Cons: The boarding process was a mess with a long delay and change of gate. The flight was one hour late and we missed our connection. Because it was on a different airway

Cons: Couldn’t add baggage with the ticket bought online. Once I did it cost $100 to add 1 bag. Checking in process was the worst, as many kiosks didn’t work and the software seemed buggy.

Cons: Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump.

Cons: AA provided me NO assistance when my flight was cancelled and I had to make arrangements on my own, which caused me to incur in extra expending.

Cons: Seat 2L Rocked back-and-forth every time person in seat 1L moved. This was a day flight from Chicago to London so I wasn’t sleeping. I could see if you were sleeping and had to deal with all the seat movement it would not be ideal.

Cons: We had to gate check our bag despite plenty of room overhead. Bag didn’t make it to Madrid. Flight attendant kinda ignored my question about where to leave the bag. Had to pay for seats to check-in online.

Cons: I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection
