She told me to get my rear on the plane The attendants didn’t have a clue that she had others to board ( they all got upgrades) and I better move my rear. I was shocked."

Cons: "They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us."

Pros: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Then by that time it was too late to try to get a seat with my wife who is very afraid to fly. Overall not a good experience"

Pros: "Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable."
Cons: "I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology."

Pros: "Flight was cancelled and could not be rescheduled until the 17th causing me to loose 10 days of pay at work costing me 4700usd."

Cons: "The original flight was canceled and a new one substituted - basically they wanted to fly a smaller aircraft (via a different regional carrier) so the flight number changed. PHL did not have the new flight info displayed at the Departures board or on the screen at the gate. Caused a little anxiety."

Cons: "Flying from Sydney Australia and this being the final segment, Delta lost my luggage with no explanation as to why. It made it around the world only to get lost on the shortest segment. A real pain after 21 hours of flying to be delayed late at night by airline. No offer for compensation."
