The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

No ground air conditioner for the plane. Very hot and humid prior to take off which was an uncomfortable period of time.

Check-in process was poor, very poor, only one person to check-in all passengers, so if one passenger had a check-in issue, all other passengers were delayed. All check-ins should have two airline staff to check-in passengers.

Flight was cancelled due to a myriad of operational issues. You guys really suck

Our flight from Chicago to Des Moines was the problem flight due to a dismissive flight attendant. His conduct was unnecessary and unprofessional.. I will avoid using Americam Airlines again because of the situation. Very disappointing.

I have yet to come across an AA agent or flight attendant that is friendly. They really inhibit a good experience.

if it's a mobile only entertainment experience, please provide a place to hold the device in the back of the seat.

Terrible experience flying with American Airlines. Too many delays and cancellations.

The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.

Flight was delayed and so much of inconvenience related to the gate change.

My original flight kept getting postponed multiple times, I would have missed my international flight if I waited. It was postponed through the next day. I ended up having to drive 3 hours away to get my next flight.
