Cons: Took off late. Other than that very comfortable and great experience
Pros: Very professional crew.
Cons: The plane was delayed 1 and a half hours getting out of the gate because of a malfunctioning fuel gauge
Cons: Was refused to use the 1st clas restrooms but 10 minutes layer the flight attendant allowed an older gentleman and a lady to use them. I was in 10A with my service dog
Pros: Delta in flight entertainment is great.

Cons: Let was a typical flight. About all you can hope for is that it is on time. That makes it excellent.

Pros: The crew was so lovely and accommodating, flight was smooth, and I was impressed with the meal service. I travel a lot and this was one of my best experiences. I will definitely favor Delta in the future.
Pros: Boarded on time.
Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.
Pros: Flight attendant in first class was amazing.
Cons: The seats are not very comfortable for such a long flight

Cons: If there could have been some sort of service at DTW to take customers to the gate of their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful.

Cons: Healthier snacks instead of just candy and cookies... an apple for example would be great.
