Pros: "One of the cabin crew was very kind and friendly."
Cons: "No entertainment, seats hardly went back, no place to charge any device"
Pros: "The flight back to Columbus made up for the flight from CLT to SJC."
Cons: "This was a multi city, round trip starting out of CLT. My connection was way too close, and we missed the connection due to a mechanical problem. The lines to get vouchers were super long, and the hotel was not the best. It was way after midnight when I got to the hotel, and I did not feel safe staying at a Quality Inn. I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."
Pros: "Everything was seamless."
Pros: "Typical AA flight cramped in economy on a 737. Forever to store luggage."
Cons: "More organized boarding."

Pros: "Crew was polite and tried their best to be helpful"
Cons: "I could not check in online before the flight and when I got to the airport, there was no way to check in with a Nexus card. Then they took a while to find my information. Then when I went to board the flight, I only had a Nexus card so they were reluctant for me to board."
Pros: "It was a comfortable night flight, great crew"
Cons: "Give a hot drink in the morning"
Cons: "The staff at the Seattle airport were very rude. The AAInflight wifi doesn't work at all. The Starbucks at Seattle had horrible service. I ordered a grande frappuchino and the cashier said it was a grande. When I got it it was a venti and I got charged extra and the woman who gave it to me was very very rude and sounded bored. She had blue hair. There was a woman who worked there who should be fired you couldn't understand a word she said and got the orders wrong."
Cons: "Pilot or co pilot never spoke once. Was as if there was no pilot"
Cons: "The stewards on American Airlines are literally scary to talk to; rude and unprofessional."
Pros: "Awfully rude flight attendants Took multiple buses I guess American doesn’t pay good money to the airports"
Pros: "Ease of boarding with the group numbers"
Pros: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Cons: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."
Pros: "eh, mediocre but usual service from a US airline. Just enough to get you from point A to B, but you’re exhausted once there."
Cons: "too little leg room, and quite uncomfortable seats, couldn’t relax and was cramping from being unable to move more than an inch."
Pros: "Plane was alright."
Cons: "Delayed departure delayed deboarsing. Extra flight time = 1 hr due to delays."
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "WiFi not working"
Cons: "Bathrooms didn't work delaying initial departure an hour. Ran to connecting flight and made it prior to door being closed. 12 passengers in total were told that we would be boarded and then were abrubly told none would be boarding our final leg to the Caymans even though our seats were available. Horrible company culture not focused on customers."
Cons: "Plane had not been cleaned"
Pros: "Nice airline very accommodating. Loved first class"
Pros: "The confort seat, and service"
Pros: "VEry good Cabin crew and the plane was reasonable new"
Pros: "ON TIME"
Cons: "NO ROOM TO BREATHE. AISLE TOO SMALL TO WALK WITHOUT HITTING SOMEONE AA IS MAKING BILLIONS PER YEAR IN PROFIT. SO CHEAP, YET PRICES ARE SOOOOOOO HIGH"
Pros: "Customer service people were nice."
Cons: "American Airlines broke my carry on luggage handle and was told that I couldn’t claim it even though I was told that I had to check it in. Airplane was cramped, felt really uncomfortable"
Pros: "The crew was terriffic"
Cons: "seats are tiny, but that's what I paid for."
Pros: "American Airlines was the code share partner for the first half of our scheduled flight from Chicago to London then BA was supposed to take us from London to Rome. Only it didn't happen. Ultimately, after my bride's name snafu between tickets and reservations BA left us standing at the ticket counter with no way to get to Rome. AA stepped in and put us on the next day's non-stop to Rome which was great but we lost a full day off our honeymoon."
Cons: "Everything else. BA left us twisting in the breeze. Webjet was more interested in explaining all the things I had done wrong rather than helping us. My advice to you, dear reader, is NEVER book a code share flight and ALWAYS book the reservation and buy the ticket from the carrier you expect to fly. This was a horrible experience and I won't make this mistake again."
Cons: "The seats are so uncomfortable"
Pros: "The AC was set at the right temperature, not too cold, not too hot, just perfect! We got to the destination sooner than expected!"
Cons: "Pay to seat next to my husband, our seats were separate before check-in. Not happy about this."
Cons: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"
Cons: "Flight was canceled, so our young family had to spend the night in the airport because they couldn't give us a decent option to get back home. Second time we have had problems with AA"
Cons: "Long delay"
Pros: "No hassle"
Cons: "I wasn't allowed to check in online and couldn't find out the reason for that"
Pros: "All went well with the exception the crew was late"
Cons: "Crew was late"
Pros: "The crew was one of the best flight crews I have ever met! We had many of the same attendants on the flight back to MIA, as well. Give them raises!"
Cons: "No choice in food. Flt attended said he would try to find a sandwich or snack left over from coach but he never offered anything."
Cons: "Luggage did not arrive with us"
Cons: "The plane had mechanical problems and was rescheduled to a different flight"
Cons: "One of the flight attendants was pretty rude and quite short with passengers."
Pros: "SAME AS ABOVE."
Cons: "SAME AS ABOVE."
Pros: "Second leg when purchased extra leg room, that's the way all seats should be. We boarded timely but then left late. Free tv was nice although I didn't watch it."
Cons: "Don't like the glass of soda and they don't hand you the can but that's just me. Lare departure."
Pros: "Flight was ok."
Cons: "Almost missed my flight. 1.5 hrs was barely enough to get through baggage claim, customs, baggage recheck, customs again, subway ride to Denver United terminal and sprint 30 gates only to make it 1 minute before the gate closed."
Pros: "Good movies"
Cons: "They delayed the flight like 5 different times and then the luggage took over a half hour"
Pros: "Crew was nice and accommodating, wishing more crews were as great and friendly."
Cons: "Non business class passengers were constantly using the business class bathroom, curtains were not drawn."
Cons: "Departing closer to scheduled time - lack of flight attendants causing a three hour delay is not great at all."
Pros: "Crew was fine"
Cons: "So incredibly cramped and no seat screens to watch movies. Bumpy that that’s no ones fault."
Cons: "Not here as long as the last place but was still teribly confusing. The airport is not very new user friendly. I had to ask ppl multiple times where gates were and issues with time changes etc. Was pretty nerve wracking for a first time traveller to the states."
Cons: "UNcomfortable seats. They don’t recline."
Pros: "I had the front seat so nice and spacious spot"
Cons: "Didn't love the wait on the bus to get to the planeb but I guess that is unavoidable"

Pros: "Flight was short and got to gate on time"
Cons: "sat for about 20 min. before takeoff with no info"
Pros: "They held the plane in order for me to catch it after my late flight to Chicago."
Cons: "The crew member promised my $60 in checked bags would still follow me, but when I arrived In Vancouver I was Informed they were still in Chicago. My seat did not recline and my reading lamp was broken after paying $80 for the upgraded seat. The flight attendant was a bit grouchy about it. The WiFi was very sporadic and didn’t work for the majority of the trip.. which I wasted 900 miles on. Not impressed this time around."
Pros: "Flight attendants were attentive"
Cons: "Slow boardidng, delayed departure, overcrowded flight, no overhead space"
Cons: "flight was delayed - mechanical; disabled husband (had knee replacement 15 weeks ago) had to walk the entire way from concourse F to A. the caused excruciating pain."

Pros: "On time, very pleasant crew"
Pros: "The crew was very helpful and friendly!"
Cons: "Entertainment was on personal device. Additional software was needed to watch movie."
Pros: "The crew in air Canada is awesome! They were really great and friendly. I'm impressed with their impeccable service even if it was a short flight to Vancouver."
Cons: "Flight was delayed."
Cons: "Customer service is very inneficient"
Pros: "This was the first United flight I've been on in 10 years that was not full."
Cons: "There is no way to turn off the screens on the seat backs, so they continue flashing the same thing over and over. I counted 690 times between Houston and Vancouver."
Pros: "It was a long day with the delays which ended in a missed flight to Vancouver. Great service in providing accommodations and food voucher. Much appreciated. Made getting home a day later as I have another 6 1/2 hour drive to get home. Overall a good trip."
Pros: "Offered drinks and snacks."
Cons: "My suitcase's handle was damaged by the time it reached baggage claim. I will need to buy a new suitcase now."
Pros: "Overall this was an pretty average flight. The planes were on time and the service was good"
Cons: "Flight was delayed because plane hadn't arrived at the gate yet from its previous flight."
Cons: "The boarding process is chaos. By the time my group is called, an announcement is made about running low on overhead space and some may need to check in their carry ones. Happens on every United flight? On the flight from Vancouver, the wifi wasn't even working."
Pros: "Other airlines that don't lie to you about which airline you're purchasing tickets with."
Cons: "When I buy an apple computer and pay apple prices, I don't expect to open up the box and find a PC in there. When I bought tickets with Air Canada, I expected to fly with Air Canada, not United. I don't know how it's even legal for you to sell me one thing, have me pay for it, and then give me another. My experiences with Air Canada have been fine. My experience with United was terrible. Their check in devices freeze and don't give proper instructions or feedback, and my tray table was taped shut because it was broken. The tape looked like it was a year old. It is not ok to fix an airplane with tape. This is terrible for both of us. Now you - Air Canada - are sharing in United's PR disaster because you've effectively said buying tickets from you might just be a bait-and-switch for buying tickets with them. Upon purchasing tickets "your" customers have no way of knowing what they're going to get. I'd much rather book with an airline that sells tickets for its own flights, or at least tells customers when they're buying something else instead of lying to them."
Pros: "Tv, food, outlet to charge phone."
Cons: "Crew was unfriendly and seats were small and uncomfortable for a 4.5h flight."
Pros: "I made the connection flight, luckily, w the 5 mins I had"
Cons: "Nothing to complain about w the flight. All was well"
Pros: "The crew was very good, very attentive."
Cons: "Boarding went quickly but was very unorganized."
Pros: "Didn't have food so couldnt rate that section"
Pros: "Nice seats."
Cons: "Sitting at the gate on the plane while they work on a problem"
Cons: "Not a crew or airline issue, but strong winds made for three attempted landings."
Cons: "Didn't make it because United gave standby seating to guests terminating travel in SFO."
Pros: "Delay, delay, delay"
Pros: "Nice free inflight wifi entertainment, small selection and need own device. Make sure to bring your headphones!"
Pros: "Food should be fee for the entire flight. It's a long flight over 4 hours."
Pros: "Fly upnto Vancouver BC this time."
Cons: "The seats had no infotainment system No food Cramped"
Cons: "We were trying to print our boarding passes and computer didn't recognize our bar code. United employees were trying to help us and they couldn't print it either until we approched counter. We didn't see that much of professionalism on United employees. At one point one of the employees told us to go back to Air Canada counter and I thought she was not trained properly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hours and 45 minutes because engine did not start. Had us deplane. Caused us to miss our connecting flight and we had to wait 6 hours for another one."
Pros: "Nice new 737-800, friendly crew"
Cons: "I volunteered to be bumped to a later flight, which was handled well; however my checked bags did not get transferred. The baggage desk at YVR was very helpful, but the United lost bags office was unreachable by phone. They always had very long hold times."
Cons: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."
Cons: "Don't fly United"
Pros: "Leg room seemed better. Flight was early arriving in Vancouver. Flight crew kept us informed about slight turbulence and arrival time, Pilot landed plane very smoothly."
Cons: "This is minor: the small package of complimtary food (a sweet wafer) was not good. Something more substantial would have been appreciated for the long flight."
