$740 Find cheap flights from Guatemala City to Lisbon

Last minute gate change nearly caused us to miss our flight. Change was not announced or displayed in the main board at the old gate. Terrible communication. When we landed we had to wait 20 minutes because there was another plane at the assigned gate. Not the crew’s fault, but adding 20 minutes to a 45 minute flight sucked.

Nothing beats ANA customer service on my opinion. Maybe because of their Japanese culture (and food). Arigatō

No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.

I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊

Cramped and uncomfortable seats. Not enough room for 6’2” person such as myself.

Good experience and food is and service are good as well

United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.

One the best cabin crew team we have ever had (I have flown globally for more than 2 million miles), food was good and wines choices were great.⁰

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

This flight was a code share for both Iberia and American Airlines and run by what I assume is a charter company Level. It was difficult if not impossible to get a seat assigned, check bags or use any customer service functions. I would skip it!

Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Great experience, I just wish airline seats were more comfortable in general.
