We departed early and arrived early The plane was clean and the crew was incredibly efficient another positive experience with American airlines for me.
Check in was rough because the check in crew did not know how to manage my international visa documents. Required a long process and 4 people to finally be able to proceed to security. They told us incorrect information several times before acknowledging we did indeed have everything we needed from the start.
After the door had been closed, the cockpit makes an announcement that catering is running late and it is not the airline's fault. It is their fault in the sense that we had to sit for 2 hours or more when we could have stayed in the terminal. Poor communications between catering and airline. This caused a young man to lose his temper and he went storming out hitting objects. He had complained to the gate agent that he had already waited at the gate 7 hours and when can the airplane leave? Airilnes do a poor job of explaining delays, maintenance issues, etc. whereas being truthful may gain more sympathy or understanding.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
The pilots are always hauling in the sky. No issues with boarding only problem was layover was shortened too much by weather but luckily the next flight was still boarding and did not missit
Priority baggage, golf bag lost causing me to miss function the next day. Baggage in general in Charlotte has been a mess lately.
2 hour flight with no drink service from the bahamas?!! There was very little turbulence and the turbulence didnt seem to affect first class drink service. I understand that they may not be able to pour all kinds of drinks, but thye can hand out bottles of water at lease
The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀
Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.
Flight was delayed. Food was horrible. Long waiting for our luggage
They don’t offer food on the flight just water but when arrived on time and landed perfectly
They could give you a snack or at least something to drink during the flight. The flight was also delayed.
They cut off check in at 1 hr, while we were in line, & sold our seats.
Poor poor, airline people are rude unfriendly and unhelpful, they need to be trained to be customer friendly and gelpful
Delays, changing flight times and screws us up when connecting with another flight . It’s the same ole story. Bahamasair don’t care and no one holds them accountable.
I love bahamasair safety always blown away. They made my fears from travel so much better. Bahamasair #1 Highly recommend We don't just fly here. We live here Pilots and crew keep up the good work.
Going the plane was late and then Bahamas Air chartered another plane to take the passengers to San Salvador.
4 hour delay Noisy passengers Tight seats Missed connecting flight in Ft. Lauderdale
We were scheduled to travel at 12pm. The flight got delayed with no updates until 11:30am. They advised that we will receive an update at 1pm. However, the flight was then delayed until 6pm with no clear indication as to if that was the departure time. It was NOT! They decided to combine two of their scheduled flights into one due to the smaller number of passengers. If you do not wish to be inconvenienced, “STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE”!!!!!!They do have a track record of this!
Very courteous staff at the gate and excellent assistance with my needs as a handicapped person on board. The flight itself was uncomfortable, with tight seating and seats they don’t recline, so be aware. The aircraft itself is old and worn, and it shook a lot and made a lot of noise, especially upon takeoff and at landing. But, hey it’s a short flight and it got me back home to Florida safely, so….
