Everything was great until I lost my water bottle and they can’t seem to locate it. I know I left it on the plane though.
Okay considering we had weather delays which the Pilot notified us of immediately!
Flight was warm for first few hours and quite rough

Awful - both legs. The check in was awful, getting on the plane required walking down a spiral staircase (dangerous), then taking a bus about 5 miles out from the terminal. The seat was broken (I was in business), there was no internet during the flight (both legs). The aircraft was very old. I saw rust in some place, tape holding things up in the bathroom. This was an unacceptable experience for such a long haul flight.
The gate agent was most helpful in getting me on to fly standby. I greatly appreciate it.

It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
Very convenient considering that is a non-stop flight, but the Aeromexico still has old model planes, so the entertainment was very poor and the space for carry-on luggage was very limited.
Getting to the flight was arduous and lengthy. The flight itself was good but the food option wasn’t a good selection. I need to do a Kosher option on my return. Flight crew were nice
Vegetarian selection could be better. Bread was too hard to chew.
Great until we got to FRA. The next trip leg we were put in Business Class where seats had minimal padding!!!! They were awful and United Airlines needs to have their Lufthansa partner up their game or I won’t fly with them again!!
The wheelchair service is useless. They live you in different spots, not tell you anything just wait. I waited 30 minutes in Frankfurt when decided to walk the 25 minutes distance. In Budapest nobody came.
Short flight, crew and staff very efficient. Over all good flight experience.
The plane was fully booked, it was hard to breathe. But the crew was nice.
No plug in for phones. I met a few fun passengers and beverage service was very friendly.
Italian airport boarding is always funny. But to not be able to load my luggage with over 1 hour layover is ridiculous
Gate agent at Frankfurt was terrible. She denied PRE boarding even as it was printed on the boarding pass. Refused to look at the boarding pass and literally shouting for no reason. Frankfurt airport has horrible and rude staff who avoids trying to answer any question at all. Overall, horrible experience.
They charged a fee for 1st bag checked. Others in same party were free.
from SFO-> FRA flight, AVML meal was significantly less compared to regular meal, especially no Desert, no Bread, no sides.
