Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

I reached the airport only to find out that the booking was cancelled by Opodo though I received an email from Opodo 24 hours before advising me to check in on the flight. As I was busy with some construction work at home I thought I would check in at the airport. Opodo advisors were not helpful on the phone and I ended up missing a family get together due to their incompatibility."

Cons: "The cabin lights after dinner were supposed to go off so people could sleep. The lights were going on and off uncontrollably the last few hours of the flight. Flight attendant said the plane had issues with the "control panel because it was an old plane". The worst part was when a female flight attendant wouldn't move her feet over a few inches while sitting in her chair, so that I (a pregnant woman) could use the closest bathroom to my seat in the back cabin. I had to ask her twice and both times she confirmed "She was on her break and would not move her feet" so that I could use the bathroom. Also note, the seatbelt sign was off but that wasn't even her excuse. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilet seats need to be replaced to be asked to sit on those is degrading!"

The Aer Lingus flight was fine, but Vanama, the middle agency that youhave processed my tickets through- caused me a lot of stress. The daybefore my flight, I was trying to check in, and I received a message thatmy reservation was cancelled. I called Vanama, who rudely put me on morethan 30- minute hold on the phone, told me that Aer Lingus would not dealwith them, but the customer directly. I told him(Daniel of Vanama) that Ihave paid for my fare, that it was their responsibility, not mine to dealwith the airline. Never-the-less I tried calling the Airline, severaltimes, and listened to their own voice messages up to 2 in the morning ofthe day of my flight. Lacking sleep, and still not packed, I went to bed, went very early to the Madrid airport. I knew by the look on the AerLingus(Cristina) staff that there was a problem---she went ahead issued mea boarding pass, told me to go to the ticket counter in Dublin, and ask forhelp. After going from one floor to another, and another, to twodifferent staff-the problem sorter at Aer Lingus told me, Vanama never issued the ticket. That they should not have let me board the plane in Madrid, but he said he took care of the mess. Now you want to know how my flight went."

Pros: "The stewards and stewardesses kept a cheery attitude and tried their best to deal with the customer complaints and the constant need of attention of people whose entertainment units didn't work."
Cons: "Unfortunately, I was the unlucky one and had the broken tv and remote set for the entirety of the plane. About 1 in every 3 people however were experiencing issues with their video or audio and had to have their sets rebooted multiple times. This was mainly due to it just being a very old plane and the systems not working anymore. As one of the stewardesses said, she can reboot it, but shes not an engineer. It is majorly time for them to update their interiors."

For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport."

Cons: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

A large crowd was allowed to clog gate access, and no announcements were made regarding boarding procedures therefore as a preboarding family with toddler we had to push through the crowd to accessential the gate. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."

Pros: "Not a full flight so I had to seats to speak out. Flight attendants were friendly and it didn't seem like a 10+ hour flight."
Cons: "I wish there was a quicker flight between LAX - Europe."

Cons: "Iberia Airlines The flight attendants on the Iberia section of the flight from Madrid to Chicago could have cared less. The plane was late and the crew could have cared less. They fasten seat belt sign was on way way too long with no turbulence so they did not have to open the bar. They would not serve vodka from the cart and you needed to go to the back of the aircraft for it. Will not fly Iberia again. ."

Pros: "The crew was very nice. Madrid is always a great airport and Iberia is it's top airline."
Cons: "Entertainment opitions weren't great. Crew service with beverages didn't come around nearly as much as a company like Lufthansa or United, etc."

Cons: "Cabin crew very unhelpful and unfriendly. Food terrible. Entertainment very lackluster and obscure."

Pros: "The seating in business class was excellent and comfortable."

Pros: "The in-flight entertainment system was good."
Cons: "I generally don't like Iberia customer service, either in phone or in person. Crew at times would behave in a rude fashion to certain requests, and act as if simple requests were an imposition on them."

Pros: "Smooth flight, great crew service, excellent movies selection, adequate meal service. Most importantly, no lost or late arriving luggage."
Cons: "Nothing. Everything was excellent."

Cons: "There was around a 6 hour delay and we had very little info as to what was happening next."

Pros: "Security lines were failrly fast, the flight left and arrived on time and the service in the plane was good great job"

Cons: "Stewardesses were unfriendly and rude. Long flight, without individual entertainment on seats. Old plane, extremely cramped. The meal request made when booking the flight was not honored. Upon arrival to US customs, was told I was not on the passenger list (thus clearing customs was a bit touchy)."

Cons: "Paid $10 for WiFi that didn't work. Given standby seats despite arriving 2 hrs before flight. Service was not particularly friendly. Will try to avoid Iberia in the future."

Cons: "They made many people check their bag but once on the plan there was clearly plenty of room. I asked since I was flying international that I could take my bag, they said it'll be in Madrid, Then of course some how my bag never made it to Madrid and received it the next day."
