the aircraft I was in supposedly provide wifi service, however I could not connect to it,tried and checked several times during the flight,it was not available. Except that part,every other parts:perfect!
the food we have been order is great.the flight overall goes smooth and we landed safe in Seoul. the service crew did there job. thankful for this trip im satisfied. for the pilot he did a great job.
nothing, just wish you can serve also warm drinks,like, tea or coffee instead cold drinks only.that should help the passenger who has stomach problem during flight. thanks

I hate when my baggage is damage during my flight and no one i reach, easily. the asiana airline in Manila told me last dec. 11/12 2017, they will call me back at 10am but no one did. until now the number cant be reach.i paid for insurance if something happen to my bag worth $300 to be paid me back if my baggage damage but the asiana staff in Manila ask me f ok if they pay me only$80. i said ok. because i need it soon. but look like they dont care to give me. so i change my mind. the bag i bought cost $150 this year i bought it. need to be paid same. thanks
Flight delayed missed connecting flight. Second flight delayed missed connecting flight. Overnight in airport expected unless united pays for hotel. Absolutely miserable. Paid 430$ one way for a 25 hour flight. Will never fly United again.
Our plane was defective so had to be replaced. This is fine, I certainly am willing to wait for a new plane if it means not blowing up over the ocean. The problem was how little the attendants at the gate communicated the situation to us. What should have been a brief layover became a 12 hour nightmare. The gate attendants did finally issue meal vouchers but they waited until 10 minutes before all the restaurants closed and only issued $10 a person. This is enough to buy a hot dog at an airport... We were told there wouldn't be any rescheduling of missed connections until we were "airborne". This resulted in mass panic and confusion upon reaching our destination. We were told to go to the service desk, half an airport away, but once the entire passenger contents of the plane arrived at that far flung service desk, we were mostly turned away to seek help at individual gates. This lack of communication meant I missed the next next available connecting flight and now have a further six hour layover. I understand accidents happen and planes can break down but the nearly complete lack of care and customer attention is, frankly, disappointing. I've now had nearly an entire day added to my travel time. If I'd been willing to loose that time I would have paid $600 less for my ticket. United finally offered a token of their appreciation : a $100 e-voucher. I have spent more than that on food and coffee in airports for the past two days while trying to survive until my next connections.

The food was not tasty. Check in via kiosk was difficult for me, a senior citizen. Entertainment was very limited.
Although the flight was delayed, we got into an earlier flight which was great

There was a change in our flight. According to Delta you didn't confirm every leg of our flight and the plane was over booked.
Boarding was not smooth. They got me and my son mixed up as we have same name.

The crew was late so we were delayed two hours. I find that extremely infuriating when you are a passenger and have to show up two hours before your flight. I also would lose my job if I was two hours late for a client.
