Cons: "No where to store carry on since everyone is allowed to bring larger bags than they should so you end up having to stuff everything under the seat leaving no room for your legs. Very uncomfortable!"

Cons: "Plane was late arriving from California because of mechanical problems. Then we sat on JFK runway waiting to take off. Pilot said we'd be taking off in about 9 minutes. A half hour later we took off. In the middle of the flight a loud horn went off in the cabin. It lasted for about 20 seconds. It was really quite alarming given the earlier mechanical problems. No explanation ever given."

Pros: "I miss the first leg of my flight and they cancelled my whole ticket and didn’t rebook me. This was an intentional flight. I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

Pros: "We landed early, it was fairly comfortable in coach for a very tall person, and there was good communication from the flight attendants and pilot with the passengers. A very pleasant experience overall, from someone who is a nervous flyer!"

Cons: "flight was delayed, staff didn't update us so people were getting upset and irritable while waiting to hear. Then flight times changed without announcements, upsetting some."

Pros: "It was not a full flight, so I was given an aisle instead of a middle seat...for which I was grateful."
Cons: "Flight was 6 hours...almost as much as my previous international flight, yet food and drink was only available for purchase. No entertainment options. Plus, wireless was $21! I needed to work and had to purchase, but that is really quite a rip off compared to other airlines."

Cons: "I don't understand why the carryon limitation can't be better enforced. I watched several people put multiple bags in the overhead compartments and nothing under their seats, yet those in boarding groups 3 & 4 often are required to check their baggage."

Cons: "Extremely unorganized. Sat on the plane for about 2 hours before we could even take off. There method for lightening the plane was extremely poor. The entire plane ending up missing connecting flights. No food left to purchase...no drinks served to the back of the plane til about 3 1/2-4 hours into the flight."

Cons: "I didn't like how there was no communication from the airline that the flight was canceled and that we customers and employees at the Fresno airport. We should have received notification as soon as the flight was canceled so we don't have to spend all day at the airport thinking it's just a delay."

Cons: "Ladies in the front desk are super RUDE yes I said super not just rude! I WILL NEVER book with American Airlines again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I left from Fresno onto when I left from Pheonix!"
