Cons: "Plane was delayed multiple times resulting in 4 GATE CHANGES - and NONE of them were announced! I only knew because of my app. Boarding was ok once it finally happened. Plane was hot hot hot. Was bumped to Premium but no real advantage. Ran out of snack choices by row 10 where I was. No chocolate or “specials” for being Gold."

Pros: "After a long delay the captain did his best to get us to Anchorage as quickly as possible. That was appreciated."
Cons: "We were delayed 2 hours due to the fact that the scheduled captain could not fly anymore due to hours. We had to wait to get another pilot. This caused some problems for some who had schedules to meet, and rides to be notified. The airline needs to see this possibility sooner so long waits are avoided as much as possible. The 737 was not as comfortable as the regional jet on our first leg of this trip."

Cons: "The heat was high, we asked the male steward many times to request the heat turned down, people were removing as much clothing as possible. It was very hot and sticky and smelly. The descent to landing was to fast when near the runway, and we crashed hard like a carrier landing. I would inspect the gear and wing spats for cracks. The fuselage bowed like a banana, it was evident looking down the tube sitting the back. How about a breathalyzer or something, everybody knows the drunken pilots, the can't be fired and they know it, so it takes years to sober them up at our expense. The pilots who've been caught drinking are not trying to get better, they just whine that the others who haven't been caught yet are even worse drunks. Everybody who flys on Alaska has heard it from the same old Alaska born drunken pilots. How about less drunken bush piloting and get your drunken pilots who've been busted in the last few years to shut up and stop telling everyone that all Alaska pilots are drunks as defense of there drunkeness."

Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."

Cons: "I never received anything about my booking. I went the airport Wednesday morning not knowing if I’d actually fly out. I only had on my Kayak app a trip itinerary. Thankfully I did. In Atlanta I added my Skymiles # to my trip. Upon arrival in Mexico I rec’d a push from Delta about my trip with my Record Locator. Flying home was to depart at 8am. When I rec’d my boarding pass it stated 8:55am. While waiting at my gate Delta sent me a text at 7:30am that my flight would be leaving at 8am. That confused me. Needless to say I was suppose to arrive CVG at 3:49pm, but instead was booked on a flight departing Atlanta at 4:30pm. Plans at home had to changed for Friday evening as I was not arriving at mid-afternoon. Needless to say I’ll probably not book thru Kayak anymore."

Pros: "Everything was perfect, everyone was nice, there was lots of room, the crew offered snacks frequently, WiFi had a great connection and there was a wide array of entertainment."
Cons: "There was a problem with the plane that they told us after we boarded that delayed our plane an hour. But hey, better safe than sorry!"

Cons: "There was a mechanical issue that delayed departure. Fortunately I did not have a connection to make. The crew made sure to communicate with everyone onboard frequently so we were aware of the situation and progress. They handled everything well which was reassuring for my peace of mind."

Pros: "The woman who helped us at the desk by the gate was possibly the single most helpful, kind Delta employee I’ve ever met. She wheeled me down the jetway and upgraded our seats. I wish I knew her name. She has very curly dark blonde hair and is petite."

But entertainment system also didn’t work, and as always, seats are disgustingly uncomfortable. Also odd that they made us check bags with so many empty overhead bins."

Cons: "the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

Cons: "That we had to sleep like homeless people on the floor of JFK airport as the airline was not able to provide for a crew and therefore cancelled the flight. The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

Cons: "One of the legs did not have the free wifi available, but they mentioned that before takeoff and were very apologetic that it had not been added to that plane yet."

So of course people cut right in front of me as I was about to scan my pass. What is the point of asking us to come up if they are just going to let people jump in front of me."

Cons: "Didn't stick to zones when boarding customers. Gate agent basically let anyone board during pre boarding and priority boarding, why even offer it if you aren't going to make people adhere to the rules."

That then was delayed another 4 hours and I had to buy a rental car to drive home instead. Thus far they have been unresponsive in getting me a refund for my travel. Don't fly Delta."

We atrempted to change our seats online at KLM (not possible), online at Delta (didn't recognize our KLM purchased flight), in person at KLM counter in SVG, in person with THE Delta rep at the check-in gate in AMS...no one could help us due to different systems used for seating for each company that the other one doesn't have access to. Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

Delta has a number of flights out of there and overall it's the easiest and most economical for International flights. Your checked luggage goes straight through without the huge airport hassle!"

Cons: "A full flight in the midst of a pandemic. Totally unsafe! Safety first in the air and closed space vs how many you can pack in during a pandemic. Disgraceful! I have tried to avoid AA due to how they handle flying right now , I couldn’t today and they were just as bad as I imagined. Delta was so much safer and more protective of its customers . 50-60% full by design . Fly them and learn something."

Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"

Cons: "The gentleman sitting next to me never turned his phone in to airplane mode. His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

Cons: "This was almost a six hour flight there were no televisions available the flight was oversold and there were people on standby there was very little Lego room we were only offered snacks and drinks the crew was stressed we left late because we were instructed to check our carry-ons but that was not enforced until people were already on the plane getting on the plane and getting off the plane took a very long time there was very little leg room it was difficult to move around the plane because it was such a small plane the crew was very stressed out. I am very upset about this flight and will not fly with American ever again."

Cons: "But paying $8 for 30 mins of Wi-Fi is just outrageous. I did not, and will not ever pay that much for internet service. Additionally, my bag was asked to be checked at the gate. Mind you, my bag was a Airline Compliant design, that fit into the overhead bin sideways on the same sized plane going out to Chicago. If the flight were full, I would understand them being cautious about space, but the plane was barely over half full. It was just an annoying inconvenience."

Cons: "The service in the gate, I tried to explained her that when the plane land in Washington My connection will be already boarding and she didn't do anything to help. I asked her to check my bags complimentary so I could be able to run and she said no."

Cons: "OMG. First class seat "broken" - wasn't really able to lean back because it went "too far" into row behind me. Nope - that's actually how the chair is designed. Was asked to sit upright the entire 7 hour flight. IFE spotty at best. It kept rebooting and kicking me and others out. I guess food was "okay" as I honestly don't remember it at all. This is my last of 10 years at 1K with United. Moving airlines this year."

Pros: "I enjoy flying, despite the security checks, secondary security checks, the general lax nature of TSA agents who care not when your flight is leaving or how inconvenient it is to have to unpack your entire bag to show them a bar of soap is not, in fact, a plastic explosive. I do like to fly, but it seems to be increasingly difficult to adhere to the rules properly."
Cons: "I was in line to board with group 4 and the woman in front of me had a large duffle bag, a purse, and 3 small grocery bags. The gate agent let her through, but told her to consolidate her bags. I had one carry on and one purse and was forced to gate check my bag, only to find out I would have to go to baggage claim to pick it up. If the woman in front of me was forced to adhere to the rules, I would likely have fit my bag into an overhead. UNFAIR."

Pros: "Boarding and crew attendants were courteous and helpful. Flight left on time and arrived early. Luggage arrived and my time inChicago was short."
Cons: "Seats crowded but I was fortunate to not have a person in middle seat. Implied tv was free but system kept asking for my credit card."

Cons: "Getting bk to anchorage @midnight instead of the origibal time of 2:00 due to not having a fuckin pilot in new orleans"

Pros: "Jet was small, so a little less comfortable. Friendly staff. I got a refill on my beverage before they collected trash."

Pros: "We got home! After canceled flights on other airlines, United got us home safely. There were delays and turbulence, but we all landed safely."

Pros: "Crew attempted to make a "backup" booking due to the delay in my connection to Newark. I had a 12:45 flight that was delayed. We departed at 1:45. I was booked on the 4:51 connection to Detroit and 8:58 as a backup."
Cons: "Due to the change in my reservation, my luggage was not loaded on my flight. I am still waiting for my belongings."

Cons: "United cancelled our first flight, and would not re-book us on another flight until 24 hours later, so we ended up having to drive from Washington DC to Savannah for an event. Instead of cancelling just the first leg of our flight, they cancelled the return trip as well, and then tried to charge us the difference because we were "booking at the last minute". United really is the worst airline, and we will never fly with them again."

Pros: "My flight has a delay and i miss my connection to my second flight. I need to book an hotel room and that was not in my budget."

Pros: "United delivered us to Anchorage so late that we missed the very last flight out of Anchorage to Homer. We had to pay for a hotel room and full price tickets to fly the very next morning. Because United delivered us to Anchorage so late, we had to spend so much money on the hotel and next day flights. Until this point I have always been happy with United but I don't think we can go with United anymore after this."

With the first 10 rows basically completely empty (only 8 people in the front 60 seats) That flight to anchorage arrived an hour early which is awesome, but we had to wait 45 min on the plane "for an empty gate" they said. There were at least 4 empty gates I could see from my window in the sand terminal we ended up deboarding at. Very frustrating"

Cons: "The flight was extremely late and completely upset my travel schedule. It cost me extra money to get to my final destination on-time. The worst travel experience I have had. The airlines did not communicate AT ALL regarding the delays that they knew about."

Cons: "Luggage lost or left in Chicago with meds including insulin, had to stay in motel in Portland, ME to wait for morning flight. Hope luggage is on that flight. He needed his meds and only wanted to help when they said there was too much baggage. Mr. Perrin had only one carrying with everything in it. The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it."

Cons: "First the flight was delayed more than 1.5 hrs and then I get a text that my suitcase was coming in the next flight which there was none, to then find out that my suitcase was there after my ride was returning to then come back to pick me up. Very unorganized."

Pros: "Because of our incident in LV, This flight was out of Denver. The flight attendants were fantastic! The staff was very helpful, and was able to get seats together."
Cons: "They had issues with the wifi, so there was no entertainment."

Cons: "The fact that the tv is on constantly without the option to turn it off is annoying. The viewing length to passenger is too short to really enjoy (Probably not your fault). PLEASE permit us to turn it off. The constant repeating of the Dish commercials while in dead air space is so annoying I will never consider Dish as a provider.! Please play more than one entertaining video than repeating the one about alligators (crocodiles?)."
