Find cheap flights from Frankfurt am Main to San Juan

From Atlanta to Cabo I would have hoped on a plane that size I would have been able to breathe and wiggle my feet a little! The leg room in that plane is non existent and I am only 5”4’. And the air vent either wasn’t working very well or just could not blow air from the ceiling to the seat area as I was suffocating through the entire flight! And please don’t say I would have been more comfortable in first class because I cannot afford those rates and have always travelled Main Cabin without issues !

Mario was great. Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable.

The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.

Bathroom broke, had to rush to board because of late exit of previous flight

I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”

When we checked in my friend and I were sitting seperate. By the time we got to boarding, they automatically switched our seats. I really liked that.

Because the docking bridge was broken we had to exit the plane by stairs at the back out into the rain. We were last out being in BClass. Strange nobody checks this stuff before hand.

Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰

The crew members were great. The food was good. Entertainment was average - Could use a wider and better selections of movies and series.

We liked the friendliness of the crew -I know short trip but like the Monitors on the 🚢

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.

Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.

We booked flight thru Amex travel and it was already a lot of money for economy and no reserved seats until check in. On our flight from fra, we could not check in one passenger online and when we went to the airport, they said he does not have a guaranteed seat and he would be on a waiting list. This was a guaranteed seat and United overbooked. It was sos stressful when at the gate because they didn’t have a seat and the response was yeh, nothing we can do because the industry overbooks. But they knew we had one person with no seat and even up till boarding, they didn’t say anything. We had to go to the counter over 3 times and my husband was so beside himself, I went up and the counter person said yes, you have a ticket. Ohalaa, why wouldn’t they say anything? Leave us in angst the entire waiting time on a delayed flight. That’s poor customer service. On the flight, people would recline seats immediately and not even return them to normal when eating. We were so crammed, I can not fly eco again on Lufthansa or United when international. Other airlines have been better even when we were in economy. Not even worth it to upgrade to business compared to other airlines either. Overall, it was a really bad flight mainly because of the initial boarding and then no oversight over passengers. The flight crew did their best but they should really announce it more that people need to recline seats back. Kids kicking chairs, all the babies crying…must’ve been my worse flight in 15 years.

First, the bathroom was horrible. 2 bathroom stalls at a gate and no soap to wash our hands. We were sitting at the gate for an hour before they decided to check our particulars. The line was long. Boarding was chaotic. Once we boarded, we were put on the bus in the rainy and forced to stand like sandwiches in the bus. All this occurred on Christmas Day.

The food was bad . I didn’t like it . And also my baggage was lost in my first stop

Awful customer service on the phone. No phone number on the website to call a real person. Website says changes are no charge but this is a lie. I had a cheaper ticket through Kayak therefore Finnair wouldn’t change it unless I would pay the entire fare again. I begged but their agents at the airport were rude and the online chat person cut off the call with no help. Super disappointed. Wont fly this airline again and will tell everyone I meet how bad it is. Crew on the flight was nice but otherwise huge disappointment.

Very, very dirty plane and I fly around one time a month. This plane looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, good flight.

After sitting on plane for 7+ hours, flight was canceled. And to makes matters worse, my suitcase is in baggage hell!

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.

My flight was on the busiest day for travelling, a day before Thanksgiving. There was no delay, boarding started on time, and we arrived on time. Nowadays it is enough to give the highest rating. Thank you!

Uncomfortable plane, no entertainment and to board they had us standing in a line for over 20-30 minutes

Free wifi kept dropping so no inflight entertainment. And only snack option was cookies.

A 50 minutes flight that is delayed over 90 minutes kills every connection, thank you American Airlines

Iberia didn’t let me check in online or select my seats, the experience overall was not very pleasant

Our seats were better than i had anticipated. They provided nice pillows and blankets as well as a kit with ear plugs, sleep mask and headphones which made the long haul flight better. Their food selection and service was good. I appreciated that they came through the cabin with water a few times. We were ahead of schedule which was nice!

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.

The crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat so I was able to recline while the passenger in front of me did for 8 hours. My knees were forced against the seat for hours :(. Dude sitting next to me hasn't showered in weeks so I almost threw up.

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Lufthansa was amazing. Definitely upgrade your seat if you can swing it - they take very good care of their passengers. Customs in DC is nothing short of a nightmare though. Stood in line waiting to go back through security for 30 minutes, had to RUN through and across two terminals to make my connection and only had 5 minutes to spare. Terrible. Very very poor coordination by the airport staff and CBP.

I was ver pleased with the service all the way through

Hated every minute of it. Delayed for over 10 hours only to have to cancel rental car, car insurance and hotel. Its taken me 3days to get to my final destination when it should have only taken 12-14 hours. Very unhappy with Lufthansa.

That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.

Departure was delayed by 2 hours and passengers were sitting on the plane.
