Would like to be able to order food on the plane, not before. Otherwise, very good flight.
I liked how I didn’t have to squeeze myself over seat flying at night
The delay of 3 hours was horrible. An 8 mph tail wind delayed our flight 3 hours. If the ability of the plane is so close to the min performance of the plane either choose different equipment or don’t book the land so full.

My flight was very clean and the location was comfortable. The service was great. A satisfying flight!
The crew in Chile was late to open the counter to check in. It was the longest check in ever. But they were pleasant and thorough. Food was great going to Chile, coming back to USA was pretty bad. All the airplane crew were great.

Pros: "At the airport things were quite, security was fast. Boarding was fast and smooth. I’ve flown with delta a lot and also a lot of others (cheaper ones) and I’m always happy when I get a delta flight things are always calmer and less crowded!"

The flight was very delayed (in BOTH directions - outbound and returning). The flight was very very cramped. The plane taxi'd on the runway for a really long time, and I got claustrophobic being in such a tight seat. The pilot and crew both indicated that we were going to make up lost time due to the delay, but the plane arrived LATER than expected.

The weather caused a delayed but I was impressed how United did everything they could to try to get us out which included bussing us to the plane doing a Hardstand and bringing us to the plane since the fog was too thick to tow the plane from the overnight stay in the cargo area.
The in-flight entertainment options were great. I always appreciate a seat back TV on a domestic flight. However, there were issues with a computer system that were discovered after we had boarded that caused repeated delays, and eventually we had to deplane. I liked that United texted me a $30 food voucher for the inconvenience, but it caused me to miss my dinner plans in West Hollywood that night. Once we were in the air, everything was fine though.

Cons: "Kayak sent me a message that our connecting flight out of O'Hare was boarding at gate B5. However, checking the monitors in the terminal showed the correct gate was B21, which is on the opposite end of the terminal. I don't know why Kayak had the wrong information on this. We barely made our connecting flight because our starting flight was over 30 minutes late, which was United's fault. This made rushing to the correct gate for our connecting flight all the more stressful. No time to stop at the bathrooms or pick up something to eat. Both United and Kayak let me down on getting back to Hartford. We arrived at the end of boarding with no room left for our bags in the overheads so we had to check them and pick them up at the carousel. A totally BAD flight experience."

Pros: "The leg room and comfort in economy, for a 767, were surprisingly good but the quality of screen and entertainment was lacking. The screen on my iPhone is bigger than the screen on the seatback which if compared to other airlines is not up to the mark. The lack of facilities to charge things like ipads or iPhone was disappointing."

Pros: "Check-in Staff were friendly and efficient. Undersold flight, so they reseated several people to give them an adjacent vacant seat, so I got to sleep curled up. Great on an 9 hour early morning flight (7am check-in, up at 3:30). Boarding and flight staff were great too."
