching the status board. The front gate workers wouldn't say anything, and most people were too worried about missing the flight to run and get something to eat."

While the base fee is low, once you factor in all of the fees for check bags, carry on bags, snacks or a drink while on-board, and paying to guarantee you have seats together, you might as well just fly Southwest because Frontier will likely be no cheaper or just barely."

Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."

Pros: "We got to St. Louis early"

Pros: "The crew treats you better than crews on more expensive airlines, and they have a great sense of humor. You can tell that positivity and how they interact with passengers is a priority in the hiring and training process. A lot of people have complained about having to pay extra for carry-ons and other luggage, but Frontier is REALLY clear about their policy for baggage when you book, so these people shouldn't have been shocked. It is a great deal for people who only travel with one small bag, and I'm glad that there is an airline that offers such cheap flights for light travelers. If you need to take a lot of luggage, you can add the cost as you are booking and then decide if it's the best deal before you finalize payment. Overall, it was a very good experience. You aren't going to get a ton of extras for free on this airline, but if getting to point B from point A with a nice flight crew is all that matters to you, Frontier is a great deal."

Pros: "I liked that it was cheap, mainly because I was only there for a day and didn't have to pay for luggage. The staff seemed ok and everything else was normal."

You don't have any other plane or pilots in your fleet in case this problem occurs. We were expecting to get into our hotel at 9:30pm. It's 4:15am and we're still not there. Terrible."

I had purchased a soda before boarding but the gave me a glass of ice at no charge (some places charge for the cup). No extra cost for seating unless you want a specific seat. We definitely plan on flying more & recommending it to family & friends. Plus it's cheaper than driving"

Basically, "Have a nice trip, let me start by robbing you." Crew - During the flight, I used the on-flight lavatory. As is normal in most flights, there's no space between the last row of passengers and the mini-room at the back of the plane. To keep from putting my rear in another passenger's face, I stepped into the mini-room until the stewardess commanded that I wait behind the "silver line." Sorry other passenger. At the least be courteous about your command with me and/or the passenger who had to sit in the rear (pun intended). Comfort - No seat back storage, and the flight was as cold as is bearable for the average person. Food & Entertainment - None available. Upon asking for water, we were instead offered ice."

After paying almost $200 for a midweek round trip from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando I also had to pay $55.00 for HAND luggage in one direction. To make matters worse I join their $9 club thinking I would save on my luggage on the return I then had to pay $57.00 for the same hand luggage on the return. After that experience I decide to return to Ft' Lauderdale on the morning flight instead of the evening flight I was booked on. After several calls to their reservation department and 4 persons later I had to paid apprx $120.00 for a SAME DAY change. What was funny is that when I got on the aircraft it had no more than 50 persons on it. So what started out as a quick cheap business trip was now well over $400 and counting . It gets better, thirsty from all the up selling along the way and no way to get a glass of water Spirit then charged me $3.00 for a small bottle of water. I decide to keep my thirst. NOT ANOTHER RED CENT SPIRIT!! BY FAR THE WORSE AIRLINE EVER"

Cons: "My 16 month old granddaughter's car seat and stroller was supposed to be delivered at the gait, but instead was delivered at the baggage claim area. The car seat was soaking wet and we had to use her blanket and some other clothing to make it partially suitable for her sit in her car seat. We fly 2-4 times a year on different airlines and with the pre-check status we are able to get through security rather quickly. In the absence of pre-check (because Spirit airlines does not have that facility) we were in the security check line for a long time. Our grand- daughter was upset and crying. Fortunately, eventually someone from the security department came to our assistance and expedited her and her parents' clearance"

Cons: "The fact that this was the only flight for the day, and with over 30 people checked in but not boarded they tried to close the doors and leave. Airport was packed and people had hard time making it to gate. Had to convince them to open back up"

Pros: "Most of the crew was nice, with a couple exceptions. Overall it was a decent experience."
Cons: "Plane was supposed to board at 2:45, but didn't even arrive at the gate until after 3:00, and still had to unload. We were finally on board by 3:30 (departure time) but the pilot blamed it on getting the paperwork late, and said we now had to wait for fuel. During that time, a couple storms moved in, and we ended up sitting on the tarmac for over an hour. It's one thing to be late, but it was a pretty pathetic attempt to divert blame to the crew at the airport."

Cons: "I paid $100 dollars for my flight to Orlando with Spirit and I paid $100 for my flight home with Delta. Delta didn't charge me $45 dollars to CARRY ON one bag- and they sent my ticket (for free) to my cell phone. Spirit has so many ludicrous hidden fees- $45 to CARRY ON a bag? That is beyond stupid- and $5 if you don't have access to a printer in order to obtain your boarding pass? I'll never fly spirit again."

Cons: "It would have been nice to know when I bought my ticket that I was going to need to pay extra for everything. I didn't really wind up saving money in the end. The seating is TOO "cozy". I would not fly with this airline again unless it was a very short flight and I could fit all my luggage in a backpack."

Pros: "I like that things were organized ,cleam and in overall it went well"
Cons: "my friends and I did not like one of the ladies at the counter desk because after paying for our surfboard bags 100 USD each bag she claimed that I had to pay another extra 50 for overweight. My friend had to show her the airline's online statement for her to beleive her own companys policy on surfbags.Eventually she suposedly recredited my account. But she did not cos she did not even give me a receipt for it,. You know? We needed to board the plane not hang at the counter desk. She did not even apologize for her wrong doing. Besides her attitude, everyone else was great and things went fine. I also think that if the sits on plane were more comfy more people would fly through this airline."

Said stewardess snapped at him which she didn't.. And the first check in lady was also rude about pulling up my artinery. For the flight. . then the Airport only had one lane open for the longest time with 100 people waiting to get through there. I have bad knees. So standing that long was Painful to me."

Cons: "The seat were hard, uncomfortable and did not recline at all with little to no knee room. The charge of $55 for a carry on which was free on American Airlines on our return trip was overboard. The charge of $55 for a checked bag was $30 higher than American Airlines which we used for our return trip. Now that we know the nickel and dime method of Spirit we will check out other airlines but in this case it was an emergency flight where my wife's brother eventually died in the hospital and we had to get there quickly and flew Spirit. Thanks for having 2 seats available on short notice for this emergency flight."

Cons: "The They did not try to help us get more room as there were many unfilled seats. On the way to FL we had a practically empty airplane and were encouraged to move if we wanted. We had wonderful seats up front. There was no entertainment and we did not eat the food. Also spent two hours going in circles on Spirit website trying to list my luggage. I didn't have two hours to spare. I was extremely frustrated."
