Uncomfortable seats, spotty WiFi, only Biscoff for snack (no one likes those).

boarding announcements werent clear/loud. Tired of those cookies. Of the 3 staff/attendants, 1 was good and the other 2 were mediocre.

They cancelled our flight two times after rebooking us for a later flight. We never got on the plane. We found another solution by driving.

Long delays to board due to mechanical issues with plane.

Flight canceled because they didn’t have enough flight attendants. No refunds or credits for future flights

Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.

It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.

The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.

we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well
