We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time

On time arrival but the aircraft had seen better days and needed a deep clean.

It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe

Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund

Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.

Straight forward checking as long as you have completed every single detail online, prior to checking day. Efficient boarding, seating is ok for a two hour flight. Fulfilledour travel requirements from Manchester to Marseille.

I couldn’t understand the aircraft tannoy announcements I was in seat 20C - nobody in our row could either. Speakers a bit too quiet plus messages read out too fast. Otherwise excellent flight. (Flight delayed by 50 mins)

I bought my flight, insurance etc early and paid over £200. But had i waited until closer the time the price was much cheaper, i appreciate that it could've been more expensive but it wasn't. A better discount for booking early would be better than your current one

ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.

There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
