Pros: "Overall pleasant flight. Outstanding service by the entire Alaska Airlines crew. Captain of the flight was fenomanal, a very valued member of Alaska Airlines I have no doubts about that. Excellent service by all. Contentment and a relaxing,not to mention smooth, experience."

Cons: "On my flight I was freezing. I saw first class received blankets and many of them were not being used. I explained to the flight attendant how cold I was and asked if I could purchase a blanket. I’m a very understanding person, but even after all of my attempts to warm up (i.e., drinking hot water, moving around, etc.) I was miserable and on the brink of tears. I understand staff must follow company policy but I found this to be horribly inhumane. After reaching out to corporate my issue was never resolved."

Pros: "Even though there was no TV screen in the headrest, we were all provided with IPads to view. The controls on the IPad were quicker than the in headset TV's. The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

Pre-flight email should have warned passengers to download beforehand. 4) Exiting plane only allowed from front; took forever from our next-to-last row."

Pros: "Plane was new 737-800 on first leg of trip. Flight Attendants (FAs) were very attentive, courteous and helpful. NOTE: I have not flown first class since the TWA days so anything above coach service is impressive. Second leg was just as impressive but plane was same model but slightly older. Special thanks and kudos to FAs Elinor and Rita! Hey we're great as was the entire crew including the ticket counter staff and everyone associated with the experience."

So I patiently stand behind them until about row 20 and at this point the lady says oh just use first classes restrooms so I go. While in first class that attendant says I can't use this one and then another one tells me just go ahead by time I get back to my seat the cpatian comes on the intercom to tell everyone rows 6-30 something to only use the back 3 lavatories.. On top of that the hot plates made me and my husband sick!"

After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"

Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. Pros: "Our original flight was delayed and Marika, at the Delta gate of another flight to the same city, was able to get us on the flight that was going to our city. We were so grateful to get home before the winter storm! We appreciate your staff and the help their quick, efficient manner to get us on a new flight!"

Pros: "Having just exited the AeroMexico flight that came across as unprofessional, it was refreshing to get on a Delta flight. It was not really exceptional, but it met my expectations. The Delta agent on the telephone on the day before our flight WAS exceptional, as she tried valiantly to get us checked in to a flight that had been changed (by Aeromexico) several times. Delta was also exceptional in helping us retrieve our luggage after AeroMexico lost it."
Cons: "The noise by the engines in the back section on the Delta flight was rather unbelievable. As a physician, I think it was likely physically damaging to our hearing. If this interior aircraft noise can’t be avoided, I think earplugs should be offered to passengers in those seats."

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Pros: "Delta always seems to have the most legroom between the seats - Even more than our transatlantic flight! The crew is always friendly and helpful, and nearly all our flights on Delta were on time or early."

Cons: "lack of carry on luggage space. very tight. gate agents did not care about the customers. I had to stick my bag under the seat and only half would fit so my feet did not fit with my bag. it was a back pack. I do not prefer checking luggage since I've had so many bad experiences."

Cons: "It was close to an 8 hour layover for a 35 minutue flight. We almost made an earlier flight that supposedly had room for our luggage but not us. So when we finally got to Pittsburgh our luggage was just sitting at the terminal unattended. Hundreds of people were delayed or had cancelled flights and it wasn't due to weather or related conditions. It was lack of planes and what appeared to be double-booked flights."

Cons: "No verbal announcements during boarding meant this flight had a very chaotic beginning. I cannot believe how tight the seats are on United's planes, and I am not a terribly large person. Airlines that still charge passengers for in-flight entertainment deserve a special sort of hatred that they receive, and United is the worst for this. Charging for wifi and movies is straight out of the year 2000, and that's squarely where United is. If JetBlue can offer free wifi, complementary movies and TV, snacks that are not stale, and an extra inch of legroom so can United. I hate this airline."

Cons: "I'm carrying my luggages from terminal 5 to terminal 2 , I'm about to passed the screening to board to United airlines but the employee at the front stop me because I have 2 luggages and it may not be allowed, she told me to ask an employee about it and one employee told me to go to terminal 1 to drop off my lugggaes. So I went there and told one of the employee of United airlines that I just need to drop off my lugggaes and she saw the stickers on my bags and told to used the kiosk and print again a new tags because the one attached was already old, but the stickers attached printed pittsburgh, while I'm trying to print another one, a nice employee from ANA saw me and asked me if I need help, she told me I don't need to print another one , I just need to drop off the bags. She's so nice and helpful to assist me .No one told me about this in Manila so I don't need to experience the inconvenience in the first place."

Cons: "THe layover was only 1 hour and it was impossible to go through customs, get my luggage and re-check it and get to my next flight. I was at the gate 5 minutes before the plane took off and they didn’t let me on. I was devastated that I missed it and had to wait for the next flight."

It took precious time to load passengers 1 group at a time while bags were checked. Once airborne I saw I only had 10 minutes or less to make my connection in Newark, which I inevitably missed. Poorly scheduled. Many passengers missed connections. It would have been much quicker and easier to advise passengers to check bags at the gate BEFORE the plane arrived knowing it was overbooked. I'm very disappointed in how the entire boarding was handled given the time constraints."

There is entertainment available inflight. There is more room overhead, more room in the aisle, two bathrooms, on and on...this flight was so much better. I will make sure that I never book on the CRJ700 flight to Houston again if I can avoid it!"

Customer Service was helpful and able to rebook and provide overnight hotel accommodations, but it was a very slow process that clearly frustrated some customers even more. Clearly not anyone's fault, but still frustrating and not a great flying experience."

Pros: "We didn't have those annoying corrals of groups and we were called by our groups so it made the boarding VERY easy and civilized."
