Flight there was massively delayed but never updated on the app. Flight home was massively delayed but also never reported until after we arrived at the airport.
The inside of the airplane was to cold and there was condensation dripping down on me. We were late taking off from Portland to Medford and I was miserable.
2 hour delay. Then some luggage was unloaded at 1baggage claim #7 then without notice the baggage claim was changed to #12. No one informed the passengers they were changing baggage claim turnstile. Several of us waited for 90 minutes after the 1st turnstile stopped and changed to other flights luggage.
No communication with delayed and canceled flights. Completely in the dark for the whole experience.
I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!
The flight attendants were friendly. I liked that I got a mini soda can, not just a small cup. No issues with our flight departure, etc.
The flight ran out of snacks before any was offered to me. Otherwise the flight was good.
Planes were on time. Pilot kept everyone updated. Crew was friendly and helpful
Crew was overly aggressive with rules enforcement and not friendly in general.
Plane was supposed to leave at 5:40 left at 6:03 had to walk really fast to get to connecting flight just making the flight.
Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
The crew on this leg continue to be extremely helpful with my wife’s mobility issues. They also came by many many times to ensure we were comfortable and had drink some food.
Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
I liked the cleanness in the bathroom and good crew on board and at boarding gates. There was no Hindi (Bollywood) movies. The entertainment can be improved as it is one of the worst one I saw when I compared it with other airlines. The Mumbai to Amsterdam flight did not have any food for my family which does not contain eggs in it though we have selected “Hindu Asian vegetarian meal”
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
