I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.
We were delayed 2 hours because of a broken seat. Other than that it was a very nice flight.
Easy on easy off and the staff onboard were wonderful. Left on time, arrived a bit early.
London to Atlanta was good. Atlanta to Phoenix was not. Poor boarding as I had to check my rollerboard even though there was plenty of room in the bins. Crew seemed inexperienced. Sat just off the gate for nearly 30 minutes with no explanation from the pilot while the cabin got hot. I typically have a much better experience with Delta.
In ATL they have two sets of departure screens. Follow what is on your airline's departure board - the ATL Airport Authority departure board had completely incorrect details about the gate assignment for my flight, which would have made me miss boarding.
Left on time, a bit delayed due to headwinds most of the trip.
Flight was crowded and the woman sitting on my left was large & kept crouching in to my space. You need bigger seats or smaller passengers to fit into the seats you DO have! Snack were OK. Would appreciate if airlines had more savory rather than sweet snacks, thank you!
Was charged for my luggage despite having been on one ticket from an international flight. Too tired to argue after 15 hours on flight. Was charged for rechecking it at JFK airport. Not sure why those off Kenya Airways were required to do that.
Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.
Was a great smooth flight from Detroit to San Diego.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.
Hotter than Hades in August. Why, why do crews think that in the winter when we are already dressed for cold weather we need a cabin that is 82 degrees. Even the vents were blowing hot air.
I liked the snacks and the flight attendants were friendly.
Other than a way way too cold cabinets for the entire flight, all was great
Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.
Absolute disaster. Rude, uncooperative staff. Staff ignores and pretends you don’t exist when you are asking them a question. Erroneous departure gate and baggage claim information. Equipment not working for purchase of drinks. Overly expensive baggage check-in fees. Overly crowded. Dirty airplane. Passengers coughing incessantly as if they were being gassed. Circled airport in flight several times and waited on the tarmac for 1.5 hours. The worst experience ever. Consider another industry. The travel industry is not for you.
The flight was mostly on time, smooth and deplaning was quick. Baggage was really quick at the claim. Comfort was so-so and I paid for economy plus. It was still too crowded and why was a family of 5 scattered all around the plane?
Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Our flight from Denver to Honolulu was delayed by close to 4 hrs. The only concession that was offered was a $15 food voucher to be used at the airport. They texted the vouchers after we boarded so there was now way to use them.the food they did serve was cold. I can’t recommend this airline.
The customer representative that helped me when I checked in was horrible as she told me I couldn’t check my bag because I missed the 45minute rule by 2 minutes - because of the line at the counter My connection flight was delayed too
The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.
I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
The forward head smelled putrid and urine soaked, worse than any head in even transoceanic flights. The wifi stopped working after about an hour of flight.
American Airlines didn't allow us on the flight as there were delays for a ground stop that couldn't get our flight from Baltimore to the gate. When we needed help rebooking there wasn't a gate agent available to help us either.
I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.
Awful. They won’t help me with anything. I booked on American but they abdicated to Iberia. The ticket was overpriced. Everything negative
Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket
Delay of 30 minutes, but most of time recovered in flight. Lots of overhead storage, so roller bags could be kept on board and not checked.
Loved the leg room but hate I had to pay to get it!!
