The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.

The real big issue with this flight was that it was 3 hours delayed. Other than that, no big praises or complaints.

More storage space and leg room, but all-in-all a wonderful experience.

By in large it was a good experience. The flight crew was great and that's the most important to me. Boarding was fine.

I really enjoyed the staff and crew! Very positive and happy people! Made the experience easier! The entertainment was a bit lack luster. Better movie options as well as equipment that works smoother could be nice. My ear buds from the airline didn’t work and my tv screen had a terrible delay that made it hard to search for things to watch. Also the selections were very limited.

Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!

United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average, Air canada food was much better than united.

The United Airline's staff was very polite and helpful. The contractors that provided wheelchair assistance in Houston were very unorganized and rude. They were causing passengers to almost miss their flights. They were taking passengers to the holding area and forgetting about them. This happened on my return trip to Houston on Nov 13. Their service was very poor. But, my trip with the airlines was excellent.

The in-flight entertainment options were great. I always appreciate a seat back TV on a domestic flight. However, there were issues with a computer system that were discovered after we had boarded that caused repeated delays, and eventually we had to deplane. I liked that United texted me a $30 food voucher for the inconvenience, but it caused me to miss my dinner plans in West Hollywood that night. Once we were in the air, everything was fine though.
