Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time

Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Crew was professional, attentive, and delightful. However, the plane was delayed more than an hour. I recognize this was not Lufthansa’s fault, but was inexcusable was that there were no Lufthansa reps meeting the plane to give quick info about gates for connecting flights and how to navigate getting to those gates, especially when it required going to another terminal, going through security, and then returning to the original terminal. This was egregious - other airlines routinely do this when an arrival is significantly delayed.
Most things went well, but the legroom was lacking. The crew were great.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey
This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
The seat space seemed small especially when the person ahead reclined but other than that, very good.
Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
The plane was late to Frankfurt and I almost missed my connection and my checkt in bag didn’t catch the second flight! Poor
The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.
Food is too little (in volume) and too spicy.. There are no snacks in the back of the plane in between meals.
