I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.
Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!

Airline food is airline food, but the plane was wonderful and the seating comfort outstanding. One of my best flights in quite a while.
Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.
Boarding procedure should have the crew and personnel who are more trained, in a sense of precisely knowing what can be done and what cannot. They do not have the exact information on what you should do in the first place, also the boarding itself was slightly delayed due to the aircraft "not being ready".
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
The service and flight was great. Luggage came out very quickly!
The transit at Heathrow was an absolute and total nightmare. Absolutely gut wrenchingly horrible and scary. Embarrassing that their National air carrier cannot figure a half decent experience for passengers to transit via London. Shameful.
The airline was not clear about a new departure time so we got to the airport early anyway. The flight left early which was great because of weather. The check in process was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The crew was great and our flight was very good.
Gate agents were late…flight was late and air attendants unhelpful.

The flight went well. However the leg room in coach class is very very tight. We arrived early but could not get to the gate early….sadly. Also something about off loading cargo- we had to wait to deplane. There was not clear explanation for that.
Awful. Flight was late. Follow flights cancelled. No person at the British airways counter for hotel voucher. Awful service.
Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.
I travelled in business class and was disappointed by lack of service, curt and borderline rude time of the crew and to top it off, all of my luggage was delayed. It was like pulling teeth to even report the missing luggage and recover it the next day from the airport.
Boarding was poor. All groups called immediately one after the other resulting in a long queue in the jetty/jet bridge. Seats were very hard and and did not recline on a 4.5 hour flight. No food was available. Plane was cold. There was no entertainment.
The cramped seats are cruel and unusual punishment and may violate the Geneva code.
