Cons: I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time.

Cons: The Frankfort airport is a nightmare. They have loooooooong gateways, so when I Finally got through security FOR THE THIRD TIME, it’s a 10 minute, speed-walk to the gate. Again, a flight delay was the only thing that made the connection possible. I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost.

Cons: Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!

Fortunately I found some fellow Americans who also couldn't find Terminal A , lower numbered gates, from our current Z gate. We went to the right, following most disembarked passengers and signs for some A gates....a mess! In the end, we had to go all the way back, past our original gate to a Customs area where they just stamped our passports and onward to our gates. It seemed like the signs only helped if you were going in the correct direction to begin with. Even my German friend said how bad that airport is for directions!

Cons: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.

Cons: You could offer small bottles of water as a courtesy. Online check in was difficult to navigate and ultimately unsuccessful. There was not a roamer person in baggage check in area to assist those with language barriers or even electronically challenged people which delays the process.

Cons: On Departure for Dublin, waited in long line to check in at Aer Lingus only to learn it was co chaired by British Airways, so Aer Lingus would not service us at all. We had no way of knowing since it was sold by Aer Lingus and had an Aer Lingus flight number. Tried to check in on line, but was unable. Waited for Aer Lingus customer service on telephone customer service for more than one hour and finally just gave up. Aer Lingus has no Customer Service at all. Do not deal with Aer Lingus under any circumstances. British Airways met our needs!!
Pros: We left on time and landed a bit early. Only 1 1/2 hour flight, so no food, drink or service, but it got us there.

Pros: The personnel involved with wheelchair services who took us to our gate was very helpful and engaging. We thank them for this service. The gate personnel and flight attendants were helpful to get us on the flight earlier that was helpful with my husband" visual disability.
Cons: The problem I had is that this was not a British Airways flight, nor were my flights to Dublin. I was not aware of this. When I checked in online I was allowed to check in with British Airways, so I had no idea that this was an Aer Lingus flight, which is in a different terminal with a different flight number. My phone didn't work in Ireland so it was extremely difficult figuring out where I should have been. If I was on a different airline that is affiliated with British Airways, and I booked through British Airways, there should be some way of looking up where I should be going. Also, any emails about my trip should have told me which airline I was on. I fly often, and often to other countries. This was the most confusing and difficult flying experience (the entire trip -- getting to and from Dublin) I have ever had.

Cons: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.

Pros: The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early...

Pros: We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!
Cons: Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight.

Cons: Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good.

Cons: Disorganized uninformed staff. One says I have to have an additional "random" security check after going through the same thing in security. Turns out it wasn't random and I didn't need it. Both times they read my boarding pass wrong thought I was going to Tel Aviv - not random. Airport was hot as hell! Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes.
