Pros: "I had a headache and I asked for getting aspirin to one flight attendant. Later on, I found out that many attendants were aware of my situation and kindly checked-in regularly if I was OK. Excellent hospitality no matter what kind of class your seat was!"
Pros: "On time. Flight attendants don't shy away from helping passengers put their carryons in the cabin compartments. They were there in a split seconf to assist you - ANA flight attendants only. Food was great in ANA airlines. Toilet is clean. Boardinh was orderly."

Cons: "Having to wait an extra 7 hrs because of a delay on top of the 3hrs I came early to the airport. Didn't even get an email notifying me that the flight was delayed. Wasted my vacation time by a whole day"

Cons: "The check-in at LAX. They form 2 different lines for Economy. The 1st line was lined with the people arriving first. Then the 2nd line started to fill later. But when the ANA agents came out, they have no clue and serve the line of the people arriving later. Should know what they are doing. The turbulence announcement was made once in english and japanese by the auto-plane service followed by the crew announcing it again in both English and Japanese. The same was done with the duty free. The plane pressure also felt very strong and cause discomfort for the wife. The movie selection was solid (but badly organized) and the TV show selection wasn't terrible. It should all be better. Come on ANA! Contact me for recommendations."

Lufthansa boarding is certainly easier and organized, staff is courteous always. But they can offer better food and definitely better selection of movies onboard. Also, all airlines offer two baggage’s for an international trip except Lufthansa. That needs to be reconsidered. Overall, a good trip. Thanks!

They could not check me in through to my final destination, even though it was through a partner airline. We departed the first flight 1.5 hours late, which gave me 45 minutes to run around the connecting airport trying to figure out where and how to get my next ticket. Very unpleasant experience and do not want to fly with Lufthansa again.

The usual mediocre coach experience

First, when we arrived at the Jacksonville airport they told us our flight was canceled and that we need to pay over $500 more per person to put us on the other flight!!!! Scammers

Crew was fabulous!!!

Not space for luggage.

The food was surprisingly good, and the beverages plentiful. The seat back entertainment screen was super fun. The only problem was that my seat back did not recline, while those around me did. And on a 9+ hour flight where I knew I needed to sleep, really uncomfortable. I was definitely unable to sleep. 🙁

My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."

As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Boarding was two-step, checkin then wait then enter the aircraft. Aircraft was very old, seats worn and even ripped. No entertainment. Feed was very basic - a warm sandwich in a plastic wrap… crew was ok, a bit cold and stern but otherwise polite

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Cons: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Pros: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."

I'm a constant Etihad passenger but this is the first I felt uncomfortable, firstly the seat are small, turning the arrangement of seat from 2 rows to 3 rows, flight was delayed, food was bad, what happen Etihad?

Fare difference was really bad almost double than my regular fare never fly again

First, you should know that the flight has been canceled and I am stranded. The fact that you do not have any information on this flight cancelation is so absurd and disturbing. Second, It is impossible to reach Etihad via phone so we have been on hold for hours.

Cons: "If you are flying from AUH to JFK, they pre-clear you for US Customs. What they don't tell you is that the cut-off to get to the gate is one hour before departure. I took a leisurely stroll down to the gate when he signs said 'boarding soon' and was denied entry to the flight. The next one was in seven hours, so I spent the night in the terminal. The big slap in the face, aside from how rude the staff were: they won't just put you on the next flight. You have to buy a new ticket, full fare. It cost me more to get home than the original round trip ticket did to begin with. Trying to discuss this is fruitless - they are absolutely not interested in helping, but instead use phrases like "you are the one that is wrong" and "why should we pay for your mistake". Essentially, I was held hostage in Abu Dhabi and forced to pay a heavy charge to leave."

When carry luggage with same dimensions was allowed on onward journey how can it be oversized on the return journey? I was asked to refer the website for dimensions and tod that Ethihad does not use standard carry on baggage size. Some passengers were forced to buy new carry on luggage at the airport. It is pathetic service in my opinion because the airline put so many elderly passengers with no knowledge of English to a lot of heardship."

Like most Air Canada (AC) flights, it was delayed. And in this case, there were luggage problems. Somehow someone else's luggage got assigned to my ticket so that created some confusion but was easy to resolve and I ended up having a nice visit with the people who's luggage was attached to my ticket. This is touchy subject for me as AC has lost my luggage many times (or the airport, I'm just not certain who to point at as I don't know) In flight was pretty standard, one lady was wonderful and the rest seemed mediocre in comparison. We landed in Toronto and had to wait on our gate, then pulled into our gate and spent an additional 30 minutes waiting for a ramp to get off the plane. I don't know who was at fault here, Pearson's horrible organization and terrible management or if AC didn't plan to have it there. To do better, more attention in the bag drop process would be good. Then hold the airport accountable for the lost luggage (I'm looking at you Pearson from the time you sent my domestic flight luggage to Turkey).

Boarding was good. No snacks was a bummer and crew did not take up trash. When asked twice about ear plugs for movie no one came back with any. Nice to have movies offered free however if you aren’t able to listen to them not very good.

We were all seated when the passenger noticed she had forgotten it and to her credit she walked back to the front of the plane to ask about retrieving the charge. Additionally, after our flight schedule was changed, one of our checked bags was lost (left in Toronto instead of continuing on to Istanbul). I checked the bag on Tuesday, and it wasn't found and delivered until Friday, so I went three and a half days without any extra clothes or most of my toiletries. I know airlines (like all businesses) are only interested in money, and I know Air Canada isn't the only airline to do this, so I can't say I'm shocked. But it still boggles the mind how poorly customers can sometimes be treated. We all accept it as a cost of flying, but it's crazy to think that one can buy a ticket without buying a seat on the plane. It's like ordering at a restaurant and being told that, yes, you ordered the food, but you didn't order the dishes to serve the food on, so you're either going to have to wait or pay extra to get plates and utensils. It would be much more honest for the airline to say that your ticket purchases nothing but the *chance* to fly at the scheduled time. At least that would be straightforward."

Cons: "The luggage drop line was terrible. Only few stations were open and they worked incredibly slow. At the Toronto airport, we were made to fill up customs forms even though we were set for international transfers. None of the questions on the form made any sense since we were not entering Canada but rather leaving for other international destinations. Because of this formality, we had to pass another line which took another 30 minutes. Furthermore, they denied me at the counter because my original check in crew was unable to print my second boarding pass for some technical reason. But, there was noone at the customer service desk to print a boarding pass for me. I had to wait another twenty minutes just for this! All of this happened in a "neverland" section of the airport that didn't even have any restrooms! This could really turn into a nightmare scenario."

The seats had a decent size and good enough leg room. The flight was smooth, and we took off at a good time. The food was fairly good as well!"
